My mom just had the worst shopping experience of her life at this store. She spent 3 hours there and asked multiple associates (at least 5) for help locating items. They were all very rude and dismissive of her. Only one associate helped her and was nice to her. This is beyond ridiculous and should not be tolerated.

They need to bring back more human cashiers. The lines are horrible. The shelves forever stay empty. Bad experience everytime this place is visited, but keep going back for cheap prices. I guess that's the trade off, suffer for cheap prices

Always infinite variety if not infinite inventory. Store is always neat and orderly. Employees are friendly and helpful. And their prices can’t be beat.

I don't like the fact that customer service closes down for an hour from 6 pm to 7 pmThat night I had only one ride to Walmart and I needed to load money on my cash app to send to my children so that they could purchase something to eat. At least post a sign to let customers know before hand. It was a real inconvenience. My children and their mother didn't eat that night, but I still gave Walmart 4 stars in my review because it's always clean.

Needing a bathroom break we stopped in. While here we grabbed a foot for the cane and a chocolate snack from the isle. Everything appeared stocked. We were able to get in, get what we need, check out, and leave quickly. Just the way it should be at a Walmart. We were super thankful the bathroom were clean, and smelled fresh.

This was the most exciting Walmart trip in my life. Not only was it neat to find new flavors of jello, but they also had chicken dipping sauce. This rare item made the trip worth it.

Papers please. Walmart has so much security. Those paid to stand and watch you check yourself out along with their cameras rather than scanning and bagging your purchase brag about how they know those who are stealing. So why the Gustapo holding up traffic at the door to check your papers? Communist conditioning to obey authority? Just change the star to red finally. Progressive POS need to make their move in this country already. Oh and don't promise to close down like the government in this usurped country. Just do it.Heil Pfizer.

Love this Walmart I drive 16 miles from laurel Hill nc to go here. I won't go to the Walmart in Laurinburg NC at all!The employees are always working and very helpful. Never more then a 5 min wait on check out! Keep up the good work Bennettsville SC Walmart!And thank you

Great place to shop before holy weeks and any time. Love the garden shop.det in the midst of blue skies and the only bid store in town, it also seems like a good place to meet your friends and other folks at times.

One rude customer holding up the line.in pharmacy. He Didn't want something scanned?? Young girl waiting on him much more polite than ID have been. Another regular girl I c all the time took me on other register which I appreciated !! I did hear the guy apologize to her as he was leaving !! Which was the right thing to do !! GREAT EMPLOYEESS AS FAR AS I HAVE SEEN.

It was fine until the lady at the self checkout kept watching me like I wasn't going to scan the water under my buggy, and not paying attention to her other surroundings. I shop at this store regularly and some of the employees speak some don't and some are rude OMG!!!!

One line with more than 40 people in it at self-checkout. Please, please, please hire more workers and actually value them. It's unfair to have to manage a long checkout line for self-checkout and to only have one line open when there are customers needing to check out is senseless. Every time I visit, I say this is the last time I'll come back, since there's always something. The prices are obviously unmatched, but at what cost? I never leave a Walmart feeling good, and I don't know anyone who does. Just do better.

Great honest people! Friendly, helpful, small town vibe. Stocked with what I needed to buy. A cashier there made my day by returning my left behind cell phone. Thank you so very much lady whose name started with "L" and ended in "A" not Lisa. You were a beacon of hope in humanity for me at such a busy time of the year. Thank you!!!

This store only stocks what ebt / low income customers buy and has a limited selection of that. Never any Aquafina water, Dos Equis beer, Gold Peak 0 calorie tea or prescription meds in stock. Usually has one or two cashiers so you usually have to checkout yourself and then get stopped at the exit like a thief to see your receipt. Don't shop here!

I walked up to the door at 1045pm. They close at 11pm. 3 female employees were laffin n yuckin it up at the door, told me they were closed. As I turned to leave,a woman came up and said I HAVE TO GET FORMULA FOR THE BABY!!..well the doors flung open!! I walked in behind her. One of the 3 mouthy females said SIR DO YOU HAVE TO GET FORMULA TOO?? . I said NO, YOUR SIGN SAYS CLOSES AT 11 RIGHT? Well, the mouthy one retorts ITS STORE POLICY TO LOCK THE DOORS 15 MINUTES EARLY.. I continued inside and said again YOUR SIGNS POSTED SAYS YOU CLOSE AT 11 NOT 1045.What difference does it make what I have to get? Also, if you close at 11pm, who decides to close early so you have less work to do? Who decides which folks to let in and who stays locked out,? When its time to open, I never see them open 15 minutes early. If your too lazy to work your full shift, dont close the doors early cause you feel like it. If you lock the doors at 1045 then the store is closed at 1045. If you can pick and chose who you let in...thats wrong. Nothing to do with race on my end..when Im about to be locked out.but a white lady walks up sayin she needs baby formula and wwhhaallaah!! When I come in, I get questioned and the store policy. Treat us all the same. If u act stupid with me do it with everyone else. The other employees are fantastic. This was actually rare. I hope those 3 at the door on Dec 31st dont infect the others.
