Among the other 50 chain stores within a 10-mile location this one seems to be most favorite for all of the people that choose to open things up and eat them well they're walking around the store and throws the empty boxes back on the shelf basically it's like a all-you-can-eat Dollar General so for that I'm giving it three stars, open up a hot bar and you'll get five stars...

Encountered a very rude, tried to be smart mouth senior citizen cashier on my visit at this location 3 weeks ago. She was not friendly, did not assist me with an item that had no price tag on it and did not appear knowledgeable about effectively operating a cash register because the manager had to come up to assist her. I alerted the manager about the rudeness of this employee. Be careful how you treat others that you encounter because you never know who they know OR what their background is in. Thoughts to live by!

I am from out of state ( VA ) visiting with family , I usually love Dollar General I go all the time in Virginia I also work for a grocery store chain as a customer service manager for 21 years . Today I went into this Dollar General because I was helping my nephew with a project for school , he needed something very similar to a roll of receipt tape , so me knowing how great Dollar General is , I went right up there and purchased a toy for my dads dog then asked the cashier if I could please have a blank roll of receipt tape , explained why and she then looked at me in a strange way and explained I would need to speak to a manager I was a little surprised but being in management retail I assumed she just was unsure of what she can and can’t do so I said no problem , I will pay for my stuff then talk with your manager . I waited and Nora came up to find out what I needed . She Very quickly said no and wasn’t pleasant about it at all , I was taken back a little because I didn’t think I was asking for something crazy , I explained to her what it was for as well and she said no again and walked away . I won’t be going back to this establishment and I will be sudgesting that my friends and family do the same . Being in retail it’s so easy to make someone’s day or completely lose a customer for life , and you just did

I always go to the dollar general to pick up small food ideas. If I need to pick up a birthday gift for a party. They have all kinds of party supplies. I also get my cleaning supplies their, because you can't beat the price.

I go in the store almost on a daily basis and spend a lot of money there, and the new rude cashier that was too busy shoving food in her mouth to tell to tell me I had 2 bags when I asked “is it just one bag” is the reason I had to turn around once I got all the way home and come all the way back to get the other stuff that I had purchased, will go to dollar tree or roses from now on. The cashier was working Sunday 8-25-19 @ 11:45am

I needed something medical and they carried it but it was expensive but worth it the manager was very friendly and helpful, and I really don't have anything nice to say about cashier except it seemed like she had something against me and don't even know me but 5 stars bc it's my neighborhood store😃

Store feels very cramped. They do not carry jumper cables. Clearance items are a good deal though.

Poor customer experience ! Due to Pepsi items in the walk area another had to help me up while unprofessional workers look, didn't ask me am I ok. Asked about a accident report never saw any managers !!

I have NEVER been treated so rudely on an exchange cause the lights I returned did not work. The lady must have been having a bad day .store number 09915. I will not be going back to that store.

My 5 year old daughter had to use the restroom and they say they don't have one. So how you use the bathroom. And the lady was on her cell phone

Absolutely no soda, items in boxes all around the store. People do what they want as they go. Employees seem miserable and are almost useless.
