You cannot get anyone to answer the phone at this place. I have had a major water leak for a while now and cannot anyone on the phone in order to get some assistance. My yard is about to be a pond.This is not my first bad experience. When I first moved here, I tried to get the application to turn on my water and the lady that was inside sat and watched me calling inside for over an half of an hour and then finally answered and said, "Are you the lady outside in the red van?" Are you serious!? 🤦🏿♀️They have got to do better. What if there was an emergency I understand that things have changed because of Covid, but I'm not trying to have a huge sink hole in my yard.This is crazy.
