Hooray for this Walmart Supercenter that tolerates overnight RV parking in their lot. The other one in town apparently does not so I was here for two nights as I explored Beaufort.Inside the store, it seemed to be in good shape with the items I needed being in stock. The restroom was clean and while there weren't any regular checkouts open, the self-checkout did not have a queue.

Literally left in tears. Pickup is so trash. Their employee was very nasty this morning so i called and spoke with a manger. The manager came to my car the next order i had (i drive for spark) and took the employees side. Didn't focus on the main problem (her attitude) and ONLY focused on "well it's not their job to hand you a sticker" great. Looks like your mind was already made up because they're all "buddies" in there. The first lady slammed my truck shut and mumbled stuff under her breath to me. But that was never addressed. 👍🏼👍🏼

We have shopped at Walmart supercenter in Lady Island a lot, and after reading the reviews, I do recommend that if you do not want to be stuck, doing self check out then you should visit the store before 5 PM-ish. Sometimes that was hidden miss we got used to using self check out because we tended to arrive later in the evening which I really do not recommend it is a lot of work if you are doing a big shopping trip.As for the produce, it was pretty good. We noticed the shelves were stocked well lots of selection for the area.I gave it for stars because of the self check out and could not understand why they couldn’t leave the checkout lanes open later in the evening.Walmart supercenter if you were listening keep those checkout lines open in the evening there’s a few people so it would make sense for those who are tired after work and having to shop for Family.

This store is always clean and the staff are so nice and helpful unlike most other places! They have a good selection of healthy eating/ food allergy options and "ethnic" food items.

It's an ok Walmart, it has what all other Walmarts have around here, a little bit of everything. They didn't have the gourmet black licorice, the good stuff, NOT Twizzlers.

Huge store with lots of choices. Typical Walmart. One small incident happened during our visit. We bought a pack of chicken breasts but accidentally left it in a carrier bag on the bag carousel. When we realised a couple of hours later, I went back and found the same cashier at the same till. She was really helpful and explained that I couldn't take the same pack of chicken because it was still there in the carrier bag. But she told me to go and get another one. The only pack available was slightly bigger and more expensive but she wouldn't let me pay the difference. She just said "You're good to go".So I went off to our rental house a happy person. I would highly recommend Walmart.

I absolutely love this particular store and visit it everytime I'm in SC. I find they have so much more items in stocks and everything is so neatly organized, as compared to a few others I visit frequently as they're closer to me.

My appointment was at 9 am I have a door at 8:20 03/21/2023 and then the protection manager her name Rene came outside ant start yelling that I have to unload my truck but I wasn’t getting pay for it so I told her I’m not allowed to touch the freight until the broker pay me and tell me that I’m allowed to unload the truck. But she looks like she forgot to take her medicine. And at the end she unloaded my truck I think she was trying to get some free time getting lazy.Really bad customer serviceAs a truck driver I can say don’t bring any freight to this Walmart if the manager is acting like that what else can I say.I don’t understand why big company like Walmart hire crazy people problems and why they order a load of they don’t want to unload.

Today I went to pick up my pre ordered groceries as always. I've had nothing but good experiences every time! A few weeks back we received a surprise with our groceries.... A bag full of goodies and free samples of everything from Alive, to chicken seasoning, to air fresheners! And today we recieved another surprise... This time a bag with a lollipop for each person in my household! I'm so happy with each and every time we come to order pickup! I also ALWAYS give a tip when I pick up as well. They deserve it! They are putting their lives as risk so I don't have to. THANK YOU to all the employees at L.I. Wal-Mart!

This store is "hit and miss". The shelves themselves are very inconsistent. One day the product is on display and the next day they are empty. So many issues with this location, I strongly encourage a serious shopper to go to the other side of town.

The old hag in the deli is rude. She cut meat for the customer in front of me then left in the back without acknowledging me.Another dude came from out of no where and asked me was I being helped so I said no. He then tells the hag I was there and she came over after asking me if I needed anything.Well DUH!!! I'm not waiting on Christimas am I lady? She dug for the meat and rolled her eyes in the process. The guy eventually had to cut the meat but was lazy as if he didn't want to do his job.He then cuts 2 sets of meat and gave me the opposite of what I told him to give me. I know he's apart of the gen-z movement. INCOMPETENT!!The hag needs to apply for her social security cause her drive of enthusiastic excitement been over years ago and the medium length haired dude needs to lay off the pipe cause he looks just like it.Hopefully they link up together cause it's clear their misery goes hand in hand. For them, age is just a number.

I've Never been to Any store, much less a Walmart and heard "it's against our policy to try on a bathing suit". Really?? Did they expect my sister to buy it without seeing if it fits?? I guess this Walmart makes up their own rules 🙄

Absolutely horrible. I went to go to Walmart to get groceries and it turned into the trip to hell. I was in line for check out. I waited over 15 minutes for one person to check out . The cashier was one of my favorites. Then in the middle of the persons transaction ahead of me; she was replaced by the one cashier who has been a problem before for me personally. His Name is Adrian. He ALWAYS fills the paper bags all the way full with groceries. One other time; Adrian was checking me out and he charged me for two sub sandwiches but never put them in the bag. I went home and I noticed there were no sandwiches. I tried calling but no one answered after three times of calling . I drove back to the store and the manager Robert was quickly dismissive. He said he had to check the cameras!! Adrian lied to Robert and eventually they gave me the subs . DO NOT LIE. No other cashier does that . He hardly wears his mask at all. He’s done it to me before and the bags BROKE. I’m handicapped so it was not a good experience. So anyway I was waiting to check out and when it was finally my turn he packs the bags all the way full. I managed to get to my car and when I did I went straight home. As I was walking from my car to my apartment the bag with FROZEN STRAWBERRIES had busted open on the bottom of the paper bag and all the red strawberries were DEFROSTED AND LEAKING. It got all over my VANS SHOES, MY CLOTHES, my landlord’s couch! And my expensive sea grass carpet! And when I called the store it took 20 minutes to be hung up and not even able to speak to a manager. I finally got so mad that drove to the store. And I was told by a general employee NOT a manager that Walmart will not be doing anything about it and I was should have told the cashier not to pack my bags so full. 1) it’s the cashiers fault. 2) I should not have to tell a cashier how to do their job. 3) Walmart owes me for damages. I’ll never go back to that Walmart ever again despite the fact it’s five minutes from my house and the other ones thirty minutes away. The staff is not friendly and unprofessional . I called corporate over this and they agree with me completely. So Walmart are you going to let this happen?? Are you going to compensate for damages caused? By the way, the fishing isle is a complete mess.things are thrown everywhere and you can’t find what you need. Always out of stock. There is no representative at the fishing counter at all. I had to ask multiple associates for help and the were absolutely clueless. If you don’t step it up people won’t go. I just checked my clothes that I tried to scrub. They are ruined! The fruit and the mold created by the fruit ruined my clothes!!!!!

Hunter, the guy who pick up all carts outside was just AMAZINGLY THE GUY. My wife forgot her purse at the cart outside, and drove her car for 10 minutes when she realized she didn't have her purse. She drove back there, almost crying and at the Customer Service had their purse because Hunter found it and left it there. Honesty is quite hard to see nowadays. Congratulations WALMART, for having hired a person with this character is moral standards.

For all out of towners just left Walmart on Sea island pky, Ladys Island. Walmart refused to check us out, said we must self check out. Left about 200.00 worth of grocerys in buggy for them to put up. My husband spent over an hour picking things out. Just to be told he had to check his self out. He is 70yrs old and had never done that. Waste of time will not return.

Always everything you need!The Propel Fitness Water, 18 pack variety is ALWAYS on the floor level, but 4 to 5 feet back and under the shelves. It's almost impossible to get without getting on hands and knees and almost climbing under the shelves.

No customer service of any kind. This lady’s Island store is run by a ghost of a manager and the employees are rude. The stock crew reeks of marijuana and products are never where they belongs. Whoever re-orders products for stock hasn’t a clue and fails to keep popular items in stock. Forget trying to call to speak with customer service or the Manager as they are non-existent and apparently do not answer the phone for any department. After 3 days of repeated calling still NO ONE ANSWERS. This store is supposedly managed by GM Joseph... I do not believe he exists!
