I tried calling just to ask a simple question. I don’t want to drive 15 min to find out if this store carries helium to inflate balloons. On my 7th calling attempt, they picked up the phone as soon as it started calling and hung up. I guess I got annoying. But I’ve tried more times and they just keep ignoring me. Bad customer service! Keep in mind: You are not their priority. They are their own priority. Just wanted to let y’all know!

Dollar Tree has seemed to decline in quality over the past few years. After the whole price raise, it has really gone bad. Messy store and felt like it was completely different from how I remember these stores. I would say it used to be the best of the three big dollar chains, now I wonder if Family Dollar outbeats them.

If I could give it no stars I would have. What happened to this place!? It’s bare, ok, I can deal with that but it’s filthy! Where’s management or do they care! Very disappointed will not be back to this store!

I wouldn't even give this store a star..it was AWEFUL . disorganized, cluttered, filthy, the smell is offensive an absolute mess. I don't know what happened to this store but it needs to be shut down!..rest assured I will never go back..I couldn't get out of there fast enough!!

The employees were nice but the store was a horrible mess! And I don't mean a little, it was a disaster! Looked like half of their inventory was literally raked onto the floor. I couldn't hardly stand it. I won't go back.

This is a good place to get some cheap stuff.This place has improved a lot recently. It used to be poorly stocked and have trash covering the floor, but recently I noticed that the products on the shelves were better taken care of and the carpet floor had been replaced with a hard floor which they are managing to keep clean.It appears they are finally giving an effort to maintain their store!

You know how dollar stores are? Most are unorganized and things are what you pay for so no surprises. This one is pretty well stocked and most of the stock is good variety. Always the seasonal goods of various quality. Like I said, it's a dollar store. Fairly large store and the food section is actually big as well. Frozen and dry goods. Not a lot of healthy options but if the budget is an issue. Go for it.

1 employee for the entire store! 30 mins in line, wrapped around the store. I felt so bad for this employee doing everything by herself. Management needs to help this store! Employees shouldn't be left to attend to everyone alone. I'm praying for this hard working, smiling employee even though people were giving her a really hard time for the line.

Most of the staff are very sweet but wow...this is one of the dirtiest stores I have ever been into. I don't usually have high expectations for these dollar stores, but I was actually shocked at how bad this one looked. It's very off-putting to customers. There are many other dollar stores in town that are much more presentable so I will not go back to this location. The manager/owner really needs to go in themselves and help staff clean this store up. It could be nice if they gave it some TLC.

I have a suggestion about the rating system here. There needs to be a +/-scale such as a slider to reflect both positive and negative values. In this case, I would move the slider as far left of zero (NEGATIVE) as possible.THIS STORE WAS A DUMP!!.Trash on the floor. Pallets of new merchandise blocked the aisles. Products on the shelves were strewn all over. As I walked around the store I noticed the disarray was not limited to one or two aisles. This whole store was a war zone. It reminded me of an earlier news broadcast about the war in Ukraine. One of the back doors to the storeroom was open revealing the same mismanaged mess. I had a flashback to my son's bedroom when he was a teenager.The sad story here is that this condition did not happen overnight. It took real dedication and work to reach this point of no return.I actually felt sorry for the one (only one) checkout clerk. She was performing magnificently amid an otherwise broken system."Great Job," I told her as I was leaving, hoping to shed this experience from my memory banks forever.Until this rating request from Google popped up.

This place has a lot of high quality snacks for cheap. The ice cream uses actual cream most of the time. Other companies charge 4 times as much for chemically made stuff so in very impressed by what this store carries. The staff is also very friendly and helpful.

Dog pee on the floor. Couldn’t even get my wheelchair past the front door. Boxes on the floor everywhere. Only dollar tree I’ve ever been disgusted by. It was actually gross.

The lady at the counter CRYSTAL was rude. She didn't speak she doesn't tell you your total. She has no customer service experience at all. If the next Dollar Tree wasn't so far from me, I would definitely drive there. I hate when I go in there and see her working. HORRENDOUS EXPERIENCE EVERY TIME I GO IN THERE!! 😡

Store hours are sporadic. Idk if they have staffing issues or what but it's a gamble on whether or not they'll be open when you go. Just be prepared. Plus it's often hard to shop bc there are carts of unopened products scattered throughout so you have to move them out of the way to get to what you're looking for. It's a bummer that it's the only one within fifteen minutes from me or I'd shop other dollar tree stores.

Here now at store at check out and Cashier Anita never said a word not even HI. Then I realize it wasn’t just me, she didn’t speak to the next guest or the following guest either. What happened to good customer service? What has happened to us as a people Sad!!!

❤ This store. Not only is everything 1$ but they continually update their store with new seasonal products and everyday products needed as well! Clean and neatly organized.Update: has added even more items since I posted this review, the store is getting better and better. Carrying and updating stock of uniquely different items

Employees are very friendly but this store definitely needs more help! There is not enough people working to run the registers and stock therefore this store is cluttered with boxes of merchandise blocking the aisles and empty shelves everywhere

Corporate really needs to step in and fix this store or shut it down. It is not the employees it is the management. The store has been nasty for as long as I can remember, but recently nastier than ever, floors always filthy, all merchandise is still in boxes on cart at the end of isle. It's almost a health hazard to try to walk around the store.

The restroom looks like something from the film " Desperado" ( Robert Rodriguez). The toilet was in such bad shape that you would think there may be a secret drug trap door hidden behind it. Just close.

Happened on February 11th around 5pm. Waited in line for about 10 minutes when I was the only customer apart from the one in front of me paying, after the cashier was done with the other customer she turned off her light and told me she was leaving and refused to ring up my items that she saw me unload onto the counter about 5 minutes before, she was very rude about it. Then I had to find another cashier and wait in line for that as well, only for the same cashier continue to ring up other people behind me AFTER she refused to ring up mine. I’m a manager of a store and i understand how it is sometimes when you’re ready to leave, but that’s just bad customer service.

I visit this location four to five times a week, never had a bad experience until tonight. My kids and I went into the store around 9pm put our items in the cart and went to check out. Well as I paid for my items my kids were right across from me (clear view) looking at Halloween masks, they both ran over to me looking afaid. My oldest says, "Mama that lady whose vacuuming told us to move because she was cleaning up and she wasn't going to clean up after us." Not to mention my kids weren't touching anything only looking at the masks. I saw her talking to them, but didn't expect her to say anything out the way. Once I got outside another customer that was in line, parked next to me stated he was in the store the other day and a little boy was looking at the masks and she walked up to him being rude. I went back into the store and asked who the manager was and the cashier states Vicky, of course it was the lady that was vacuuming who was rude to my kids for no apparent reason at all. I left the store, couldn't find my receipt so called back and she answers the phone, I asked for corporate's number she asks Sharon, then hangs up in my face. Of course I called back, Sharon answers and says they don't have corporate's number, so I proceed to ask her why Vicky, her manager, hung up the phone on my face, of course she was clueless. Although this is my favorite location I will not be going back. No manager should be rude and unprofessional the way she is and I'm sure she wasn't supposed to be vacuuming at 9:20pm with customers shopping and cord of the vacuum being a major fall risk.

If I could get this place 0 stars I would I went in today today ask if there was any buggies was told there was none so went and got a Walmart buggy because I'm high risk pregnant and also have a small child I've got the buggy in the store and there was multiple empty buggies down the aisles that you could barely get down because they're packed full of boxes meanwhile you meanwhile you get out front the boy that's running the cash register's eaten snacks and drink and then prop to self against the other side of the cashier just like none of this matters also the one that said that there was no buggies so call the store ask for the manager while in line get the manager on the phone and ask why there's no help up there but 1 person eating anddrinking snacks She came up there checked 2 people out and left it's like she was hiding wasn't helping him at all I hope you're having it all all this is really ridiculous and poor customer service and the drink machine coolers are full of mildew
