Very disappointed in this store. We usually go to the one in in Columbus NC but we were in the area so stopped there to pick up dog food. My very elderly father went in alone. The dog food was to heavy for him to lift (he injured his shoulder recently) so he asked an associate to help. With a very rude no, he did it himself, hurting his shoulder more. At checkout he asked for helped getting it to the truck and once again was told no. I work in customer service and this was definitely not ok! Today, he can barely move. We are loyal customers but will definitely never return to this location. Maybe you need to send your employees to Columbus so they can learn how to treat their customers!

So have been taking my dogs to the self wash since they opened this location. Was even given direction onHow to use it including that I am able to lock the door if both washes are bring used. Tonight I was told by an employee that I am not allowed to lock the door never. One of the wash bays was down and we were using the other one. I'm not really sure when that changed, but maybe that should be written on the door or the lock be removed so there are no misunderstandings in the future.

Some of the employees are fantastic. I’ve had several great interactions, but Steven is as courteous and kind as they come. I really haven’t had an employee go out of his way, voluntarily and so nicely as he did in any store as far back as I can remember. Made my day

I order my pet food online however it's seems every time I order something it shows in stock then I get a email showing an item has been canceled due to not being in stock. So I am not sure how TSC handles their inventory but it's never right. So if you order online you have a 50% chance of them having it.

The store was very busy or more so the staff was on the slow side. I went for horse feed and they didn't have a lot on the shelves. I was looking for a specific brand of senior pellets. I couldn't find staff around the store, so I had to go to the front register and waited in line to ask if by chance they had what I was looking for in the back. There was only an older gentleman at the register. Just then a staff person came up to help. I asked him and The "young salesman" said, "I don't think so...." He didn't offer to go look or call someone to go check. When I asked, he couldn't do it right then. Wow, that's the first.....customer service was not his strong suit. I guess I will go to TS in Columbus, NC from now on.

On a Thursday, i had a full semi trailer set for a live unload at 5 a.m. the following morning. I called to see if they allowed overnight parking. They said if I could get it there before too long, they might be able to unload me that Thursday afternoon. I arrived at 3:30 p.m. and was unloaded and on my way before 5 p.m. Thank you Aaliyah Rose for the hard work and doing an awesome job!! 👍

Looking for a sale item which was sold out on the shelf. So I asked an employee her name was Ms Tracie. She was apparently already super busy with a customer on the phone and another customer in store. She helped all of us very quickly and she was so nice. She knew exactly where to look and she had to go get a ladder to get my item. She is surely a superstar.

I'm a regular customer and I'm appalled at the way the young brown headed lady spoke to me yesterday. She was so angry that I had a question about a product. She even turned her back to my so she could text on her phone.

I went to 2 other locations to look for what I needed before coming to this one, which had what I needed, the other 2 did not. The store was very clean, & well organized. The employees were polite & was very helpful. Also found out that they have a bath station for you to bring your doggos to bathe, it's $9.99 & they provide the shampoo & towels, it's in the back of the store!

Ordered a go cart that was shipped to the store Dec 7. Got a call it was finally assembled on Dec 19. Not only did a lady call me, but they sent a text and email telling me it was ready for pick up. We got stranded in Ohio due to the storm and spent our Christmas in a hotel. We told our 7 year old we would have Christmas on the 26th. My husband got up early to go get his go-cart. He was there at 8:00 AM to pick it on the 26th. Thank you for ruining our sons Christmas. Nothing, his go cart was not put together. Advice for all never order anything from this store. They are absolutely the worst.

So, my wife likes humming birds. She has several different feeders. Of course, there was one particular type of feeder that the birds like best. Low and behold Tractor supply had them on clearance!!!! Great, right? Anyway, she wanted them so she did her homework, found the stores that claimed to have them, wrote down the information for each store and called to verify (recommended by the company) that they did indeed have the amount of feeders in stock that was advertised on the internet. Each store confirmed their stock (supposedly) and my wife made the purchases online for curbside pickup at 3 stores. Gaffney SC, Spartanburg SC and Boiling springs SC. The farthest point is about a 2 hour drive.... So, we get to the Gaffney store first, walk in to pick up our order and guess what..... They don't have any.....! Second stop was Spartanburg and they are the only store to have her order complete, correct and ready to go. 3rd store was Boiling springs and.... Well, they had 2 out of the six she paid for. Last stop ( on the way home) was Spindale NC. Now, she didn't pay for any on line but she did call and the associate confirmed that they had 8 on hand. We got to the store only for them to have a total count of 0.... So, I politely, informed them that my wife had just called 30 minutes ago and someone said that you had them.... What really got me was, there were only 3 staff working at that store and none of them could remember talking to my wife..... WOW !!!!Tractor supply, if I could give you zero stars, I would. Your managers should train your staff how to actually verify the stock advertised on the website. Could have saved us about 5 hours and 60.00 in gas if they had taken initiative to get up and go look..... Extremely dissatisfied with Tractor supply and their management / staff.Spartanburg store gets 5 full stars!!!

The management at the Boiling Springs, SC store is excellent. I brought two bags of grass seed to the register, thinking they were on sale. Because they were mislabeled, the lady (manager on duty) didn’t hesitate to honor the sale price. Customer service seems to have gone away during Covid - but not here.

We were greeted by a very friendly lady and young man. They directed us to supplies and check out was fast. We will be going back weekly for cat litter as it's just a dollar more for 5 pounds.

Second visit, nothing I went for was in stock. Spoke with a manager she enlightened me to the fact, they couldn't get but a few to work. Sad when one person that's healthy and able receive abundance of assistance an another working the better part of there life and need help, aren't given a fair shot. Sad days in America folks

I found out that tsc carries a cat toy that my cat loves more than anything in the world. We are down to his last one, and haven't been able to find it anywhere. After a year of searching,i found that tsc carries it and my local one has them in stock. But I couldn't find them anywhere. I showed the online description to the cashier who only said that it should be on the cat aisle. I told him it wasn't and he just shrugged. However I was THIS close to finally finding my cats favorite toy so I didn't give up. I looked everywhere and finally found a buggy on the tool side of the store filled with random products, and I saw the cat toy box was laying underneath it all. I told the guy, Nate, who could care less, so I asked him if I could move all the stuff in the buggy into my empty one so I could get to the toys. He said yes so I did so. Meanwhile, all this time he's on his cell phone, ok? After digging everything out, I finally got the cat toy carton that had the cat toys I needed. I grabbed the correct ones from the carton (bought all the ones they had of its kind), and went to the register. I should have asked for an employee discount since I did all the work! Mind you, I have a disability that keeps me from being able to do much, which is why I was worn out from this experience. The one star is not because of the store but bc of the employee. While I'm Extremely glad to have more of my cats toys, I'm super disappointed in the customer service, or lack thereof, that I received from nate. Very disappointing. Don't bother asking him for help. Btw, this is my cats favorite toy if you're wondering! Super cheap, but he loves it more than all the expensive ones I've bought him, go figure. 🤦♀️

I will never order anything from tractor supply. We were lied to from the beginning. Part was supposed to arrive in 3 days after ordering. Part came in 2 weeks later. We cancelled the order. Sept 25th was the date we ordered part. November 12th and we still have not gotten our money back. All we get is a rum around when talking to someone. Have to file a claim with the bank to get our money back.Elizabeth at the store was the only one who tried helping us.

Well, I've gone into this newly built store a few times now for some different odds and ends. I've been going to tractor supply stores for years and usually never have any issues with the staff(except the one just into N. Carolina) but that's another story. Okay pricing.. A bit on the experience side, but if they have it.. and you don't wanna right with the masses at Lowe's and Wally world.. for me they just don't have the stuff I need for the price I me d.tk get it at. I like to call it the petfood and fence supply store

Great experience here! I stopped by to ask questions about a kayak. The two young men were great. I was able to lift it and ask questions. The one guy helped me load it into my car. Great service!

The new Boiling Springs location is great,very clean & well stocked. However,one area that needs attention is the training of associates. Each associate should know product availability & if not be willing to call someone who does,i.e. a manager.

An order from another location was lost and Tracey made it right. She got the lost order cancelled and picked up the item personally from a nearby location so we could pick it up today in Boiling springs. It was time sensitive due to a road trip so having the help of Stewart and Tracey was a lifesaver.

Went for the pet vet they were an hour and half late. The cashier didn't know anything about it. Other than that it's a nice store. Gps took me way out of the way!

Will get better as time goes on I hope but it's a new store and they were out of everything when i visited.. New staff will change rating in a month or two if it gets better
