Help on the floor was great. Unfortunately they only had the equipment I wanted to purchase as a display model. When asking if there would be a discount or if they had the box the manager was quite rude. When confronted he denied that he was rude repeatedly. I left without purchasing any of the tools (just under $500 today). It’s a shame as I have been going to that company over Home Depot, Lowe’s, or the harbor freight just because they had good service. Please note I would have paid full price all day for a newly packaged tool and I would have been fine with a courteous explanation as to why I would not get a discount. Moving on to your competitors for my Milwaukee tools.

Had a unfortunately poor experience at this store today. In my 11+ years in business and buying many thousands of dollars in equipment from this location (commercial pressure washers and surface cleaners, air compressor motors, equipment trailers and tires, generator, tow behind bush hog, and countless other tools and equipment easily $20k plus over the years. We arrived this morning to buy a $300 plus Stihl trimmer that was listed as having more than one in stock. Guy was rude and said "well if we have it it's on the shelf, go check" it wasn't, but the #91 was, vs the (#91 R). Lady at checkout was very friendly and did the best she could to help. Manger eventually went back and confirmed that 0 of the 3 listed as In stock were indeed not there. After spending 45 mins in store I would be fine buying the one they did have ($30.00 difference) in place of the of the one they showed to have, if they could match the price. Manager was rude, unwilling and declined. We decided not to buy it, or the other $70 of stuff I came there to buy. I understand that the $20k plus purchases my business has made here over the years are likely inconsequential, but unfortunately we will not be shopping here again anytime soon until customer service is improved. Yes, all over $30.00, because as a business owner I am that petty about good customer service.

I placed an online order on July 11th to be delivered to my local store and have yet to receive it. Called the 800# and was advised that the truck was still in TX waiting to be loaded until at full capacity before delivering. Then will move to another location before delivering to my local store. I am not able to cancel my order until it delivers to the store whenever that may be. This is crazy!

The lady who helped me was very friendly! I got a fan which seems very well made on sale for a great price. The store sells just about every kind of tool you can think of. It's similar to Harbor Freight but the prices run slightly higher if not on sale, and they carry more name brands in addition to their store brands. It's definitely a place to check out before buying tools from a "big-box" store. They WILL price match their own online prices. Larger selection than Harbor Freight across town.

I called to check if they had a certain type of pump. I was assured that the pump was in stock and was given a price. I drove 46 miles to NT &H only to be told that they didnt sale that particular type of pump. Not too happy!

Not a bad store. If you need a tool and don't have a large budget to shop with then this could be your store. Unlike other stores like this, this location has a great selection of trailers and air equipment for work or home shops. Staff is great and helpful.

Well I came here to look at a pressure washer I saw an advertisement for... I immediately noticed they have about anything anybody could want...The prices seem pretty good the young man that helped me was quite helpful, courteous and kind...I would recommend this place and if you are in the market for tools - then I definitely recommend going at least take a look or shopping there...I took lots of pictures so you could get an idea .... i hace to admit i am start to get smarter about that...

Had a problem with a chain saw and they made it right. Manager I spoke with on Sunday very helpful and fair. Will make Northern Tool my Stihl equipment store. The lady that was the manager on 2/23/20 should be recognized by the company for doing a great job.
