My dog had been going to the same groomer since birth (8 yrs) so when she recently retired, I was very nervous about finding another groomer. After doing some research, I saw so many good reviews for Spaws Pet Grooming and they were only a few miles from me. I was very happy with the first service. There are a couple of things I will specify for the next service, but overall, they did a great job and we will be back!

I just moved to a new home in a new location and needed a groomer for my pup. This groomer is local and easily accessible. They do an awesome job and are courteous. My pup likes them.

Super, awesome first time experience. My two Chihuahuas look amazing, especially my senior. Staff professional & friendly. Studio clean and easy to find. Both dogs returned to me in a timely manner and in happy spirits. Loved their little scarfs and each smelled lovely.

From the moment I arrived I was greeted with a smile and professionalism. It was my baby’s first grooming so I was worried how she would look afterward. But when I picked her up the Teddy Bear cut was perfect. She smelled great they did a good job. And we have found our forever groomer. SPAWS Pet Grooming is great. Friendly staff.

My fur baby Sasha had her first visit today @ Spaws. We had a totally AWESOME experience.The staff was friendly and Sashas groomer was exceptionally loving and patient towards her.When I picked Sasha up she looked gorgeous, her groomer decked her out with purple bows! as she noticed that was mommy's color!I'm so pleased to have found my fur baby a new grooming spot.I also appreciate her services being done well and in a timely manner. Everything was professional!My mistake was forgetting our groomers name, (sorry) she had beautiful nails!Thanks for caring for my cockapoo!

They did and incredible job and Shaggy looks great. I was nervous I was going to pick up a shaved dog but the staff at Spaws took the time and care to work with his hair and he is a happy, soft and fluffy poodle!I have to admit taking care of a standard poodle’s hair is not easy. At home We wash, condition, blow dry and brush Shaggy’s curly hair but still tends to be matted.You guys are awesome and I am happy to be a regular costumer!

Wonderful customer service, COVID safety practices in place, and very clean!! I was really impressed with the kindness and professionalism of the owner. I was also pleased with how nice it smelled! You would never think animals where getting groomed. I’ve been to other groomers and left because of the wet dog smell and overall dirty appearance. Lola smelled really good for days and didn’t shed as much. Prices are great. On Wednesday they hv drop in hrs from 7am-9am. If u live in blythewood or northeast Columbia this is the best groomers that I’ve encountered so far.

I was super nervous to take my Aussie anywhere to be groomed because I didn’t want his double coat shaved by accident. I liked the reviews for Spaws and decided to go ahead and give it a shot! They did a wonderful job for a very affordable price. My boy looks so handsome, smells fantastic, and was happy when I picked him up so I think he had a good experience too 😊 I will definitely be using this groomer from now on and highly recommend them.

I found this place close to my home. I went in to get my dogs nails trimmed and thought it was a nice place so I wanted to get my dog Rocsi trimmed and bathed. They advised me that they would need updated shot records for her. I went and got her updated on her vaccine and made her first appt to get bathed. She came out smelling soo good and looks soo nice. I decided I wanted to continue taking her every month for this service. I called and set an appt. They called to confirm the appt and stated that I would need to bring her updated vaccine shots. I spoke to the owner letting her know they already have her records bc she was seen last month for the same services I am trying to set. She advised me that my dog could not get service because they did not have my records on file which is not true because if I didn’t have my records last month she would not had been able to get serviced. They are wrong and instead of saying we are sorry we misplaced your paper work or we didn’t do our job that day you brought the records in they are treating me as if I am lying saying she was never serviced which is a complete lie bc she has the scarf still they put on her when she left the day she got serviced! One out of 10 I DONT recommend

Our cavachon was well groomed and beautiful when we picked her up with her rose collar. At Christmas, when we picked her up, she had little bows in her hair on her head that stayed in.

Just moved to Columbia SC and needed a groomer for my dog and my neighbor recommended Spaws. My dog has been cut in the past and doesn’t like the groomers but Erin did a great job with her and the staff was really nice. Decent prices and you even get a discount if you book for your next appt 4-6 weeks.

Thanks to Teresa and her staff for grooming two rescue dogs from SQ Rescue. They tend to be more sensitive when touched and the ladies were able to keep them calm. They looked incredible when finished.

Going to place that takes true appointments. It's insane to drop off at 8am during drop off window for 12:45pm to roll around and he not be touched but locked away for hours.
