Came in to purchase a phone charger and snacks. My child needed to go to the bathroom while we were shopping so tried to go to one of two public family/all gender labeled restrooms in plain sight but they were locked and the cashier refused us access stating the manger does not allow customers to use the public restrooms.

Exactly what other people are saying about the employees being rude. We also asked to use the bathroom and we’re told they don’t have one. When there’s two! The young lady that was stocking today was very nasty. We left out buggy full of items and walked out. We were just passing through but will never stop again for sure.

Rude as can be, wouldn't recommend to nobody. They have two bathrooms, one says out of order and the other they wouldn't let us use, just wondering why? Definitely won't be going back to this store again though, not unless they hire different people.

Store is very nice and stocked up. But make sure you have all of your merchandise when you leave. Because you probably wont get it later . I even asked the employee to please pull the camera because she made me feel like I was lying. I had my receipt, had even tried to call for an hour before I went back up there. No body would answer the phone. But they were probably too busy on their cell phones because everytime I go in, they are on their cells.

They have public restrooms but will not allow you to use them with no explanation as to why. 🤔 They didn't know where else we could go either. For travelers use the Pilot just east of this exit. Crazy times calls for crazy district managers that have no follow through. This place needs to be reevaluate for service. I placed the request on Corp site.

Don't go to that family Dollar unless you feel like being followed around the store and being profile like you're about to steal something from a family Dollar store. I see why that parking lot is always empty. No, I do not need help at a family Dollar store. You go in and you get out. If they got what you need then good, if not I'm going somewhere else. But, they didn't have what I needed which was 5W-20 oil for the car. So just to make sure I was being profiled since they didn't have what I needed I walked around the aisles just to see if the lady that was the cashier was actually following me around the store she tried to act like she was checking items but, you're checking items in every aisle that I'm in. huummm .... You could not have checked all those items that fast and wind up in the same aisle as me every time. I wonder if I should call my lawyer for discrimination. And if you're a highly respectable individual I would suggest that you don't go to that store. Spend your money where they respect you.

If you're traveling, don't waste your money, time, or cash at this location. The staff was insulting, and the young lady didn't even have a uniform to identify herself correctly. Why pick a location where you know you'll get many travelers if you're not catering to Travelers' basic needs.

Didn't have a public restroom (yes even for customers) "because of COVID concerns" but yet none of the staff or customers wore masks.. Cashier was rude about me asking about the restroom for a toddler to use and made a backhanded comment about it as I was walking out the store. Would not recommend this one.

This store has rude employees that refuse to let you use restroom even when you make a purchase. Dont stop here if you are traveling on interstate.

It was great shopping at Family Dollar I found every thing I wanted by the help of the cashier and the worker(ladie) who work there. They were friendly and patient. And I liked the store and there items but some of their items are to high in cost. But I will shop there again.

Rude staff. Store never abides by posted store hrs. Staff friends and relatives hangs out in parking lot smoking pot. From now on. I’ll drive farther and spend more for better service

Store does not go by the hours posted both online and at their door. They will open late and close early for no reason it seems like, a worker was 10 minutes late for opening and proceeded to act as if I was the inconvenience.

*sigh* it's a nice store, but most of the employees are rude .. most times, they spend time in their cell phones while ringing you up and rarely pay attention to the customer service aspect .. very disappointed ☹️
