I have nothing but good things to say about this place. I have been a lifelong cat owner and have no experience with dogs whatsoever. As a family, we decided to adopt our sweet 6 month old lab/retriever mix Tommy. I brought him here to choose out some treats and purchase shampoo.When I walked in we were greeted by a beautiful big white dog, and I was nervous because I'm unfamiliar with these situations and didn't want a fight to break out. I warned the woman working there that I am extremely inexperienced. She was incredibly sweet and understanding.Instead of shunning me for not being a pro, she took it upon herself to help me pick out products for Tommy's sensitive skin. I let her know the types of toys he liked and she had a great recommendation for a chew toy for him. She also had a wealth of knowledge on different treats and what would be suitable for a puppy of his size. She recommended a goat milk product to put on Tommy's dry food that would help hydrate and nourish his skin.The shop is absolutely beautiful and the layout is a dream. Everyone, including other customers, were very happy and sweet. I felt so welcomed by the community and it was just a wonderful experience. They even threw in a small treat and a bandana bowl. The products sold here may be more expensive than Petco or Chewy, but I like supporting locally-owned shops. The quality of the offerings here are top notch. I will also be bringing Tommy here for occasional grooming, as I can tell that the employees here truly love what they do.Well I don't think I've written a longer review than this! Love the vibe and will back for sure. Don't miss out, there's something for everyone here at every price point.

I have loved all the treats and toys that I have gotten here. The bakery is adorable and I mush prefer this location to any hot asphalt hell of a corporate store. Every groomer I have used for my dog has been excellent and accommodating. The staff makes great recommendations and knows my pup by name. They have literally steered me away from more $$$ products and services they offer just to make sure I was doing the best for my fur baby. I’ve added a pic of my baby’s fave treat that they started carrying because I asked about it. I’m one happy dog mama to have found this place!!

So happy that this business has groomers that really truly care about the pets they handle and will do whatever is needed to make sure the pet gets the proper haircut it needs to be happy and healthy. It's sad that some people do not understand the maintenance of the breed of dog they choose to own. I'm happy that there are groomers here who are completely knowledgeable and obviously passionate about animal care and well-being! Great staff to advocate for pets!

I visited the bakery to get some treats for my dog. The bakery itself was cute and my dog seemed to like her treats (hence the two stars). However, when I came on here to leave a review of my experience, I noticed one of the owner's responses to a negative review. I am sorry, but as someone who has worked in management, I am disturbed. I am not sure why a business owner would feel the need to attack someone for leaving a bad review, rather than try to rectify the problem, but unfortunately that seems to be the case. It was clear that he was mad his groomer was being accused of cutting a dog and was trying to save face. At the end of the day, if a dog is cut then an apology should be made, no excuses. Seeing his response makes me hesitate to ever try their grooming. If this owner really cared so much about the dog, why did he collect payment and send the dog on its way? It seems he only threatened animal control after a bad review was made. Quite sad...I don't like dealing with business owners who talk down to costumers like that and unfortunately will not be supporting this business in the future. A message to the owner...do better and a message to future customers...make sure you know what type of business owner you are supporting.

We love Woof Gang! I bring my sometimes difficult catahoula mix here to get his nails trimmed and we are always so impressed! The bakery is so cute and the people who work here are amazing! Our dog personally loves Adriana! ❤️

I go into the store to buy my dog there toys which hold up very well along with there treats my dog loves. The girl who works up front is always friendly and knowledgeable of all of there products and most importantly you can tell she loves all of the dogs that come in there. I also really like the fact that she is a true local of Bluffton . Thanks Wolfgang I will be see y'all soon!

THE BEST shop/groomer ever! Just moved here from the NY area, and was looking for that special place for my medically fragile, rescued shih tzu. As soon as we walked - yes, Winston WALKED in (I didn't need to carry him in, clinging desperately to me, which is the usual scenario...) his tail went up, wagged, and he went right with our fabulous groomer! They took the time to listen to his needs before I even brought him into the shop, and even let him bring his stuffed raccoon buddy with him for "emotional support" :) When I picked him up, he walked around the shop and picked out a new friend, (who we now call Lamby lol) and a few delicious treats to take home with us (when I tell you he is THE pickiest eater ever, it is the truth!) Thank you for making Winston feel so safe, comfortable, and HAPPY while visiting!

Wow what a mistake it was to bring my dog to this place. I was met with a rude person at the front desk and an even ruder groomer. I picked up my dog to see that he was literally buzzed to the skin. No whiskers, no eyelashes. She cut both ears and his neck. The rude front person said if the wounds keep filling up with blood I will have to take him to the vet to have hematomas drain - WHAT?????? No I am sorry no nothing just blaming me saying I will have to bring him more often. The last time I brought him here there were no issues. It is obvious the rude, nasty groomwr hates her job and took it out on my dog. KEEP YOUR PETS AWAY FROM HERe.UPDATE- The owner just called me and literally threatened to sue me if I leave a bad review. He tried to to say that my doodle was in the worse condition he ever saw - is this guy kidding me? My dog recently had his annual physical and my vet said he is in perfect condition. Yes he was matted as most doodles get especially if they play with another dog but for this owner to turn this around and threaten the customer is insane. He literally said if I leave a bad review he will report me for dog abuse and sue me for deflamation. I literally have never encountered anything like this. I have a right to leave a review and state the facts no matter how this owner tries to spin it. If the groomer was so concerned about my dog why didn’t she call me and tell me to come get him - no she cut him down to nearly the skin and cut him in three different spots and charged $100 dollars for it. No apologies for injuring just threats what a good business ownerTo the owners response - You are a straight up liar The most unprofessional owner I know. You can spin it anyway you want and I am not the only one who has said this just read the yelp reviews.

Wonderful Experience! Just moved from Charleston to Bluffton and needed to find a new groomer for Lilly, a Golden Retriever. Great communication from booking to pick up. The knowledgeable and engaging staff seem to really enjoy what they do. They took great care of our sweet girl. Lilly looks beautiful, feels better and will definitely be back for treats and grooming!

Love this shop! Can’t wait to return to Hilton Head so we can visit again. The owner was extremely welcoming (as was his adorable puppy!) and was very helpful when I returned home only to learn I bought the wrong size collar. He happily helped me replace it in the correct size. I definitely will return again as the store is stocked with amazing toys, treats and supplies.

I took my dog here recently for a bath and cut. He is a cockapoo so his hair can get a little crazy . They did a great job giving him a summer cut, he looked and smelled great after! Great job and great price!

Unique pet treats, food, collars and toys. Grooming services are good but pricey. We have pomeranians and have not found a groomer experienced in a proper pom cut.
