Just stopped for a drink to go (self-service fountain). Clean dining area. The employee that took my order was cordial. The Original Coke tasted as such and was refreshing. The drive-thru appeared to be able to handle a rush. The parking area was clean with ample parking.

If i could give zero stars, i would. Most of the workers were just standing there doing nothing while the whole lobby was full of people either missing something from their order or just waiting on their food. We waited 30 MINUTES for some coffee, and we had to give it back 3 times because she kept making it wrong. The workers seem like they have no idea what they are doing. Also we ordered all large drinks and they gave us mediums, but we just went with it bc we had already waited for so long. I do not recommend going to this location.

Gave me the complete wrong order. Rude as hell staff. Ketchup on my kids sandwich's smelled rotten. Filing a complaint with a health inspector. This is absurd and no I don't want my money back. I will be proceeding with a lawsuit for trying to poison my child and myself. If anyone else has had these issues please contact me so we can sue together for a class action suit. I have two attorneys I have brought this to that would love to help everyone else that's been effected by this disgusting store

Nice. This location is exactly half way between our daughter's home and ours so very convenient place to stop, take a break and grab a meal or snack. Today it was breakfast. Great hazelnut iced coffee. Hubby likes the regular black coffee.Parking: There is plenty of parking. We've never had an issue finding a spot.

Okay. Sounded like the manager here has been working shorthanded all day. I could tell she was really trying to do her best with what help she had. I ordered a Quarter pound with bacon. My Quarter pounder came out no bacon. When went to the counter to get it right they didn't argue and said they would make it right. The guy brought me old cold bacon. This time I complained to the manager and she immediately corrected the employee and they made me a fresh sandwich and the young man apologized. The fries could have been warmer and needed salt.The staff was friendly, the establishment was for the most part pretty clean. Some of the tables needed wiping.

This place is out of this world a d the manager has the best aura that I have ever encountered within one person. Her name Sheronda and she is so amazing and caring. This is a go to spot for my family and I when we travel from now on. Just to stop at a place that makes you feel right at home is exceptional service these days. No one does it like she does.... Go by and check her put on the way to your vacation. The food was hot and fast.

There we talking loud and complaining the whole time I was there. My fish sandwich was old.I worked at McDonalds back in the 70's and this would never have been allowed to happen. The only saving grace was the young girl who waited on me. She went to the make to get my order since the rest of them were just complaining.

Bathrooms were GROSS!!! I brought this to the attention of the staff and was ignored. They were rude and just standing around and walking in and out of the lobby area.Very shady looking men hanging around outside the building and one followed me to my car and got way too close for comfort. I was fortunate to have my husband with me for protection, but hand he not been with me I’m afraid the guy would have tried to grab my purse or get into my car.

Ohhh, my gosh flies everywhere, probably in the food, too!The teenage boy finally came to the counter and took my sisters order, then walked away before he took mine! Mind you, they weren't busy, but that's probably because everyone who lives around there knows how nasty that place is and won't eat there! No, i didn't eat there, but my daughter did against my better judgment and advice!The bathrooms were disgusting and dirty with wet floors from toilets overflowing! We stopped to use the bathroom, and i didn't want to do that!! The employees at the counter were rude, the only friendly person there was the manager, God bless her soul! I will NEVER EVER go back to that location EVER AGAIN!

When you order at the kiosk and it tells you to take a sign with a number to your table, then someone comes out a few minutes later and says they have been calling your number to get your order at the counter, something has gone wrong. Also, our order wasn't complete and when I went up to ask for the missing part of the order, they just asked me what I wanted and gave me anything I asked. I am not really complaining about that, but it seemed weird that I could have asked them for anything at that point and they would have handed it to me, no questions asked.

This one need more staff. They need halo asap. Everytime I walk into this place they're either always shortstaffed, slow as heck and folks are standing around waiting. When they finally do get around yo taking your order and bring your food-it is practically ice cold. In fact, while we were waiting 3 different people left without their food AFTER paying for their food!!!! WHY?!! Because of the poor service. I'm sorry for this unfavorable post, but I waited almost 45 minutes for a happy meal and a 10 pc nugget & fries. Ugh!!! Insane. Please do better!!

Visited around 9:30 am on Saturday 9/23/23. Ordered at kiosk to dine in. After waiting beyond a reasonable amount of time for the food to be brought to the table, went to counter for answers. First young lady I spoke with was completely unwilling to help and suggested I speak with a man who, prior to my presence at the counter, was obnoxiously loud in his announcement of order numbers. When I had the temerity to attempt to get his attention a second time by saying "excuse me", he rudely amd dismissively said to wait just a second. At that point I angrily demanded a refund from the first contact person, who then got the manager--the only person who was helpful and who also told me the man I dealt with was a district manager. He has no business managing anything. Been stopping here for years going to and from the beach...never again. I wish I had gotten the man's name--he deserves discipline for his unprofessional behavior.
