Had the best visit at the Farmer’s Market while on vacation. The young lady (can’t recall her name my bad) was phenomenal and the service unbelievable. Our dogs got chew toys that are the best we’ve ever had. Highly highly recommend.

So glad we discovered Pet Wants while shopping at Tanger outlets. Our Goldendoodle is OBSESSED with the beef cheek roll, kibble, and partially cooked food options we picked up!Before learning about the difference between beef cheek rolls and raw hides from the Pet Wants owner who was in the store, we were giving our dog raw hides as a treat which was creating issues with digestion. We learned that Beef cheek roll is made from the interior muscle of the cow’s cheek instead of raw skin/leather that raw hides are made out of which can lead to digestive issues. These beef cheek rolls are protein which is digestible and they also do not have any added chemicals (vs raw hides which are dried with chemicals to get the traditional raw hide texture). We have much better peace of mind giving her a cheek roll vs a raw hide.While we were here, we also discovered new food options (everything from traditional kibble to raw to frozen meals) and discussed the importance of freshness with quality. Our dog loved the lightly cooked and fresh kibble options and we could not be happier with the switch from solely Costco kibble - her mood, energy level, and interest in the food is all better than ever!Thank you to the Pet Wants staff for the education! Wanted to pass along what I learned as it has made a big difference in our dog’s happiness. 10/10 experience - we will definitely be back!

We recently got a puppy and I was so confused about what chews to buy for her. We happened to be vacationing in Hilton Head and we walked into Pet Wants. We were immediately greeted by the attentive canine 'employees' who provided great customer service during our visit :) We spoke with a man who was working there packaging orders and he was so helpful! He explained the different products and which ones would be best for our girl. We purchased a chew and she LOVED it! We're planning to order online going forward. Excellent customer service by dogs and human! Cute store!

Found this store when we were browsing the outlet mall. The staff was incredibly friendly and there was a great variety of treats, toys, bones/chews for our dog! Definitely will stop here again when we’re back in town.

Max (owner) was incredibly knowledgeable and even compared/contrasted the food my cats were eating to his product. He explained the differences ( elaborated on why they mattered) and answered every question I had. The cats seem to really like the food so far + I know I'm not feeding them fillers or something with corn, soy, or wheat. I love their mission and you can tell they are VERY passionate about providing a high quality product to my fur babies. Go go go!

AMAZING!! I just moved here and was so excited to see they had a Pet Wants here! The attendant was SUPER friendly and knowledgeable and answered all my questions and told me about the area artists and retail contributors. I can't wait to come back :)

Nice place but wasn't greeted once I decided to make my purchase. My niece and I actually had to wait for the young lady to acknowledge us and even then her tone was flat and no eye contact. Maybe we will have a better experience when we visit again ☺️

My name is Bella and I am an English Setter. I am known to be very picky about what I eat. My humans took me to the outdoor market where I found the Pet Wants man, Matt. Ohh, the kibble smelled soooo good. My humans picked up a sample and I wolfed it down. Matt delivered more and I have been scarfing it down and never felt better! Definitely recommend other dogs give this awesome food and great service a try! 👍

I started feeding my two senior cats the Pet Wants - Cat and Kitten food. They are eating it. It is still mixed with the old food so I don't know if it will ultimately help my male cats loose stools or help my female gain some weight. I like that it is fresh and healthy. I love that it is delivered for free. I like and trust Anna and Max the HHI franchise reps. I am optimistic... More later....
