I went in there a few times with an air compressor that I was trying to modify so I could mount in the engine bay of my vehicle. I had broken off a fitting and while I had gotten it out, the specific air compressor I used didn't have standard threaded holes to be able to buy a new fitting and thread it right in. Nathan spent way more time than he had to trying to help me chain together fittings so that way I could take my off the wall idea, and make it happen. He could have easily said "We don't carry a fitting that goes from 1/8 compression, to 1/4 pipe. Sorry and have a good day" but took the time and had the customer service skills to find a solution to my problem.So thank you to Nathan and the other associate he called over while I was in there to help find what I need.

Went in here on Sunday. The gentleman was like we can take your payment for your chainsaw sharpening he says and I’ll get to it tomorrow About 12 should be ready. That’s what he said. He went in there the Monday after 12 gave me an extra 40 minutes. I wouldn’t even asking yet. He walked around the corner and said oh hey sir Your chain is not ready, and I asked politely how long and he says I don’t know I haven’t gotten to it so instead of buying other things there, I just went down the street to HarborFreight to see what they have sad, sad

I have always had a great experience at this ace store in Boiling Springs . Ace prices are a little higher than other stores, but I receive coupons in the mail, which gives me rewards and cash towards my purchase.. This store always has the items I need in stock as well as other items that other stores do not have. The staff is always kind and friendly, every staff member that I pass by, always ask if I need help or at least speak and say hello. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone needing home items, garden items, tools, cleaning supplies, etc..

I've been wanting to start a couple of raised garden beds in my back yard and I went to several stores in the area looking things I need to get started on my project. Everyone in the store was super nice and helpful, especially Josh, the manager on duty when I visited the store. He told me that he has several raised beds of his own and he helped me choose some of the materials I needed and gave me some advice on getting started.I'll definitely shop here again when I need anything for future projects.

Love this store. I will go to Ace over Lowes any day. It's always a quick in and out, and there is ALWAYS someone available to help you. You never have to search for an employee, like you do at Lowes and other bigger stores. Friendly employees and a clean store are a plus!

They literally have everything; but the prices seem a little high. Also, it had a strong fertilizer-like smell that they needed to address. Parking is convenient, and the staff were friendly. Be sure to get an ACE Rewards card for a significant discount on your first and future purchases - name and phone number are all that's required.

My friend is hard of hearing and as the associate was walking to where an items were that she wanted to see, she couldn't hear what she was saying. So she loudly told her to hold on because she couldn't hear her. She turned around a belted out "I SAID..." Then immediately turned away from us a continued shouting what she had to say. Shes not a younger person. Anybody who has any common sense knows your voice carries forward not behind you. #2 If you are barely speak above a whisper walking away from someone it's rude and inconsiderate. If I had been by myself I would have walked out. I won't go back personally.

Super slow paint service. They exploded a can while shaking and still expected me to buy the can that wasn’t full and had paint all over the outside. Um, no way! Service was so slow and the elderly man at the counter really needs to be wearing a belt to keep his pants up! I won’t be back. I’ll buy my 14 gallons elsewhere.

Went in to have a automobile key made. The guy who does it is there working and they ask him if he wants to do it today. He says no come back tomorrow. This is bad business. The store was empty it’s not like there was a store full of people. I generally love Ace but we will not be back.

The minute you walk in you are greeted by someone. They ask if they can help you and you tell them what you're looking for and they send you to the department and another friendly employee meets and helps you out. Even though they didn't have what I needed I will go back.
