My doctor sent a prescription for amoxicilllin yesterday morning 9 am. 12:30 I get a message that they have no stock. I called and got no one to answer. My apologies gave me the option to switch pharmacy. I sent it over to Broad St. Still waiting ..

Pharmacy closed due to not enough staffing... are you kidding me. People need meds to survive. Worse than not having the meds cause of closure, the rep at the front cashier desk is talking with me while biting her nails and spitting it out. Unsanitary and disgusting, what kinda clown show are we running here? [this occured at 735pm] 2 Mar 23. I will take my business elsewhere!

Made an appointment for a covid test, got an email confirming it and a reminder that it was today. Get there only to be told they aren’t doing them till Monday. The pharmacist was completely rude and when I said I would go somewhere else she yelled she didn’t care. Last time I will EVER use a Walgreens! If your gonna cancel call people and tell them!

Drove 30+ minutes to Camden to get my second vaccine & was told the pharmacy is now closed on weekends. They just started it this week. I had already scheduled my second dose of the vaccine 3 weeks prior and wasn’t told about any of this. If the pharmacy is going to be closed and people already have appointments for something like this i feel like there should be a heads up so it could be rescheduled somewhere else.

I have had nothing but good experiences with the new Walgreen's in Camden . The staff is friendly and easy to deal with. I love the text to ask if I need my refills and I can just respond back with fill. The drive thru is fast and efficient. Very pleased .

This store doesn't even deserve one star! After my local Fred's was bought out by Walgreens I figured I'd give them a try with my family's prescriptions, what a huge mistake! The entire pharmacy staff needs to be replaced ASAP!! I've never seen a group of people so rude. I asked a question to the cashier and she moaned out loud and said she didn't know. I will never go back to this store and warn others to stay away.

I can’t speak for the store but I would not do business with the Pharmacy. Go up the street to the other Pharmacy.Please do NOT go here.This is the only place that offers a booster in my area. They called and “left a voicemail” saying to call them. I tried calling them and calling them only to wait on hold. After the long drive there they told me they were out and could see me another day.I wish I could issue 0 stars.I would not do business with a store that can’t do basic communication.

Stopped in to pick up a prescription and much to my surprise they close the pharmacy at 6PM on Sat. and Sunday. What is this, 1945????? People work you know, and they have other errands besides running to a pharmacy at prime time. I'm pulling my prescriptions and going somewhere they believe in customer service!! If you want my business, you will be open at convenient times for me the customer.

After leaving the urgent care I stopped by Walgreen to pick up my medicine .I arrived couple of minutes before they open so I did watch the staff walk in, talking and laughing as they started Their day , which I thought was really sweet until I approach the window and the same person that was happy a moment ago came in to ask me what I needed her whole attitude and tone have changed like she did not want to help like she was disgusted by the person she’s looking at I couldn’t help but think 🤔a pharmacy a place were sick people come in to pick up their prescription may be seeking a little bit of compassion sympathy or comfort or even just some professionalism instead they get treated like that, now if I didn’t see them walk in laughing and joking I would’ve thought maybe they had a bad day but they only started having a bad day when they started helping me Manager SI Southfield waiting for my medicine the same person who helped me with not even a smile on her face one back to prop my medicine to joke and laugh and having the biggest smile on her face.

This Walgreens needs a new staff. Like the other review My Wife and Myself have went thru the same stuff. That is exactly why I switch to Fred's. Then Walgreens but them out so I am back at this S##### place again. Here it is 7:20 my wife is still not home, she is waiting on a prescription that was call in at 2:30 and was told it would be ready in about 2hrs. This is Bull---- some of live out of town over 15 mile we take care of our stuff while we are in town. I will be on the phone with there corporate office tomorrow and it will not be a pleasant phone call for them

My prescriptions were moved here when the local Fred's closed its pharmacy. It's just like Fred's except completely opposite. They are not friendly, professional or quick. You can sit and listen to conversations about men, vacation days, things they don't like, pretty much everything but your perception. Was given a wait time and it took three times longer and there was nobody in line ahead of me or in the drive through. Save yourself the trouble and go anywhere else.

Walgreens on Dekalb doesn't even deserve one star. Worst customer service ever. Pharmacy is so unorganized that they are lost. Pharmacy never answer the phone. I suggest using another Pharmacy unless you are asking for a bad day.

This pharmacy will never answer phone calls. If you call, expect to be on hold for 45+ minutes and they will just keep hanging up on you. I called the actual store to ask someone about it and I was transferred four times to just keep repeating myself. No one has any clue what they’re doing at this store.

I had my prescriptions transferred here from Longreen Pkwy being that I moved here. I went there to pick up hand cream my doc called in and was told he never called it in. (2nd day in a row) So, I called Longreen Pkwy and was told the name of the cream my doc called in AND the time!! This guy blatantly lied in my face!! I was LIVID!!! One lost customer... Walgreens will now get my business. This Rite Aid's pharmacy does not meet the expectations of ANY pharmacy!!

Just waited 48 min.s on the phone to ask if my scrit was ready. They never answerd, so I hung up, and called back and spoke to the store or shift mng. He was apologetic, and said he was going back there, and would make sure they answered the call....after5 min.s, the pharmacy went the call back up front. The mng apologized and said he would take care of the issue- I was left on hold permanently!!! This place is a joke, and is to be avoided at all cost!!!!!!!!

I have waited over 40 minutes to get a consult to transfer a script from express script to Walgreens because ES is out of stock on this medication. Apparently only the pharmisist can do it. This is rediculess to wait so lomg. Going to Wal-Mart.

If it’s this bad get the regional managers phone number and file a complaint through them. Store manager is usually the source of the problem.Otherwise, CVS is available.
