This business has great customer service! I used the self-serve dog wash. Everything is explained to you and provided for you to wash your dog thoroughly. The women working there provide wonderful customer service. Very helpful and friendly.

Great staff! So pleasant! Very helpful. Brought my little daughter to help me and the girl working the front let us go in the room so she could help and be a little boisterous without bothering anyone else, it was very thoughtful so my little one could enjoy and help keep my husky calm. They had all the tools we needed to get the job done and you can’t beat the price. Excellent experience, will definitely be going back.

Never been there just heard of it. It's only $15 to wash your own big dog, and that alone with no mess at your house was good enough for me. You just need to bring yourself and your dog. Kayla showed me Everything to do and how to be more efficient like I was at my house doing it. Facility had everything soap, towels, tub, brushes, blower to dry your pet and no time limit. Guilty to get all of that for $15. Kayla was so helpful and amazing, I gave her a $20 tip.

The kids and I took our dog to Salty Paw for the first time today. We did the DIY wash and had the best time! Anna was fabulous and patiently trimmed our fidgety pup’s nails. The kids are still talking about how much fun it was (not sure our doggie thinks it was quite as fun, but she did well and looks and smells great, with no mess to clean up at home!) We can’t wait to go back!

The staff is always very friendly and helpful. I really enjoy bathing my dog on my own. This place allows me to bath her exactly how I want to. They also can bath the dogs for you if that’s what you would like. Staff is always kind and gentle with the dogs. Also enjoy the photo with the towel in my dog’s head

We had a GREAT first time experience with our puppy Parker. He was abused and we only had him for a month so it was really important to us that we were there to ease any anxiety he might have. The girls were amazing and super understanding. While we were there we met a few other dog parents and their dogs and everyone was so nice. Deff will bring him back next month!

I love Salty Paw. The girls that work there are so so so sweet and very knowledgeable. I go once a month for a do it yourself pup wash and to get my dog Lola's nail trimmed. The girls are always ready to help and assist me with Lola's grooming needs. Oh and the shampoo that they give me is amazing. Lola always comes out of Salty Paw looking like a Glamour Pup. The shampoo scent keeps her fresh for the whole month. Thanks Salty Paw for everything you guys do. Lola thanks you too.

It’s almost a year that I have been using Salty Paw . Both the owner & her employees give great service. They are understanding, assist with whatever you may need. It is such a pleasure to walk in the establishment, not only for me but my dog. My dog walks in & directly jumps in a tub. He would never do that any place else. That shows me my dog loves the people & the place.

Five Stars Plus! That is what I give it. My first time here and the service is phenomenal to say the least. My "Yorkie" needed some maintenance and these ladies exceeded every expectation. Though this facility does not do complete grooming, it is a "between" grooming go to.I had no knowledge of this facility prior to my visit and I have already booked another appointment for April 2022. If you’re looking for a great Dog Spa we highly recommend Salty Paw. We have an older cocker spaniel that gets nervous when it’s bath time but here he wasn’t at all. Kayla is very calm and gentle with him. We highly recommend coming here.

The lady who helped us was beyond friendly. This was our first time so we were nervous, especially my dog. But she made us feel so welcome. She was so gentle trimming my dogs nails also. We were able to give her a bath ourselves, which was so fun! It was a nice bonding time for me and my daughter. They supplied everything we needed. She gave us exactly what we needed for my dogs itchy dry skin. We will definitely be coming back! Im so happy we found this place!

The best dog wash place in town!! Easy step up tubs for the doggos and everything needed for their scrub! Love that they have doggy “earmuffs” for if you choose to blow dry your pooch.
