You know you're at a good repair shop when the front office personnel know as much as the mechanics! Speaking of front office staff, Jacqui was very up front with me, letting me know that the holidays were causing a bit of a delay on everything, but she was still able to get my car fixed a day earlier than expected.Thanks Morris Garage folks! Old-school, honest place with very competitive pricing. I wouldn’t bring a newer car or anything less than 60k. I almost gave four stars because they left very noticeable dirty foot prints on the door, trim, and inside. You might have to wait a minute, it is not an in-n-out place; my car was blocked in and I had to wait. All said, a very positive experience and I will be returning. Towing service seems top notch, they are all over Bluffton.

They were a BLESSING!!!! My family of four were leaving the Hilton Head, when a truck carrying metal scaffolding lost peices infront of us and we collected on through the suspension and then through the firewall, which made the vehicle inoperable. Morris towing was called and came promptly. We live five hours away and don't know anyone from the area. The Troopers and the tow truck driver got us off the road. Insurance company took us to a BMW but they were not able to help us. The tow truck driver called his brother and he came and picked us up in his own personal vehicle and transported my family or four to three different car rental companies and wouldn't leave till we got a vehicle to go home. This totaled up to approximately three hours!!!! By the way, the tow truck driver and the brother were the family that owns the tow service. Great bunch of people, I wouldn't hesitate using them for anything. It's good to know there's still people that care about other people. God Bless them and their family.

They Charged me $125 to change an in cabin air filter that I purchased and only had a single screw to remove for replacement. I would have done it myself. This is a lesson that ALL repair places need to be checked All the time. I’m back at Ford full time. I hope the $125 was worth my loyalty.

Worst experience I've ever had with mechanics. They took my hubcaps. They let my car sit almost two weeks. They quoted me after they said they diagnosed it that I just needed a new tire. I called many times to make sure bc it didn't make sense. I go pick up my car. It doesn't drive. They said it needed more work and I declined to have it done when they called me. They never called me. I called them multiple times. So then I had to let it sit there another week so they could try to fit in fixing what else was wrong with it. They charged me a total of 700 at this point. I pick my car up. It's still not driving correct. They are rude. They lie and they are scammers. Now I need to find a real mechanic to fix my car and hopefully not get screwed again. Disgusting.

We had an oil leak. The problem was the drain plug wasn't tight. After diagnosing this simple problem they tightened it and didn't even charge us. Very honest in doing that for us. Think we have found our new auto repair shop.

Walked out of the house to find I had a flat tire. I called and the wrecker was to my house within about 20 mins to tow my car to have the tire patched. I had my car back on the road within 2 hours from the time I found the flat. I am highly impressed with the timing and service!

When I woke up, I realized A "friend" of mine would been staying out my house got arrested n my car impounded. This happened very early on a Saturday morning, At first, I was told that I would have to wait til Monday and I'd be charged for each night. I reached out to Morris's via Googles chat option. In the end, they let me come get my vehicle that day therefore I only had to pay a $200 fine which could have easily been triple that.If I could give 1o stars I would. They literally saved me n my daughters only mode of transportation.There r still some compassionate companies out there that ain't all about the Almighty dollar. Samuel Morris is a Saint. My daughter’s car got stuck in the mud on Tuesday night in the middle or NO WHERE! Another car also go stuck. We tried several times to get a towing company, but without luck. When we came back to the car the next morning, it had already been towed out of the mud in a safe spot. Samuel wrote a note and said he had to tow the other car, so towed my daughter’s car too! WHO DOES THAT? Only a Saint! Thank you for your generous act of kindness Samuel!

They are always great with taking good care of my car! The staff is very friendly. The fellow that works there even brought my car to my hose so I didn't need to get a ride from someone. Then we went back to the garage to bring him back. The prices are good too!

I was traveling and a metal plate came loose and was dragging under my car. I called for a tow and I was going to go to the Honda shop. He said he would take a look at it and was able to fix it. I was back on the road in 30 minutes and saved myself a couple $100.00. He was so pleasant and helpful I cannot recommend Morris Garage and towing in Bluffton enough. Well we were looking forward to going to Morris because they have such a high reputation. Our family’s business is located near them and they came highly recommended by our clients. Just went to get tires mounted and ended up paying $450 because their mechanic struggled to get lug nuts removed…. Labor costs… definitely kind of sucks, I understand labor costs being a diesel mechanic myself… so the idea of struggling that bad with lug nuts makes me question their mechanics a little bit. And yes, if I had the equipment to remove and mount new tires I would have done it myself. For much, much less. Terrible.

Morris Garage is the place to go if you need work done on your vehicle. While it may seem a bit disorganized looking from the outside... they have a system that works! You can call ahead a schedule an appointment, they are honest and let you know up front how busy they are and when they can get to your car. They have an extensive knowledge of a wide variety of vehicles and do their research to solve any problem your vehicle may have. When they quote you a price that is the final price and not a penny more. They are honest with you about your car. They are friendly. Plus they have wicked cool snake in their office area! Overall, it is a great place to take your car. My family has been using Morris Garage for years and we intend to continue for years to come.

I love that caring neighborhood style and feel, they are there to help people not to take advantage, I had a big nail crossing the side top layer of my tire, prior places told me last couple days couldn’t be fixed and that needed a new tire... Susanne and Erik both with a smile on their faces were happy to help me, pulled out the nail and just like that it hadn’t popped to the inside of the tire I got lucky, made my day! true caring local people.I for one now I am a fan, they will be getting all my future business.Thank you so much again.

I’ve been using Morris garage for all of our car repairs for well over 10 years. They are reliable, honest and fairly priced. They have countless times saved me hundreds of dollars. I even take potential cars that we are going to purchase to them to get their opinion before buying. If you’re using dealerships to repair your car, you are definitely paying too much. I would not trust my car with any other repair shop.

Locally owned shop. Owners and employees are wonderful. Never had any problems with anyone. They will talk with you about your vehicle, give you suggestions and work with you on what is “best” for you and your situation. Don’t overcharge and will explain everything before they do the work, and they do an excellent job. If I ever gave a 5 out of 5 it would be here, just never do because everyone has room to improve. I scheduled a appointment to have my rear axle seals inspected because of leaking fluid,the mechanic and Phillip came up with a solution that would get me back on the road, unfortunately it was more than expected,so we had to replace the rear differential . Excellent service. They took my car at the scheduled appointment time and finished as promised 2 hrs later. The facility is something would expect from the 1950s but charming from a rural perspective. I highly recommend.
