Of the 5 employees running around the deli, not a single one can wait on the deli counter. They are all busy moving around bags of prepackaged food for the fried chicken dinner bar. And why is this loaf of bread being used this way? Is it to stop water?

I would give less stars if I could. The bakery and deli staff leave a lot to be desired. They don’t acknowledge you standing there. And when they do, they act like you are bothering them or interrupting them. I went about 6 pm to pickup a cake that was ready at 5 pm. No one in the bakery. 4 people in the deli. They clearly saw me standing there. And standing there. And standing there. I finally walked over to the deli. Stood there about 10 minutes before being acknowledged. Finally they spoke to me. I told them why I was there. She said the bakery lady is on break, asked for my name and number, and said she would have her call me. I said I’m not leaving, I am passing through, and have a long drive. She said she would have the lady call me over the speaker when she gets back. I went up to the front to speak to the young manager. He was trying to pass the buck as well. Finally the lady came and I got my cake. Very frustrating. Poor customer service.

The most frustrating thing is when self checkout keeps yelling place your purchase in the bag and they're impossible to open. Then says call for assistance. Then resets completely while the associate looks the other way. Everyone is rude and obnoxious. I can't believe this is an Ingles store. I recently complained to the manager and he laughed and kept walking. You also never know whether deli food is going to be taxed 2 or 9%. It appears all the customer oriented employees are gone.

I love this location its home for me Belton Sc is a nice agriculture town with a nice family vibe love the deli herethe fried chicken and macaroniis always banging and slanging for seven dollars a plate 🍽️ don’t be late ⏰

I don't know what has happened to this store. It used to be so pleasant. The checkers were professional, knowledgeable and personable. I just went through the self check. The machine was not working properly. The employee assigned to assist the check out had the worst possible demeanor for that position. I was informed that my actions in checking out caused the issue. That is just not what occurred. My husband had a similar problem previously. Something has changed at this location to cause this change in customer service. I will continue to shop here for quick trips as I live across the road but it will not receive my main expenditures. Sad development as this is the only full grocery in town. DGMarket can expect an increase in business I suppose.

I went to grab a prescription for my girlfriend and I decided to go to the bathroom while I waited. But instead of having a peaceful bathroom break James had to go and ruin it by mopping over my feet while I sat on the toilet. He couldn’t even let me poop before cleaning

Worst service, worst prices and worst employees I've ever encountered. You can hardly ever get food from the deli for dinner cause they are always trying to leave at 8 on the dot instead of actually working. The old dirty ladies in the deli are rude and make the whole establishment look bad. Lazy lazier and laziest.

Always check your fruit and veggies for mold, also CHECK DATES ON EVERYTHING. Spent $100 plus dollars on food that has been moldy and no way I could have seen it in the store. Also bought 2 pizzas yesterday and the best by dates are May 09th 2023. That shouldn't be on the shelf at all. Moldy bread has also been seen on shelves. I am at this store more than 3 times a week and unfortunately unless this issue is addressed by management I will NOT be shopping here anymore. The convenience of a 2 mile drive isn't worth losing money especially on EBT. I have let management know about these issues before and nothing has changed.

What I don't like about this store. When I eat the food they make I get sick every time. Do they check the food temperatures? If so how often?? We have laws in place about that.. Also, the management seem to be very judgemental towards customers. Seen it and heard them. Not nice!

Clean, well staffed, organized and very well stocked.Shianne and "Q" at Starbucks are Awesome and very good!The manager is a top-notch supervisor and actually cares about the the customer experience. As do every employee I encountered.

I like going shopping here always friendly. BUT this evening I had very rude cashier, don't no what her problem is but her name is Cheryl..I shop their alot..I guess her Saturday wasn't that day she wanted to work..no thank u or anything..by the way thanks for squashing my tomatoes..

Went to Ingles to get a corned beef brisket and HELL NO! All of them were stuck together and it was a bag of blood with a hunk of meat in it. I mean if you're going to charge $27, make it look like it's worth $27.This store sucks.The produce section (if you can call it that) consists of apples and that's about it. Use the self check out when you go. The cashiers act like you're bothering them and then they're on their phones while checking you out. I'm giving you money, act like you work here. And try asking an employee where something is, they look at you with this bewildered look.

They have the most incredibly tender and tasty Cubed steak. I will not buy it anywhere else. And it is the most cleanest grocery store that I've ever been in. I truly appreciate a clean place to shop.

The store was clean, we mainly kept to the produce aisles. There were lots of options to choose from. I just can't get over how expensive everything is. Checkout was pretty quick.

Clean, associates can't be more helpful. I hurt my foot, the associate went to the back corner to get my 1 item for me as I waited in the snack bar. What a sweetheart, thank you for your extended courtesy. I recommend Ingles. I have been in 2 different ones. I have nothing negative to say.

I go here for the bread because the sandwich rolls are great! But if you need something from the deli try elsewhere. Rude, slow and on top they never get my order right. I say Ham I get turkey as well as just slapping the cheese on top of each other so getting a piece is near impossible.

This Ingles is in one of the oldest buildings left in the grocery chains inventory. It is ok and about 70% of the time they have everything I'm looking for. I will add though that I'm only shopping there for an elderly disabled person who can be very picky about what they want, so the store is probably not to blame if they don't have everything on the list! Lol all in all these are nice and helpful people. Don't leave any loose things in your open truck bed or leave your car unlocked because I've been told there are a lot of thieves in the area.

I just ran in real quick to get some flowers. We were invited to lunch at some new friends of ours house. You can't go empty handed. This arrangement was ~$9.98. Not a bad price.
