Not a bunch of auto gas pumps, so it's very busy. There is a ton of truck parking though. Very large, very clean bathrooms. Store was clean and well organized. Staff was friendly and helpful. Since the interchange at interstate 85 has changed its a little complicated to get to. There are many hot food choices on site as well

Clean men's room. Lots of snacks and food items, taco bell, pizza, Dunkin donuts, etc... Also showers and lots of car and truck items for travel. Open 24 hours, lower gas cost than most places in up state SC.

This is probably one of the cleanest truck stops I’ve been to in a while. They have all the food you need to stop & get back on the road. If you want comfort food, they have good ole’ meatloaf, chicken, mashed potatoes, sweet mashed potatoes, Mac n cheese & more. You got your pizza. You got Taco Bell, you got Wendy’s.I must admit the bathrooms are pretty clean too. Stop in & say hi!

Since the company I drive for requires us to fuel exclusively at Pilot/Flying J those are my go-to stops for parking and showers. Tonight I reserved parking HOURS ahead only to get there and all reserved parking was full. According to the manager they are no longer allowed to enforce reserve parking. Sure, I was refunded my money; however that does no good to help with finding a place I feel comfortable parking. PFJ if you’re no longer enforcing reserve parking then stop charging for parking to begin with!I refuse to spend my money at any more of your stores. Since I have no choice but to fuel there any merchandise I “purchase” will be bought with your points.

This is a great place to visit and get some great food and amazing coffee. I look for the stops that have the grinder and single serve coffee brewing because it is easier on my stomach. Here they have it stepped up and have a sweet little Dunkin Donuts Express station where you can add your own flavoring (My favorite is the Caramel.) Across the way is a closed arcade castle where I was able to take a few photos.Great stop and best place in 100 miles.

if the app says it's full COME ANYWAY lol they make packing spaces like crazy here 😂🤣 A Wendy's tacobell and a Dairy Queen inside. although you can't get internet connection well in Wendy's from Pilot the bathrooms are clean the staff is nice in all parts there is plenty of parking and clean lot

Brad did an exceptionally good job tonight. Checking out customers on the register, helping with "Self checkout" customers, apologizing to customers waiting for showers. Just a very helpful employee and upmost professionalism. Thank you Brad.

The crew at this Pilot treated me very good.I was feeling ill and not doing well. Jessica and the other employees made sure I was taking care of. This is one of the best truck stops I have stayed at since I started trucking. Thank you Jessica and crew for looking out for me. It's very appreciated.

We have stopped at several truck stops all over with spouse being OtR truck driver. This Pilot is by far the best one we’ve stopped at! It is super clean and everyone is super friendly and nice! The manager and co manager took time out of their break to chat with us! Will definitely be stopping back by when this area!

Dated but clean inside and fresh food from the hot plate to the 🥪. Clean ! Down graded review due to very slow shower cleaning during the day with 4 people in line. However, the app sat at 1 shower clean for over an hour. 5 to 6 staff members on front, why, no one can help out the shower cleaning lady. Wow !

This pilot has prime parking available on their app. But when you arrive they don't have any spots available because people are allowed to park without paying. Reserving a spot doesn't help for the one that pay. The Manager solution is I can give you a refund. I dont want a refund I need a parking spot.

My only experience here was using their bathroom/shower facilities and car camping in the parking lot the night of 10/03/2022. The shower was very clean and they provided a towel, although I had my own. The parking lot was well lit and had the usual bustle of vehicles to be expected. I wore earplugs and an eye mask, so slept pretty soundly. The cashiers were very friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a good experience and I felt pretty safe.

Very nice employees, I was looking for a place to stop that had food available in the early morning hours. This one did, pizza and wings on the hot bar and Wendy's was open. Again the employees were very kind and they also have self checkout registers too.

Pilot is clean ! Food they make is good !Just Wish they had security because some truckers can think they park anywhere . Not trying to be a Karen I am we were able to find a handicap spot because I have a placard . But I people none or even none on plates park in a handicap over night or for a long time .

The showers EXTREMLY SMALL, DISGUSTING, NASTY AND OLD over needing remodeling and HEALTH DEPT NEEDS TO BE CONTACTED A.S.A.P. BUGS EVERYWHERE. Staff is amazing but facility overall is HORRIBLE.

After the freeze at Christmas busted our waters pipes we had to shower at this location. The facility was clean and everyone was friendly. It was a pleasure. I kind of miss going up there everyday now that the water is back on at home.

This place is literally contaminated the river and all the environment around they're making enough money to put in their pockets But THEY DONT CLEAN . WHERE IS THE COUNTY ENVIRONMENTAL OFFICE? WHY THEY AREN'T PROTECTING THE GREEN AREAS. HOW IS POSSIBLE ALL THE TRASH GOES TO THE RIVER? What they are doing with the tax payers money? This is so sad.

Three cashier's on and all self check out, saw a guy put 1/2 dozen donuts in a bag, but only paid for 2. ROFLMFAO! Went to buy my stuff and those three employees told me they only do "self checkouts". I don't work for pilot, nor will I begin to! Guess it's time to go where I'm treated like a guest and not a worker. I left my stuff on the self checkout and walked out. I'll get my 120 gallons of Diesel a day at a different truck stop. You're going to loose good customers and gain thieves. Good luck with that.

I come here for gas, food, showers, and to park overnight in my travels. The staff is always polite and the restrooms are always clean. I love the Pilot Flying J chain in general. This is one of my favorites.
