Amazing service! Ezekiel helped us transfer 6 line from another provider to T mobile and upgrade 3 old iPhone to the new iPhone 15 pros. One of our old phones wasn't taking the SIM card and he literally stayed with us until getting service. The time we left was 8:25 pm and the store closedat 8:00 pm. He was friendly and help from start to finish. That's for the excellent service!

What a world of difference a management change can effect a plus high associate turn over. This location now provides excellent customer support. Excellent shopping experience with Zeke and Kennedy. I have also had good experience with T Mobile on-line phone support.

Your cellular service is one of the most important things for a small business. So I was very hesitant to even consider another company. And once I considered, I never had time. Then I met Kennedy, the business account representative at T-Mobile. It was so refreshing to have someone here in Bluffton to help me. Not only did she cut my bill in half, she seamlessly orchestrated the changeover. The very idea of that had given me nightmares. And probably gave her a few as well. But you would have never known it. She showed complete professionalism, and is obviously well educated in her field. But most compelling is hergenuine concern for my businesses success. Definitely recommend.

I was at the store last September to replace a stolen phone. What a disaster, 3 hours, I knew what I wanted, no data transfer, 3 hours.Went back today, bad app had taken over my operating system, fixed in less than 15 minutes, new manager and staff, WELL DONE!

Went to this location to pick up my phone. Arrived 30 minutes before they closed just to walk up to a locked door. Tried calling the store, no one answered. Completely pissed.

Been fighting getting my phone straightened out since August of this year. This team mobile location on Plantation Parkway is the very best one I've ever been to it hasn't been easy but they got the job done and I finally have a working phone. Never pass up a chance to say thank T-Mobile what a great job or let those Crooks over at Cricket knows it they'll never get any business from me or anybody else I know.

I had a great experience at this T-Mobile. Sales Rep Danasia was tremendous. She help me get my trade in done smoothly. She didn’t allow me to leave until everything from my old phone was synced to my new phone. If your ever need anything at T-Mobile she is your go girl. Will definitely be back!!

One of the best customer experiences I've ever had. HUGE shout out to Elias O. for his patience and very thorough service to my in-laws. He walked them through the entire number transfer process and answered questions with detail. He even threw in a couple of extras for the family pets.If everyone at this location serves customers the way Elias does, this store and T-mobile will do really well. We have been with T-mobile for the past 9 months and never had a problem with our service. Also, there have been no hidden fees or unexpected charges like we had with the "V" provider.

Absolutely terrible customer service. I was not an authorized user on the account so I was unable to get any information. I understand that, that is completely fine. I wish I would have gotten her name so I could call her out publicly but the woman I had was incredibly unfriendly and rude. You would be better off calling the 800 number rather than going into this store and having to speak with her. Everyone I’ve ever spoken with when I call in is very friendly and personable. What a shame.

Recently bought a phone at another location using the trade it. Walked in this afternoon (3-21-22) and there was a younger woman, older woman, and a younger man working in the front. The man started to help us when the older woman started to raise her voice and was instantly unfriendly about the return.When we mentioned it was a trade in and that we had done it at the Beaufort location she got even louder and more rude. Talking down to us and complaining about the other store. She kept saying it was not possible to return the device since we did a trade in. Tried saying it had to do with the IME on the trade in phone being locked to the transaction or something. None of it sounded plausible. She even mentioned another woman had come in earlier trying the same thing.We left and immediately called customer support who gave zero attitude or problems with returning the phone, canceling the trade in on it, and placing a new phone order with the trade in. She needs to be retrained. The man was friendly when he could get a word in though.

Pathetic customer service from the female manager, Chelsea. Her rude attitude and frustration gave my mother a panic attack. Not only should she be ashamed of the way she treats customers, I can't fathom how or why she has a job that requires her to work directly with people because she was far more concerned with "getting off early" than she was helping her customers. If you need a new phone, and need help getting it set up, go to Okatie or Hilton Head. You won't find any help here.

No idea if he will see this, I believe his name is Ed? He was great and helped me with all the questions I had.

I recently contacted the store (T-Mobile 4794) via telephone and spoke to an associate named Valdez (supposedly). I was referencing a recent visit where I purchased a phone and a proper credit was not applied. I accept responsibility for not checking my receipt when leaving the T-mobile store but thought it would be a simple follow-up and resolution. I asked for some assistance and she rudely stated that no assistance could be provided over the phone at all. She further stated that I would have to visit the store in person. She stated that they can't verify identities over the phone which I believe is false. I can call the 1-800 number and they validate my identity and account information every time I call with my information or pin. I asked to speak to the manager and was placed on a 10 minute hold and then told that the manager was too busy and she would call me back. I asked her if she thought it was appropriate to keep me on hold for 10 min and she responded "no" but never even apologized at all. Still no call back from the manager.I'm a fan of the T-Mobile Company but not so much of the associates at this local store. I was fortunately able to resolve the issue over the 1-800 line without issue.

Customer service was great! We left satisfied and pleased with the service provided. Traveled from the Beaufort T-Mobile location after dealing with a rude manager and customer service rep. The trip was an inconvenience but working with the Bluffton's T-Mobile team made it worth it. You guys rock! Please send someone to the Beaufort location for training on customer service, etiquette, and how to do their actual JOB. LOL. I can finally laugh now. But thanks again guys!

Everyone in the Bluffton store are pleasant!!!! I dealt with Lyndsey and a young man with a beard. Excellent customer service!!!! I just LOVE Lyndsey's patience with me. I am not savvy with the phone but they were soooo patient.

I've had nothing but problems with the watch I purchased from this location. Went in to see if they could fix the problem, they guy said I needed a new watch but only the manager could it and they were out. He took my number and said he would call when she was back. Never got a call. Went back in they said yes we will order a new one. So I'm back again picking up my watch. It came dead, I said I wasn't paying till I knew it worked and my problems were resolved. It seems like I was a burden for making sure I was getting it fixed. I had to go to my car a couple times while waiting on the watch to charge to get my ID and wallet. When I came back in I was asked to limit how many times I go in and out because of their counting system. Very poor service. Will be finding a different location for any future purchase or issues.

This must be my unlucky T-Mobile day. I had rotten service on the phone with customer care which has never happened before (they're usually outstanding). Then it gets much worse here. My phone has been losing its charge very quickly and I went in to see if there was a solution. When she saw I had a Samsung 6 she almost rolled her eyes. I asked her what my options were and she told me my only option was to upgrade. I told her I really didn't need the nine..her response? Well, we have a lot of phones and they would all be upgrades". Gee, a lot of phones...thats helpful. She pointed, vaguely, towards the wall and said " any of those would be 9 dollars down and 9 dollars a month. " I left just in time to hear the lady behind me say "but I've always paid my bill here and you're telling me I can't?". Days like this I wish I were a secret shopper because this girl had no business being left alone in the store.
