They refused to groom my dog because of his age (13). He is very healthy and in good shape. We recently moved to the area and are looking for a dog groomer that does not discriminate based on age. Very poor attitude.

Very disappointed. Have been going there for a few years and usually happy. This time my dog was there for a little over 10 hours and when we finally got her home her face looked as tho only half if it had been trimmed, her ears were ridiculously short. She looked like a child had groomed her. And 10 hours for that?? Sorry time to find another groomer.

Took our Piper there today for a bath and tidy. She looks amazing, smells great, and everyone there are so nice and sweet! And the young man behind the counter is so courteous! Definitely will be returning!!

Don’t bother. Not excepting new clients due to Covid-19. Every other groomer in Anderson county is able too; however due to “client number and building size” they are not. Attempted to get an appointment in **June **and **October **rejected both times. Living only 2 miles it would be nice to support local businesses; however will not ever call again. Did give a recommendation of another groomer, so 2 stars for that bit of help not being from SC.

My dog gets so excited as we pull into the shop. He can’t wait to get that love he gets and care. Never had a dog that loved going to the groomer so much.Did I mention they are a great family business. When I bring Benji in, he looks like a ‘rat dog’...he comes out looking like George Clooney

They do not listen to what your wanting. After picking my dog up her ears were totally different lengths. Mind you we told them don't cut her ear hair at all! When my husband went back in she said she would not give our money back and when we threatened to call the police she starting screaming go ahead I cut there dogs hair to! Totally unprofessional.. If you have a long haired dog do not take them to this place they will cap your dog up!!

Best grooming place in the area if you have a problem with your dog was getting their nails done she Kelly there she's a miracle worker with them I've got several that don't want their feet touched and she keeps their nails done very nicely for me and 6 bucks you can't beat the price can't beat the price for shampoo and leaving them all day to have them groomed best prices in the area
