I am SO EXCITED that Boiling Springs now has a Publix! We just visited and as always the store was well stocked, perfectly clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. This store had great options for produce, dairy, meats, seafood, etc. Right when you walk in the flower display is beautiful and the bakery is full of lovely pastries, cakes, breads, and more! I will definitely be shopping here regularly. They were even giving out free bags.

It's nice to have another grocery store nearby (especially Publix) because they offer a few things the other stores don't carry, and vice versa. I find the prices are average compared to other grocery stores in the area, and they offer great deals/coupons if you're looking for them. There's plenty of parking and various ways to enter/exit depending on where you are coming/going.

I had great hopes when this store opened but it’s gotten worse month by month that it’s been open… Between constantly having items left out of bags after paying, rude people at the pharmacy drive though, not getting credit on empty 5 gallon empty water bottle returns, to orders not being ready on time after ordering hours in advance on the app and then being treated like you’re a hindrance by customer service when you ask about the order. Come on Publix, do better…

Stopped by the deli and ordered 2 1/2 racks of ribs. I was told they would be ready in 25 minutes. I did the rest of my shopping and went back after I was finished. The lady said sorry, no one turned the oven on, can you come back in 12 minutes, I said sure. Went back and there were different people behind the counter. They had no clue as what I was talking about. Manager came over and said it will be 25 minutes, can you come back?After over an hour waiting, NO. Update: Made another trip to Publix yesterday everything was great. The ribs were already made and the deli manager was very helpful. The service was outstanding. Thank you!!!

Great place to shop with reasonable prices and regular deals. The samples they have are always good. Everything is pretty easy to find except for some of the non-food items. My only negative experience was when I was sold a two week old expired jug of lemonade but other than that, great store with friendly staff.

Loved shopping there until today! Not even speaking on the produce etc, simply the employees!!! A older blonde head lady to be EXACT! I was checking out with my daughter at self check out and was asked to not blocked the entrance to the self check out even though we weren’t! I felt that was very rude ESP again that we were not blocking the way and MANY customers were able to get by to get to the self checkout registers! This really disgusted and disturbed me! We were literally grabbing our bags and I told her we were leaving and she just laughed and said okay! We’re shopping and spending our money just like everybody else! If they had more lines opened and less employees just standing around/walking about “ looking for something to do or better yet trying to be the new SAMS with employees giving out samples everyone wouldn’t have to use self check out!

We were super excited when we heard Publix was coming to our area. The store is very nice and easy to maneuver. The produce is usually nice and fresh compared to our other nearby grocery store. The bakery has a good selection and the cakes and doughnuts are great! I have the app so I try to search the BOGO sales each week to maximize savings. The app is easy to use and when I add items to my list, the list shows me the aisle where the item is located so I don't have to search to find the item. We are very happy with our new Publix.

Store is nice, clean and well stocked.. this is by my work, I also visit the one near my home. front end service is non existant here vs the one near my house. Self checkout attendant rarely says anything when I'm the only person checking out or I speak to them. Sever times going through regular checkout the cashier and bagger are having a conversation and never say a word to me.. no hi, or thanks. That irritates me as their conversations can pause so I acknowledged.

Great place to shop! A wonderful variety and plenty of friendly faces! Especially Jonas! I’ve already left a great review but tonight they’ve exceeded my expectations and gave incredible service again! Jonas at the deli was incredibly friendly, polite, and he gave incredible recommendations! The manager at the front was extremely fun, pleasant and he had an amazing sense of humor! Really amazing grocery store a tad bit higher in prices. But this place has everything you're looking for as a grocery store. I drive from Landrum to do my grocery shopping here it's totally worth the slight price difference. Top notch grocery store.

LOVE Publix anywhere! I drive past 6 other places I can shop for groceries to shop at Publix! Some of the prices are higher, but they do have great BOGO specials so most times it balances out. Besides, the fabulous customer service, clean stores, working buggies and registers with actual workers make it worth it to me.

This is the second time the clerk in the seafood department has lied to me about what is available. This time I caught her and she had to admit she lied to me. In front of the store manager. The store manager did nothing to resolve the issue. I will never shop there again. They lie. We have options. Publix is no longer one of them.

Incredibly friendly staff and the app makes finding all the deals so easy!We love the five dollar sushi on Wednesdays and sub of the week specials are insane. I don’t even know how they make money on it.So happy there’s a place to shop where you know you’ll be treated right.

On 3/3/24, I called Publix to check and see if they did money orders and confirm the amount i needed was ok. The customer rep confirmed they did and the amount was not a problem. Shortly after, I arrived at the store not expecting any issue. Upon my request, I was informed that due to the amount, they would need to see my social security card. I then asked to speak with a manager. Dustin walks over and reiterates that my social security card was required. I asked whether there was any other way to authorize. Keep in mind 1.) I had my bank card 2.) drivers license which they never asked to see and 3) I know my SSN. The answer was still no. So i walk out but immediately walk back in because surely they should be able to process a lesser amount without seeing my social security card - nope! Dustin said no to a lesser amount because its suspicious now and by me lowering the amount it will show as a red flag for the government ( apparently he worked for the government too) , mind you, they hadn’t put any information in the system (If you're going to lie make it make sense). At this point I asked for corporate’s number. I contacted corporate and they informed me that the amount I needed should not have been an issue and a social security card is not required only the SSN. I am not sure the reason to deny me but hopefully their actions were not of ill will.I later received a call from store management who apologized for the situation.

I'm from Florida, so to see this store makes my feel more at home.. Let me tell you about Adam & Paul..I came in for a Cuban sandwich, TRY ONE, it's the bread.. Anyway, they were out & I was crushed, you'll understand after you eat one, They were short staffed but they asked me to give them 20 minutes.. Thank you so much for making those delicious sandwiches.. They make platters too!!

I love Publix but this one’s customer service needs improvement. My boss picks up hundreds of dollars worth of catering almost every week and the young girls behind the counter chat it up while he struggles to get it all out and loaded. Publix used to offer help out to every customer- especially when they have carts full.

It was pretty crowded when we went. It's fun that it's a new grocery store nearby. The best part is that they have sales on things we buy, and they a few things that we buy. The produce section was a little sparse for Organic items. But maybe that will change as it's a new store.It's a little on the spendy side. The people are nice there though.

Great friendly service. I loved that I could get some hard to find Chutney in the international section. The fresh vege packs were also consistently fresh and excellent compared to some competitor stores

Many options. Staff are nice. Of course though. It’s new store. Well stocked. Why I won’t come back. I usually pay in cash only. And their self checkout lanes don’t accept cash. Legal US Tender. Beware folks. They’re trying to get us to a cashless society. It’s slowly creeping in….

This store is brand new. I went in, and first of all, everything is at least a dollar more than any other store. I grabbed a few bags of pre-peeled garlic in the blue bag. They were yellow and mushy clearly had been frozen, so I opted for the organic for a 50c more. I get home, open the packs for use, it's moldy, and pieces are slimy!!!! Where is thePublix quality? I get the same packs at Aldi for way less and wayyy better quality... I saw 12 pack cans of sparkling water for 6.29!!! The highest I've seen was 4.29 at Ingles. Two dollars more!!!? Cmon. Not good practice. Folks gonna get sick.

The subs are outstanding for the price and quality it cannot be beat!! I recommend the chicken Parmesan and the chicken hot bar is great for the kids. Fries are delicious 🤤

Come on now deli...why would anybody do this and say it's good to sell? It's bad enough yal put hot sub orders in the fridges for pickup, but I can't even pick up a freaking whole chicken from the hot shelves.

Store is nice and as usual, Publix customer service is top notch. I am so glad a location is close by now. They even have little grocery carts for the kiddos. Haven't seen those since I was kid!
