The worst installation experience I’ve ever had!! I’m beyond mind blown about this situation that I have now been in for a week. Last Thursday my fence installation was supposed to start for a two day job, no one shows up. Lowe’s says “I’m sorry they got stuck on another job and can’t come today”…ok, things happen I get it. So, they show up late on Friday sit around and talk and drag their feet and then leave early. They don’t show up again on Monday, no reason this time “they just can’t make it”. Lowe’s just keeps calling, no one answers, so they keep leaving voicemails with no call backs. Only two of the guys show up Tuesday, again, late and then one of them leaves early. Then only one guy shows up Wednesday (yesterday) and no one else comes to help him. He showed up early and worked hard all day, alone. So again he can only do so much on his own, so we are waiting for him to show up this morning to, HOPEFULLY, finish the job today. It’s a fence in a small 100 square foot space. It should take only one or two days to do a job like this. It’s been a week!!!!!!!! This contractor company that Lowe’s hired for this job could care less about helping me, but they have great reviews on Google. I don’t get it!? The owner obviously doesn’t care about getting my job done, Lowe’s “tries” to help and doesn’t. They just say “we can try and reach out” ok! Well that’s not working what else you got? I want this job done and these guys out of my yard!!! Just finish my fence, PLEASE!!!!!!! This is the absolute worst service I’ve ever received anywhere, ever! Photos are from this morning.

I recently engaged with Lowe's for the installation of two sets of French doors at my residence, and my experience has left me profoundly disappointed. My anticipation of a smooth process was met with a series of unfortunate setbacks. The initial hiccup came when Lowe's ordered the wrong door size, pushing back my installation by several months. When the doors finally arrived for the second time, they were in less than perfect condition - chipped, scratched, and improperly covered in primer. To add to the frustration, despite my specific request for painted doors, they arrived merely primed, forcing me to invest additional time and money into finishing them myself.On the day of the installation, I was given a noon appointment, but the team arrived 2.5 hours late, extending their work into the evening. In the midst of this process, I was asked to personally fetch missing door handles that they forgot. The icing on the cake? The doors were initially installed facing the wrong direction. Although corrected, the fixing was shoddy at best, and one door now doesn't close properly due to poor alignment.For all these troubles and inconveniences, Lowe's compensation was a mere $100 gift card. I declined this because it was essentially a slap in the face that the company refused to take off more than approx. 5% of the total costs of the project. It's hard to believe that such a renowned company would let standards slip this far. I had hoped for and expected much better.

Even if you keep your receipts, just call corporate if you want to be spoken to with civility. The woman who handled [rejected] our exchange for gloves covered by their lifetime warranty could not be bothered with us nor speaking to us with respect. As for our purchases, Eddie (He wasn't ecstatic but actually friendly) was very helpful and could teach his fellow staff member several things about how to speak to people. Honestly just go to home depot/ace/ Amazon before dealing with that crude customer service.

Worst customer service of any store ever. We had furniture delivered missing our patio tables. We called and called to ask about our missing tables and was put on hold for 45 minutes. Then called back to speak with a manager and he placed us on hold for 30 minutes, then hung up on us. We had people come out and measure for window treatments only to find out it was never posted to Lowe's. It's a if the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. I could go on, but I don't have enough room to write out about our horrible experiences with this Lowe's.

Not very professional, I ordered aluminum framing hardware and screen for a couple of screen enclosures, they had most of the material except the screen. The pro desk associate said he will call me later that day or the next day what he could locate the rest of the items,,,,,, no call the next four days. So I called put on hold for 25 minutes. Hung up called again was told he was on break he would call me after lunch. No call. Called again two days later, on hold again 20 minutes. Never go blowes again. Take all my business elsewhere,,, orange store.

Got a quote from ROBERT COOK with Lowe’s in boilings springs, sc who we specifically told and walked the property with how we wanted our fence and gate, he did not do the measurements right and won’t return calls, lowes keep saying they are emailing him that was on a Friday , never got a call back Saturday so the fence was only just the frame and no one came to finish two day job , i call Monday and was told Robert cook made a note they needed an additional 800$ to finish work no one communicated this to us, not to mention they marked the wrong yard for power and water lines ! This has not been a smooth process and we should not be charged extra for Robert Cook’s mistake !

Thought I’d share this because it’s funny / sign of the times. I’m standing in Lowes in Boiling Springs,SC waiting at the woodcutting station. I’ve asked about getting help 3 times. Customer Service has paged it out to send someone each time. I’m looking down the central aisle and am watching 5 Lowes associates hang out on the other end of the store. Each one assistance is paged for wood cutting they scatter. Store is pretty empty so it’s there’s really no excuse other that they don’t want to do anything.

Poor service. Store didn’t prepare enough inventory for select Christmas decorations. Took over 20 minutes to respond to a pressed button for assistance. When we went to check out, we asked if there was someone to personally check out as only self check out was available. The response “well we’re closing.”In response to that, store is still open. You close registers after the store closes. You’re still on the clock. I shouldn’t have to check out my own items if I don’t wish to. In addition, I would’ve checked out earlier if request for help was responded to in a reasonable time frame.

I live in NC(near state line) and normally go 26-27 miles in other directions to Lowes. However, Boiling Springs(28 miles) was the closest one with what I needed in stock.If you go in and shop your experience MIGHT be better, but I do NOT suggest "ordering online and pickup in store"!! I waited 3 hours before leaving home, get there and was told "up to 3 hours wait" !! So I went and got myself (4 sticks molding and 1/2 pint stain) went back to the desk and waited for them to "figure out how to say I picked it up" on the computer !! Never again

If you do curbside pickup on lumber, you're basically paying Lowe's to allow you to carry off their garbage. Nine out of 10 1x4s to be used for trim were absolute junk. It took more time to return than the time I tried to save. This isn't the first time that I received junk lumber but it's the first time that all of it was junk.

Came here on a Saturday with friends to get more for a big backyard project. Lot of the stock was picked over and there was stock on pallets in the overhead. The forklift was needed and they made the best of a challenging situation. Couldnt figure out forklift safety policies. As the aisle that the stock was in the next adjoining aisle was also blocked off. But then in the same pallet was put into a bay on the other side of the aisle while folks were on the other side and children were near where the heavy merchandise was going. Something just didnt seem right. Saftey is always better before something happens.

Went to Lowe’s for doors and moulding. Had some questions regarding sizing. Don, who was working that department was extremely kind, knowledgeable and helpful. He helped with choosing the correct sizes, directing us to the appropriate sections, helped to match our old moulding, and gave insight on easier ways to achieve what we’re trying to do. Thank you, Don for the great customer service!

Went to pick up my online order. Asked the associate if I could grab my air filters off the shelf because they weren't ready for pickup yet. Go figure. Anywho, I came back to the associate and it turned into a whole thing. First she said we'd have to cancel the whole order even though it was already paid for and I had the email receipt. Then she said they couldn't just mark it as picked up which seems ridiculous. How are online orders processed then? Lowe's needs to sort out their online situation. Contacting me to let me know most of my order is ready same day, but an item would be ready 2 days later is absurd.

Every single time I have been in that store in the past month I am remodeling and redoing my master bathroom you cannot get an associate to help you without confronting a manager and making them help you either they're out of stock or it's on the top rack or like today I need to come in and get the flooring and a thing that cuts their laminate is broke they can't tell you when it's going to be fixed so now I have to go to another Lowe's which I should go to home Depot like I did last time and spend several hundred dollars there Lowe's doesn't seem to care I've called the 1-800 number twice and talk with both manager at this store they do not seem to care if I could I would give them a zero star

I've learned that Lowes are not a customer interaction when you ask a question about the product specialty in clearance location there's no price is not really a clearance why put in clearance area 🤔 if it's not a markdown product it's misleading to the customers 😉

Not pleased. Ordered a shower door in January. Came in mid Feb. Pic #1. The guy helping me load it said and I quote "Be careful going home with it, it's fragile" I was like, have you seen the freaking box?!?!Against my better judgement, I took the door home. Opening the box I saw the door was bent. Pic#2. I returned it. They ordered a new one. It ended up on back order and finally came in beginning of June. I couldn't pick up until today July 14th. The box looked the same as the 1st. I opened it in store and it is also damaged. Pic #3. So god knows when the next one will come in. Is it the supplier? Is it Lowe's receiving associates?? Doesn't matter, either way I have a shower built to the specs of this door and nothing to show for the $ spent for 6 months now. I wish they'd let me unload it off the truck myself!!!
