I would give 0 stars, but it's not an option. The worst behavior from someone in a professional field I've ever experienced. The Pharmacist/Pharm manager has the personality of an old bitter person whose life must really not of gone as planned, and takes it out on everyone. She's on a power trip and when she doesn't want to fill a prescription, she'll says it's her choice and will be passive-aggressive and not do it. Other Pharmacists at 2 different stores, when I told them my 2 experiences with her, they named her, and said that's what she does to people, when she gets mad she'll cancel someone's order. She gets away with it by store manager and the District manager who are aware, but do nothing. The bully is winning and they seem intimidated by her. People are moving thier prescriptions to Publix and they are all very delightful and pleasant there. Never an issue.I would suggest medication for the Walgreens Pharmacist, but they don't make pills for people with rotten dispositions and overall horrible people skills. If they did make a pill for those, I'd suggest she fill the prescription at Publix. 👌

I had to call to take a prescription off the shelf to get it refilled somewhere else. I explained to the woman who answered what I needed help with in a normal, kind way and in response I get an annoyed tone telling me they don't have it anymore. I told her that I've received a text saying that it was ready the other day and she cut me off and said in a harsh tone, "Ma'am. We don't have anything for you." So, instead of arguing, I just said, "Ok, thank you," and without saying anything else, she immediately hung up the phone. I've had countless amounts of bad days, but never spoke/treated a customer that way for no good reason. Good thing I'm getting my prescriptions elsewhere.

Encounter a very unprofessional and nasty pharmacist while trying to get my prescription filled. Granted that I arrived two minutes before the pharmacy closes. Nonetheless, it is not excusable that the pharmacist was barking instructions to her assistant telling her to tell me that they are about to close and I must do this and that while I wait for my prescription to be ready. I am not making her work harder or her job more difficult. If they have told me that they were closing, I would be happy to pick up my prescription tomorrow. The pharmacist needs to improve her customer skills (of what little she has). I don’t need to be shouted at or made to feel bad as if I did something wrong.This will be the last time I use this Walgreens pharmacy. Sad person who needs to shout and yell to make herself feels important.

I’ve work in the healthcare industry for over 15 years and I have never experienced the level of customer service this people have to offer. Poor etiquete, customer service, short staff, inconsiderate, rude, etc. are some of the words that describe this pharmacy. These people forget that they are providing a service to people that are sick and injured. To witness a Senior citizen that requires a cane to walk around and waiting for 30 minutes when the staff tells him that they have to make a correction and 30 minutes later they tell him to sit and wait longer with an attitude is definitely offensive to me. I was more upset of that than the attitude the technician gave me at the window for my prescription not being on the system, telling me how they are busy and that prescriptions just dont come across the system just like that. If you are in this profession and you are overwhelmed find somewhere else to work. Walgreens need to train their employees better, this is not just a job, it is also patient care which requires to care about the people you taking care of. Arrived for my pre-scheduled Flu vaccine 15 minutes early as advised online. The pharmacy staff, 2 pharmacists and 3 pharmacy techs, were clearly overwhelmed and totally lacking in any acceptable customer service skills. They were curt, defensive, and unable to kindly express concern for their customers’ long waits. Perhaps my mistake was not reading the many dismal reviews before scheduling my appointment at Walgreens located at 155 Sea Island Pkwy, Beaufort SC. My best option is not to shop there again.

This was not only unbelievable but a nightmare to say the least. For the entire weekend they had No One in the Pharmacy. I was told that the Pharmacist had quit and they had no one to cover the shifts. How in the world can you have medicine that people need with no one on call or no one even offering any other solutions. I'm mortified. I was supposed to have my birth control on Sunday and I still don't have it because I had to get to work this morning before they even opened so I'm late by 2 days. If I get pregnant or have break through bleeding who's gonna be responsible? Walgreens you owe me and tons of other people not only an explanation but an apology. I will also be choosing a new pharmacy after this I don't trust them nor do I want to continue business with them. The only reason they get one star is because I had too but honestly they get nothing, they really let me down.

Walgreens Pharmacy sure has made à disgrace to the Walgreens name.They could at least have the boundary pharmacy open one day a week to fill prescriptions that have been called in filled. It really makes the doctors and the employees have to wonder what kind of business Walgreens Pharmacy is when they can't keep people working to get people 's medication to them in a timely matter.

Been using this same location for 4+years and they get my prescriptions right about 45% of the time? They tell me 45mins to an hour. I get home and receive a text that the 5 scripts I dropped off for my daughter who just had 4 wisdom teeth pulled are ready for pickup! So I drive the 5 miles to pick them up and only 4 are ready? If I'd like to take a seat they can have the other one ready in 45 minutes? I would love it if they could get thier act together!

They close super early as it is compared to any other Walgreens and I went there at 6:55 and they already had the doors locked. Pathetic need to find some employees that are capable of working their entire shifts. Can't even stay a few minutes late to finish their shift. Real sad how lazy people are these days. Humanity is is going straight downhill.

My son came here for a COVID test. We made the appt online the day before for a drive thru test with instructions from an employee. Got to Walgreens and no signs anywhere for the test so my son went to long line in pharmacy drive thru and I parked (drove separately) and went inside to ask where we do tests. The cashier said it's inside and I thought that was strange so went to pharmacy to ask. Got to pharmacy and three women working the pharmacy. 1 is busy at drive thru the other two are not doing anything. I'm told to hold on they will be right with me. I wait 7 more minutes and finally the cashier who originally helped me came back and told the women I had a question and they still didn't want to answer or help me. Rude, disrespectful and lazy....they were not busy I was standing there waiting while they did nothing at all.

I know times are tough and everyone is having staffing issues...that said at least have the common courtesy to keep your Google hours updated. Nothing like having a prescription called in (because you're supposedly open today) only to find out you're not. Now I'm scrambling to have the prescription resent elsewhere. Looks like it's time to move my regular prescriptions somewhere else.

This pharmacy used to be very good for prescriptions. It is now a disaster. My husband already has left for Publix, but I was willing to work with them a while longer, mostly because they are nationwide and I travel a lot. Terribly managed. There is one very competent young woman who has been there a long time. The rest are sullen, sarcastic and indifferent. Such a shame.

Went in at about 3 in the afternoon, I was inside with NO other customers at the pharmacy counter, was ignored for about 5min., was finally allowed to approach the counter. After I inquired about my problem I was having with my prescription, the woman in blue treated me with disdain, at which I turn and walkout. While I will continue to use Walgreens for now , I won't be going back to this one.I know I should have ask for the manager. Sorry I didn't!

The pharmacy is always backed up so it is difficult to be able to wait for prescriptions to be filled. The pharmacist customer interaction skills are sometimes lacking.

Helpful, friendly staff. Even when they have new people on the register, they have someone nearby to answer any questions you have and also help trainee out. Each employee knows pretty much where anything is located in their store. Reasonable prices.
