Please fire this lady, she isn’t a good representation of circle K!This is really sad, this lady is broken. I pray for people like this. I pray GOD changes her heart! I walked into the 433 Sumter Hwy, Camden SC 29020 store to purchase a bottle of water when getting in the checkout line I go to the left register while she’s on the right side.I ask her where does the does she want me to stand to checkout and she asked me “can you not read the sign?”. (mind you there is no sign). There is a paper that advised vapes were available for sale.So I asked her what sign? Then she said “it’s obvious that you can’t comprehend”. This conversation went left and she was hostile the entire checkout process.This is a poor excuse for customer service and an unacceptable treatment of customers.I am a member of the sip and save club and go to Circle K two to three times a day 5-6x a week. I am loyal to this company and am so disappointed that this employee treated me this way and is most likely treating new customers this way as well.

Had to stop for gas, my daughter needed to use the bathroom, and my wife wanted doughnuts. Got a check in all those boxes. On a long road trip any reprieve from the road with not to expensive gas is a welcome one. Also did I mention doughnuts.

Went at 7pm to get gas and use the vBathroom, the woman working there with the colorful hair told me it was closed. The lights were on, there was no sign, and they are supposed to be open 24hrs. The same woman that multiple other reviews are complaining about.

The location employees the rudest staff and this include the management staff. The staff will also elude and suggest you to shop at competitor locations. The rest rooms are never open to the public, which is inconvenient and inconsiderate to customers. Especially since it is locate directly off of the interstate. This location is consistently out of stock on major brands of cigarettes, which causes a trip to a competitor.The lot and fuel area is not very well maintained and the area looks dirty.To be in business requires customers and meeting customers expectations, i.e. friendly, stocked, and cleaned.I would not recommend this location to anyone, and I would give this location a zero rating if that was a choice.

The woman with the colorful blue puffy hair, who was at the checkout counter, was extremely unfriendly when my dad approached her with regards to an elementary question about whether the bathroom was available to use. However, her response was more verbose and tone flat out rude, by repeating herself, almost in a shouting manner. Which is totally unprofessional and an awful way to treat a customer. All while I was actively listening in and fixing up my coffee. Then I noticed a medium-sized roach scaling across the back of the slushy machine, in plain view. So from what I can gather, the lady appeared to be lazy and only wanted to do the bare minimum of work. Her customer service was poor, to say the least, as well the place inside lacked the cleanliness that is supposed to represent the company. But in this case, the environment was hostile, customer service - poor, and the place needs definite sanitizing, the pastries need to be changed out for fresh ones, and pest control needs to be involved - immediately!

Clerk at the counter today at 11am was not pleasant. She never speaks to you when you enter to store. She did not even speak when you get to the counter to spend money. I thought it was just towards me but I watched her NOT speak to the other customers. My advice to this young lady, if you don’t like your job please find another one. From one business owner to another, you need to have a conversation with her because if this is the face of your business your business will fail.
