The lady taking the orders today, she is seriously not happy with life. I mean seriously, look at the camera, no smiles. I had a special request order. No mustard, no dressing. Well it had dressing on it. It has some specially ingredient requested on it and she just looked at me like I was burdening her for how I wanted my sandwich. Just overall, not good customer service. The sandwich came out FAST! But it was cold, not hot. I'd rather a longer wait time and a hot sandwich. The lady that called my name, I came up and said Thank you, she said nothing. Idk what's going on here today, but they overall are in a good mood. Hopefully it's just a one off day.

I was the sonly customer in the place with 6 employees working and no one would acknowledge me standing there to take my order. Then the lady kept saying “Huh”when I was trying to place my order, didn’t give me a receipt say thank you or anything. As I am waiting 15 minutes the ceiling is leaking and about to fall so an employee thinks it’s good idea to stick a broom through it and make it fall. Keep in mind this is over the drink and ice station and installation falling everywhere. This was the first and last time I’ll ever be back. I wish the owner would give me a call so I could really tell him how the employees were acting.

This was my first time ordering online. I had a code for a free Hook and Ladder with any purchase. The options to "customize" were super basic online. They give you 3 options for amounts yet they have so many other subs to choose from but they won't let you swap out the cheese or sauce or veggies. It's that or nothing. Weird!! Anyways.. when i placed the order it was scheduled for a certain timeframe. I go to the restaurant to get it and they are so understaffed the lady behind the counter is rushing trying to fill as many online orders as fast as she can. I can tell she is very tense and very focused. I am able to ask her if she has filled my order, she snips at me a bit, but i tell her no i am not trying to rush you i just wanted to know if you had another sauce instead of the one I ordered. Once she realizes that she can slow down a bit you can immediately see the tension let off her shoulders. She made one heck of a great sandwich!!!

We did an online order for this past Friday. It is so easy I wish everywhere did This. We put down for the food to be ready by 10:30 because our lunch was at 11:00. Friend picked up the food and was at work by lunch. The food was ready when he arrived and was amazing by the time he made it back to work. I ordered the medium tuna and was able to eat after for lunch and half a few hours later. Picture perfect and tastes great.

Sub was mediocre, not terrible, but definitely the worst firehouse sub I've even had. I ate it right away, and the "hot" sub was just warm, and the bread was kinda soggy.The soda from the coke freestyle machine was absolutely disgusting. I'm not sure if it needs new filters or what, but it had a really bad aftertaste, like dirty water. Had to dump out my $3 drink.So disappointed

Great food and great service!This has always been one of my husband's favorite to-go sandwich places, but this was a first visit for me.I was definitely impressed with the amount of luncheon meat packed between the bread! Often, there is more bread and very little meat in sandwiches, and with the cost of goods being so high, folks want more bang for their buck. Definitely got bang for the bucks, and the meal was delicious!

We purchase from here about once every couple weeks. We ordered dinner here last night and took it home. The food was delicious like always. The workers at this location are very professional and nice. They will repeat what your ordered back to you and while on the line they asked us questions about our sub instead of assuming. Skip this particular location if you can. Su. Was terrible and it was so poorly made. Ordered two subs fully involved with pickles on the side to go. Large hook and ladder had 3 individual onion rings on it, three small tomatoes, and light lettuce. Cold cut fully involved with extra mustard. Got a cold cut with coleslaw and no mustard at all. No pickles at all for either order. Not busy enough to mess up both suns to go unless it was on purpose. Pathetic.

When we walk into a customer friendly establishment you should be greeted with a pleasant good afternoon. There were three employees behind the counter and not one acknowledged our presence. Upon placing our order, I asked the employee who was taking the order how she was; her answer "good". Well, I would have said my day was good as well if in fact she reciprocated. I ordered one of their salads with protein and gave her my name for the order we were handed two cups for soft drinks. We noticed that the floor near the soda machine was wet with a yellow wet floor sign near it then I looked up to see a ceiling tile open, so they must have had a leak. We sat at a table near a window and waited briefly for our meals. An employee who prepared our meals called out my name and as I went up to the counter, she handed me my salad but no dressing. I asked where my dressing was and she said, "what was it?" I am not sure what was not communicated from the time I ordered to the employee who prepared my salad, but I had to repeat what I had previously ordered for the dressing. We had to walk out due to an employee decided to start mopping the area where we were sitting and the smell from the dirty water was not appealing and frankly disgusting to smell and look at.1. They lack any customer service.2. They should not mop near patrons who are still eating.3. We will never come back to this sandwich place again.Parking: Nearby at a local hotel.

Abby is the ruddest cashier ever! We stopped in for a quick lunch on Sunday. She didn't even greet us when we walked up to place our order, and just looked so incredibly annoyed the entire time she took our order. Attention Management: I highly recommend that she be sent to "Excellent Customer Experience" training. The girl never cracked a smidgen of a smile. Very, very bad customer experience! Send an undercover boss to order and see for yourself! But on a good note, the subs were delicious! Glad she didn't make them!

I stopped to get one of your awesome subs. It says you are open until 9pm. I arrived at 8:30pm and the employees were outside and and said you were closed. Change your sign then and google post.

Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Steamer was very good. Pickles were fresh and crunchy. Kids enjoyed the brownies, they were soft and moist.

So this literally just happened...I was standing at the register waiting to order when the two very rude employees started to argue about NOT wanting to take my order. Literally when I'm standing there. And when she finally decided to take my order she said "what do you want?" In the rudest possible tone. No manager worth speaking to while I was there hence my review. Horrible service and they just threw our sandwiches together after really looking forward to a good sub it was a complete disappointment.

I went here for lunch and all the workers were rude and not greeting people properly. No smiles and talked with an attitude. I really felt as if I wasn't welcomed. I most certainly won't ever go there again. The food tasted great but that's about it.

08/18/2021 The food was awesome but service was terrible.Beginning or end of shift ,service help to visitors of your state should be kind,patient and courteous.08/19/20212035 I called firehouse subs and put in order and lady hung up on me.l was staying at Hilton hotel so got to firehouse sub at 2050.the door is locked and 4 employees looking at me from inside.2100 is your close time,I wonder what time they actually lock door?None the less the feeling of rejection from four of your employees .I will relay to all my friends and family never go here and also let’s go somewhere else where service is important.

I called at 7:45 to place a carry out order and someone answered the phone but never said anything. I called back steadily until 8:10 and got a busy signal. I guess they wanted to get off early on a Friday night. That’s ok. Jersey Mike’s gladly took my money and will get my business from now on.
