There was sale price of $20.00 still up for crockpot and it rang yp 25 when I said something the girl said she had to get full price this was after she went back and took sale price off. I said I will call corporate and she then gave it to me for sale price saying it will hurt her store. She was very rude.

I needed red storage bins. I am always treated nice and the staff is friendly and if I am telling them something about my day they listen and I get smiles and a human rings up my items. I love the personal touch! Covid effects us all yet I can always have a nice experience at Family Dollar!☺

I dont like that they added polls to the buggies so they cant leave the building. Makes it difficult for people like me who buy large bags cat litter and dog food. Maybe I'm being a baby about it but I dont like like making many trips just to get my stuff in my car.Love the ladies that work her they are all super sweet and helpful. The store usually always looks in good shape and clean!

I enjoy shopping at Family Dollar, when it comes to household cleaning supplies, and personal supplies. For the money, it beats paying tons of money for these items from the local supermarket or CVS!The only thing that bothers me is they're always understaffed, having to do 5 things at once! I feel sorry for these folks.

Bad experience the cashier was unfriendly and acted if she didn't care about her.j OB or the customers. Also the so-called manager was not friendly. Overall I give them a 2. Never will shop there again.

Customer service in this store is horrible if not necessary might want to go dollar general or another store poor service and the manager is just as bad daw him and another employee coming from back room adjusti6thete clothes if not poor service scratching and loud talking across the store just not a good place to shop

It's not the first time that they have sale posted or 50% off posted but they don't apply it. I'm always in a rush so I don't have time to ask for manager and hold up the line. And I always say "I'll give them one more chance" but after this time, I'm not shopping there again. They need to get it straight. I could have saved $9 but they didn't apply the sale so of course, an hour extra of work. I even took pictures to prove how they lied.

It's a Family Dollars are all pretty much the same but there's one guy that works there that is an absolute idiot pretending knows everything but I ask him the difference between two packages of superglue and he will tell you that one of them is a two-part and one of them isn't super glue is Super Glue you f****** idiot!!! lol 😀 have a grate day

I use to like going to the family dollar but now i dislike it because you cant take the buggies out the door when you have several bags and dog food bags how you suppose to get everything you have out the door without leaving it. You have lost a customer. This is at the Belton S C store.

Compared to other Family Dollar stores this store is larger, cleaner and better stocked. Friendly service too.

Sometimes you can see the store open at 8 am. Checkout line is slow regardless of 3 people in store.

Store is terrible they're selling products to ppl and all the pieces aren't even with it. Never go here, my last visit for life. Very messy and unprofessional.

It wasn't nothing like O thought it would be considering it is a rather new store. Not clean, nothing's put together. Stuff was in the floor. Really surprised me. Don't care to go back.

Staff is terrible. The manager left someone with an injury and a bad attitude at the register and then went home. I just left without my food, the family needed.
