Tried to do a FedEx return of some shoes I bought online and got snarky attitude from the attendant about my packaging when I wasn’t instructed by the online shoe company to package them any particular way when I brought them in. She said they didn’t have packaging in the store for returns, so I offered to tape it better and got a sarcastic “uh yeah that might be smart if you’re going to ship it” in return. Just tell me kindly and I’ll take it home to re-package it differently and bring it back. No need to be rude about it.

This Walgreens used to be average, but since 2022, we have only received excellent service. Niko, the pharmacy manager, and all his staff are very courteous and always try to help. What a breath of fresh air to deal with a pharmacy that really cares!

Appalled at the incompetency of this pharmacy. I NEEDED medication critically and after 2 whole days of making me wait because they didn’t have it in, they decided to tell me that they didn’t take my extremely common insurance company and that it would have to be transferred. CVS would never. Customer service has been horrid every time too. Do not send your prescriptions here!

Pharmacist are horrible here. No compassion, or communication skills. They refused a prescription, and could not give an actual reason why. I work in the medical field; and what you said about DHEC is just a lie. Do you not realize people can have withdrawals from certain medications, or maybe you need to go back to school? They kept giving the run around and when asked to give the real reason, they hang up. How disrespectful, Maybe you need to find a different career sir.I would not use them AT ALL! Save yourself the trouble.

Calling all around different pharmacies looking for my child's ADHD medicine and they wouldn't even tell me if they had it in stock. Very disrespectful and not very helpful, but if I wanted to walk in they will be glad to tell me. I don't have time to drive all over the county looking for medicine!

5th time in three months I've tried having Documents printed here. Most submitted online and needed ASAP. Store has been unable to print for various reasons - today they're out of paper and unwilling to print on a larger size and cut down. They'll offer to have them at a later time or to send you to a different store miles away.

I’ve come here 3-4 times now for scripts and I’m begging you to go literally anywhere else.I dropped a script off (it’s Wednesday FYI) for my dog at 10am came back at 2p to pick up—like I was told… only to wait for them to fill it once I was here to pick it up.I’ve now been waiting for about 30 min.The line outside drive up goes from the window to the next parking lot and the line inside is almost through the entire frozen section of the store.Go to CVS/Ingles/PublixGo anywhere else.

The Pharmacist gave my wife a shingles vaccine in the wrong spot. It caused cellulitis and pain in my wife’s arm. Pharmacist needs to go back to school and learn where to give shots. Don’t go here. Ignorance is rampant here.

Sunday, September 17, 2023. Whoever worked at 11am and is responsible for picking up the phone.They would pick up the phone, not saying anything( which I can hear the background sound) and then put me on hold 4 times. I only had to get my prescription sent here cause the pharmacy that I go to didn't have it. So yeah don't bother bringing your business here. It's no wonder the reviews suck.

Just received a call from the pharmacy. I had gotten a new prescription last week and they were following up to answer any questions and to be sure I was doing okay. Never have had this type of service!! So very nice that they care! 👏👏👏

The technicians are very rude and they didn't give my medicine for 4 days I have transferred my prescription some where else he was over charging the medication and they where laughing I was in pain for 4 days just because of them.Such idiots should stop working in such places.

I used the drive thru pharmacy window. The best I can say is the technicians are usually friendly after waiting in long lines but No one in the pharmacy inside or out get in a hurry about anything. Recently more than ever the pharmacy doesn't have medications in stock

I’m not even sure 1 star rating is appropriate because I was literally hung up on after waiting on hold for 20 minutes. My sister called in after I was on hold for about 15 of those 20 minutes just to see if she could get through faster. She is still on hold at 33 minutes, I am back on hold for 25 minutes at the time of this review and neither of us have been helped. It is absolutely insane that one cannot get through on the phone. And no, the answer is not to go in store because that took 1 hour 25 minutes last time. I think it may be time to change my pharmacy.

I took my 25 month old baby's prescription to be fill 3 hours later.No call. I return only to discover it was not fill because the pharmacy tech was incompetent and never notified me or anyone that they did not accept his insurance prescription 19 dollars. When I told her about her incompetency she refused to fill the prescription manager not on staff out of town. Too much incompetent for my comfort. Now you know the facts.

Great pharmacy & love the drive through window when I can catch it empty. They work quickly & get you on your way. One medication I can get more reasonably priced here than the big box store is a blessing when money has to go further than it used to.

Absolute worst experience.Needed a negative Covid PCR test for a trip abroad, both me and a friend booked appointments here. Upon undergoing the process at the window, the employees just spent their times talking and seemingly unfocused on their tasks. I didn’t think much of it then but later it was critical.Abroad in a different country, we both received test results wrongly dated. We took our tests 15 minutes apart and they dated our tests as hours apart and 2 & 3 days prior! It was horrible feeling realizing that this was needed to be fixed from thousands of miles away. I had to spend money to call in hopes of getting it fixed, and all they said is that it was out of their hands and they couldn’t have sounded less interested.I had to call an alternative company and spend hours fixing it while stressing and hoping that it would be fixed in time for our connecting flight.DO NOT GET YOUR PCR HERE

They are very very awful. They was closed for tornado warning at 6p. After 7:30pm I call up there and they told me my children’s medicine will be ready at 8pm. I arrived they around 8:07 the drive-through and the store still close. But their are employees in the store just standing there inside the store. So I call them up to see what is going on. I was on hold over 20 minutes. That’s when I decided to hang up.There are people standing outside and sitting in their cars waiting this store supposedly to be open. Remember the tornado warning is over at 7:30pm!

This review is for Tyler, and Tyler only. If it weren’t for him- I would never patronize another Walgreens again. He has gone above and beyond to explain, attempt to accommodate, and understand the frustration. I know like all places staffing is short and everybody is burnt out in healthcare. But he never let any of that show or impact how he treated me the multiple times I spoke with him over the last week- in a store he doesn’t even normally work at. I will continue to be a Walgreens customer because of him- but I’ll definitely be switching to his primary location. His attention, empathy, and sincerity in his efforts to help are unmatched! Thanks Tyler for all that you do!!!

Overall nice people that work at this store however, Shania is not one of them. My interaction with her today was rude and extremely unprofessional. She never once said a please, thank you, have a good day, how’re you, would not make eye contact, and seriously doesn’t belong working with the public.

My Children and I have military tricare, they recently switched from CVS to Walgreens which was the worst decision ever. The doctor called in 2 medications for my toddler. They were super important for me to pick up ASAP to keep his throat from closing back up. I called multiple times to check on the status, and finally 3 hours later it was filled and the girl told me to So I put my 2 year old in the car and drove there quickly to get his medication and I got in the drive through line at 5:46pm 14 minutes before they closed. I pulled up to the window after the other two cars at 6pm on the dot and they wouldn’t talk to me or help me. Nothing. Not even the offer to transfer my sons medication. They stood on the other side of the window laughing while my 2 year old gasp for air in the backseat. I sat in the emergency room all night while he receive breathing treatments and shots. I put in a complaint with corporate Walgreens and the pharmacy manager called me. Nothing will change though. The manager didn’t really sound shocked or concerned about the behavior. Don’t go there. Not only do they not care about their job, they don’t care about their customers. They don’t care about the very people they are suppose to be helping. I’m paying out of pocket for my family’s medication now somewhere where I’m at least appreciated.

terrible staff. If you call after 8:45 they will ignore you!!! Just wanted to request they fill my prescription on file so i can pick up in the morning, nothing they even had to do tonight just hit a few buttons on a computer. So lazy and incompetent!!!! I finally figured iut how to do it online with controlled substance. But i called one caller before me, then they hung up picked up the phone said nothing and put me back on hold hoping i would hang up. Screw you Walgreens!!!!

Very, very disappointed with the Boiling Springs locations pharmacy. 4 out of 5 times they either can’t find out prescriptions, have misplaced a written script, they ran completely out of the very important heart medicine that my husband takes and didn’t call us to let us know or reach out to another Walgreens to find it for us and he was unable to take 2 doses that he needed. The hold time when I call is at a minimum of a 25 min, and I have gotten disconnected while holding more than once. The pick-up line is always long and the line inside is long. They are understaffed, unorganized and unprofessional. Do not go to this pharmacy.

After using there pharmacy for a about 2 or more years they have forced me to go somewhere else! The last year or so they have only got worse! Medication delayed several times up too four days. Ear infection terrible pain medication delayed. Migraine medication delayed! Husband's medication delayed. I feel like I was forced to go elsewhere! Also them trying to act like the doctor! They need to stay in their place and let my doctor take care of me! I now started to get my medication transferred to Ingles! Ingles put in a transfer for my medication they put it in twice with time stamp Walgreens couldn't even do that! Ingles suggested I just call my doctor and have them call in another prescription to them! My husband and I will not go back! Just calling to ask a guestion you have to be on hold 45 to 60 minutes also waited 30 minutes for them to hang up on me! When I first went to Ingles I was totally shocked to see how a real pharmacy should be! They had my prescription ready by the time I got there from my doctor's office! WHAT?! Unbelievable that has never happened at Walgreens! Bottom line is if you DON'T need your medication if you need another wan-na-be doctor if you don't mind being on hold for 30 to 60 minutes then Walgreens is the place for you!

My alprazolam was due to be filled on the 13th. My cruise leaves on the 12th from charleston they wouldn't even let me get my medicine a day early for vacation. So now I'm off on a week long cruise with one days worth of my alprazolam. Going to be a great vacation seeing as I'm supposed to take 4 a day everyday and have been for months. If I could I would give them -5 stars such a bad pharmacy would not recommend.

Have breathing problems due to sickness, doctor sent prescription, wait for a while so it would be filled. They said they didn't receive anything from my doctor. Went back called my doctor she put me on hold and she called the pharmacist while was on the phone. Afterward. Went to pick my medicine up the pharmacist said they never got anything from my doctor. So this tells me that the pharmacist ie lying. What a sorry group that tells me they don't care about the people they just have a job.i wouldn't recommend Walgreen to anyone. They will not get anymore of my business.

Terrible customer service at the drive-thru. Sat here for almost 10 minutes before being acknowledged. I understand being busy, but it takes about 3 seconds to look sometime in the face and say 'We'll be right with you.' Have had 3 people speak to me over the 'phone' line, but not a single one has made eye contact. They've all been reasonably polite, but it was the same amount politeness you would offer to an automated system. Not the worst, but definite room for improvement.

Month after month they don't have my rx in stock. I get it, shortages, covid, the same excuses the entire planet has been using for 2 years. I accept it. What I don't accept is zero notification that it's out, no email, phone call , text. NOTHING.... Some poorly trained 17 year old informs me at the pick up window. ZERO HELP OR INFO...

Nice enough people, but if you’re picking up a prescription, set aside at least 10-30 minutes, depending— for the drive thru anyway. And GOD FORBID you need to get in touch with the actual pharmacy, everything goes to a call center.

Carolyn in the photo department at Walgreens in Boiling Springs is the best!!! She was off today so I left will come back another day when she's available. Nothing against the other employees, but Carolyn helped with my photos last visit and she has the most amazing personality her customer service skills are on point! She's the reason we used this particular Walgreens!!
