The Ingles Pharmacy at Springfield is setting the bar for what the ideal patient or customer experience should be. Dana has for years provided the best all around professional and friendly service and I am so glad they have Dixie and my personal new favorite , sweet Abigail. No matter what time it is, or how busy they are these ladies are always treating me like family and smiling like they enjoy their job. Thank you ladies, you are the best !!!

Seen a customer drinking this & had to ask.I can’t tell you the actual name, but it’s pretty much a Green tea latte with vanilla & strawberry flavor. I’d definitely get another, but I didn’t ask about the calories.

We were recently passing thru this area, and i went to the deli counter in this Ingles. There was no one in the deli area; (no customers, no employuees). i patiently waited, after about 3-4 minutes, a nice gentleman came thru and said, "someone will be with you shortly, ma'am", and kept walking.i waited, a good 4 minutes later, a lady went thru and said, "someone will be with you shortly, ma'am", and kept walking....you get the idea? Another 4 minutes or so passed, and finally a young man named Zion came walking in with a box to deliver, and, you guessed it, "someone will be with you shortly, ma'am"! i said, "you're the third person who has said that to me in the last 10 minutes, and kept on walking!"Well, what a nice young man....he stopped, put down the box, and said, "i'm sorry, ma'am, what would you like?" So i know there is one employee at this Ingles who knows good customer relations.i have a feeling it was the way he was raised at home, not the customer training at Ingles. It is definitely lacking at this store.Ingles, give Zion a raise, and a promotion, and let him train your employees on what customer service should be.

Liked my experience here they do follow there quote "low prices love the savings" very well compared to other big stores and also you can get a free fruit and cooke too and their food is good here.

WIC…. The worst store to use WIC. Seems every time there is an issue with it. Manager isn’t helpful when it comes to it. Such as grapes… the grapes didn’t go thru. Obviously that’s a fruit. That’s also obviously on WIC. But when it didn’t they take them back and want you to pay cash for it. People that are on WIC are obviously on WIC for a reason and if we are using WIC for these items there’s no reason for us to need to pay cash. The milk area is a mess as far as WIC stickers. Never fails at least one gallon doesn’t go through. You can get 2 gallons from the exact same spot but yet you’ve got two different types of milk… I will not be back to ingles to use WIC. I’ll stick to driving to KJ’s. Not only does this make anyone who’s using WIC feel bad when they stand in the line trying to get things & they’re rude and wanting items back exc with no help leaving people looking terrible because they can’t afford to pay cash for these items….

The smell of the store violates your nostrils as soon as you walk in.The milkshake machine left tiny hairs in my milkshake & the milk inside the shake tastes suspicious.Ingles store brand sweet tea tastes worse than waffle house sweet tea. They should rename the sweet tea to sour tea.I would steer clear & go to publixs

Only complaint I have was cashier told me why phone number brought up my saying card account up but when I got to the car i noticed it wasnt on the receipt. So I don't think she actually found the account. It was close to closing so I suppose she just wanted me out of the store. Store itself was clean and organized.

I used to live in Liberty, SC. And that Ingles is spotless! I really miss it. This one is.... just okay. The bathroom was filthy. And store not very clean. I'd have been alright with the fact they have much less variety. If the store was kept clean. I'll stick with Publix, 😆

Produce fresh and reasonably priced. Deli and Bakery helpful and friendly. Cashier and bagger were personable and offered to help with my groceries.

I was pleasantly surprised at how nice these Ingles stores are, the selections and varieties blew my limited mind, I loved shopping there, I found great selection and was very happy with the prices.The staff from the meat section to the checkout were all friendly and even went out of their way to ask if I needed anything. Great Job Ingles!

My husband and I went tonight to get a few groceries and a pack of diapers and wipes for our daughter. We thought we were going have to put the diapers and wipes back because we went over our budget and the associate Alyssa helped us out so we were able to get the diapers and wipes by paying for them with her own money. We appreciated what she did for us and we thanked her when she handed them to us and again before we left the store. We need more people like her in the world.

This place brought back memories.I went for disinfectant and cleaners. They had lots of top choices at good prices. I meant to go back before leaving Spartanburg because Ingles had items my family likes but can't find on our side of the state.

Been been going to this Ingles since it was beside the church down the road. Love this store. Usually very busy around lunch time and 5 :30 ish. Easy to get in and out. Staff is helpful and nice. All except for this suspender Over your work shirt, older gentleman who works in the deli. ,, 🤷 I'm just gonna say this about him. Don't try his dishes. (Ones he makes) and wear gloves when you make mash potatoes and mix up slaw. Other than that ..love my neighbor hood Ingles!

Convenient. And normally I rate them high. But I might be wrong with my complaint today; but as, I waited on some chicken to be cooked. the server left the chicken I wanted uncovered in box (letting heat out)then started coughing. Although she had plastic gloves on and covering her mouth. That was just too much for me. People are getting sick again. The 🤔 idea ...uugh

Last time I spend anything at this location! I live 2 minutes away an I am an over the road truck driver gone for weeks on in at a time! Tonight I was out of drive hours so I parked in the corner of the parking lot to get some rest after doing groceries but as soon as I parked I was informed I can not park here an would need to leave. Very unprofessional an it shows the appreciation to the the drivers an trucking industry. Remember if it wasn't for a trucker you wouldn't have the food in the fridge clothes on your back or anything else if you wanna be specific think about that. We leave our families behind for weeks an sometimes months to provide services for all us Americans. We spend 14 hours every day with practically no communication with the world other then delivering goods. We rarely get a decent hot meal a save place to park an sometimes a shower. Understand this we live a life that is not promised an unfortunately some of us dont make it back home an if it wasn't for us you wouldn't have the amenities an luxuries you use have are or consume. Think about that next time you tell someone to leave your location. An to the gentleman in the little black car with the red roof the only reason I didn't give you a hard time is because my son was in the car next to me to not upset him. Its only been 32 days since the last time I seen him an my wife so I appreciate you coming over an spoiling that for me an them. It's the new normal now to be treated like scum of the earth while where out here give our all so you an your family can have the things you all need. Sincerely another American Truck driver.

I regularly come to the Starbucks before work, I was met by Skylar and McKayla (that was on their name tags) they had wonderful customer service and got me my drink fast, Skylar even pays enough attention to remember what I order before I could. Awesome experience👍🏻

This place blew me away. Being from Florida and indoctrined to love Publix I feel I have been wronged. We came up here on vacation with the family. We are a half vegan half meat eater family. Going out to eat every night is not always the best value. We were able to go into the store everyday and I mean everyday to get food for my vegetarians. And has an unbelievable amount of food in there. I've never seen so much beer or cheese.
