First time at Pets Favorite as we are new to the area but they came highly recommended by family who have been with them for much longer. I was not disappointed. You can’t go wrong with any of the Veterinarians but we had Dr. Dan Caldwell and he was amazing. Lauren, our vet technician was equally as amazing! They took extra care with our cat we brought in, were able to find the cause of the problem we came in with, and left with a solution. They make it easy to schedule and are upfront with all their prices, they even offer packages if you have a new fur member of the family. I highly appreciated the intake questionnaire, as they ask very specific questions regarding each pet and their preferences. Their approach is gentle and we were highly pleased with our visit overall. We will be taking our other pets there as their annuals come up! 🐾💚

I brought my kitten in here today, and it was the best experience I've ever had at a vet. The staff was amazing, very knowledgeable, and helpful. I've never seen a vet get down on the floor and sit with an animal before. I thought that was incredible. They were also affordable. I was expecting a much higher bill.

I don't think I (and my best bud) have ever felt so much relief from a vet visit.The staff was so gentle, caring and professional. The doc was full of compassion. She adddressed our concerns quickly and with utmost care, and took my financial situation into consideration.I felt like the staff here genuinely cared about my pup and truly wanted to help. I really love taking olympia here, she is definitely less stressed at pets favorite vet then the previous please, all the techs are amazing with her and makes sure she's well taking care of.

My 6 month old puppy had some potty problems (I won’t elaborate for y’all’s sake) and needed urgent care but my established vet couldn’t see him and referred us to an emergency vet that wasn’t even open. I called Pet’s Favorite Vet and they were able to see him within ten minutes, so I rushed Nova there. We were greeted so kindly and they offered him a piece of fabric with calming pheromones on it and took us into a private room. The vet, Dr. White, was fabulous. Very smart, inquisitive, kind, gentle, and genuine. Nova wasn’t a fan because he was so scared but he did eventually wag his tail at her and stopped trying to hide behind me. He had to get an anti nausea shot and the two techs who helped with it were very sweet and patient. We were sent home with prescription food and medicine and of course, lots of compliments about how handsome Nova is. I would absolutely take him there again.

When another vet said that they couldn't handle my dog due to his separation anxiety, I was at a loss. Then a complete stranger in a pet store recommended that I look into vets that specialize in fear and anxiety. This place was the first to show up on a Google search. I made an appointment for one dog and was amazed. On my other dog, I was even more amazed as they examined him with my husband in the room. They were kind, compassionate and listened very well. It's hard to find a veterinarian clinic like this.

Updating an old review to say that the service here is still fantastic. The staff are patient, friendly, and very accommodating. The facilty is really nice. Each time we've had an appointment, we've immediately been brought into a private exam room to wait, which definitely keeps stress down for me and my dog both. I've always left with a strong understanding of my pet's health and confidence that we're moving forward in the right direction. We are still on a wellness plan from when they were offered here, but even when I have had to pay for medications or vaccines that the plan doesn't cover, the pricing has felt more than fair and the process is easy.I'm very thankful for the team here, and I'm glad they were recommended to me when I first adopted Renfield!

We had to put our our 14 year old baby down. They were awesome and so patiently with us saying our goodbyes. They told us we could stay in our room as long as we needed. I can't thank them enough. They are the best!!!

Dr. Cofer & staff are incredible with our pets. Every visit I'm in awe of how much less nervous our furry family members seem to be with their vet visit which makes taking them so much less stressful for us. So thankful!! Great hours! Amazing staff!! Super clean office!!

Dr Caroline and her team are fabulous. Everyone was professional, pleasant and gave both Fiore and Tesla excellent care. I appreciate the fear free practice, and willingness to let me work through as much cooperative care as possible. I'm extremely happy to have found a new home for our dogs!

We wanted to be a new client, but received a link to pay $120 in order to hold our appointment. This is unacceptable and to me shows they care more about money than my pets. If I could give negative stars I would.Uodate:Your response said I was sent something prior to the text I never received it. Your response also said I was told this was refundable, that was never said either.Sad that office policies make the vet , who may be awesome, look bad.I am not a “no show” client yet there is a lot of explanation about those people .Wanted to make sure you understood the communication was not as you described

This is the best vet I have ever been to! They helped me get my dog inside without having to see other animals. She barks alot at other dogs. The pet plan is also great. But the best thing was they helped me get heartworm meds in my budget without pushing more expensive medication.When I got my cat we brought her here too she loves these guys! Photo for proof.

I took 2 of my cats there earlier this year for vaccines and things went fine. I took one there yesterday and the whole vibe was just off and weird. No one asked me if I wanted a 3 yr or 1yr rabies vaccine and no one went over what to look for as far as a reaction. I asked the lady checking me out if my cat were to have a reaction, it would probably be in the next couple hours, right? She said, “That’s a medical question and I can’t answer that”. Not, “I’m not sure, but let me find out” or “let me get someone who can help”. It was just weird. $50 for a rabies shot and a tech appt where all they did was weigh him, get his temp and give him the shot.I sent my parents there as well and they have felt very weird with them too and they also were charged the “holding fee” for their appointment and was told “it will be kept on file for future appointments”. WTH?! The vet was not very confident in their answers when questions were asked. That makes us lose all trust right there. The techs that helped acted like they had no common sense to the questions that they were being asked. It’s like everyone in that place answers based off of a script they were given. Micromanagement much? Oh and if you call them and don’t leave a message, they call you right back……”I saw you called….” Um, CREEPY! They see it as great customer service but I see it as weird as heck.I think we will be looking elsewhere. I’m just not comfortable with the vibe in that place.

I'm very happy with the quality of services and fair pricing at pet's favorite vet. The techs handle my cat with care and walk me thru what they are doing (Sky and Brianna are particularly AWESOME!). Pricing is fair, service is fast, and everyone gets a private room when visiting so I don't have to worry about my already stressed cat being stressed by other animals. Would recommend this vet to anyone with cats :)

We love Pets Favorite Vet. Kanoli hasn’t gone anywhere else ever and we have only had great experiences even when Kanoli wasn’t feeling great! I recommend it to anyone. I also have the wellness plan and it’s something that I think everyone should get. Is worth the money and all that it covers.

Great Team. Very good with my dogs since they are extremely afraid when we go to visits. They give them treats, peanut butter and cheese wiz. They are very loving during the dogs exams. Everything went great. They are always attentive to the dogs needs.

I am a very seasoned animal welfare professional who has gotten tons of health certificates in the past. Never once have I have had issues. Until Dr. Caroline. She was clearly angry that I got her rabies vaccine at another vet. Find a vet who really cares.To respond to your answer I got another vet who I didn't even know to do what you refused to do which was look at the information that was provided from another veterinarian and fill out the certificate. The fact that you chose to talk about a position for which I didn't want due to the hours and the fact that you didn't have your act together into a professional issue with your lack of client service is just a testament of your unprofessional nature. I spoke with several other veterinarians about the issue I encountered with you and every one of them said you seemed to have an issue with me personally and took it out on my dog. Good luck to anyone who goes to you because they will need it. I would never ever bring another animal or refer anyone to go to you based on the time and money you costed me because of your inability to resolve an issue that was not created by me. Thanks but no thanks.

We recently switched to this vet from another in the area. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I have a male dog with thyroid disease and a history of seizures. They have been great with educating me on what we need to avoid whereas the previous vet did not. They have also been great with helping us navigate into the senior stage of my female dogs life. Highly recommend!

I just wanted to post that if you are going to give someone an estimate that you should try to stick to that. When I first inquired about having my dog teeth cleaned and extraction done it was low end $360ish to high end $420. When going in for appointment it changed to $400 something to $530. While my dog was under I was called and informed that she needed another tooth extracted and I agreed. My bill ended up being $770. To me this is price gouging. I should have been informed that my bill was going to increase $250. So I will not be using this vet again. I feel I was very much miss informed about how much my bill was going to be.

If i could give this place a zero stars I would. I've been a breeder for 7 years. I left my previous vet of almost 10 years because of their lack of care and compassion for the animals. It all became about the mighty $. I went here today for the 1st time and all I got was a lecture about my breeding of short snout breeds in which I am very proactive about breeding longer snouts. None of my pups have ever required surgery for their breathing issues. Secondly, my one pup was born with an umbilical hernia and is going to require surgery when he is neutered. I already knew this but the vet was quite rude and forceful and accused me of being irresponsible. Listen you dont know me how dare you insinuate this. I feed quality food, spend thousands on proper vet care and they are loved beyond measure and well cared for. My dogs are family. I am not a normal breeder. This indeed was the 1st litter in a year. Thirdly, don't demand I give my dogs oral flea and tick meds. I will NOT. The dangers of these toxic pills outweigh the convenience they provide. Lastly, heartworm meds for a breed that spends 99.9% of its time indoors is not a requirement for me and my dogs.I have dogs as old as 18 years old and never have had preventative nor heartworms.Lastly, when I went to pay I wanted to use my care credit in which I was declined due to not having a bill over $200.00. This is obsurd!! I will NEVER BE BACK and I would recommend staying away. They push flea and tick meds that kill and cause irreversible side effects. My dogs mean more to me than any more pills a vet says are safe that are NOT!!NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL!!
