I have had carolina come to my home twice to replace a window & my glass front door. Both experiences were great. I have never had a bad experience with them. I ordered tempered glass, tinted, for a porch enclosure. The glass came in quickly, cut perfectly, and I love its effect on my porch enclosure. Staff is friendly and best of all…….a candy dish in the office you can’t beat. I’ve used them a few times since I moved here, they’re fantastic! Plus, I loved the candy!

The folks at Carolina Glass Company are AMAZING! Not only are they adept at fixing or replacing window panes or sliding glass doors, or installing that glass shower door, but they also handle fixing antique items. They restored to perfection an antique cake stand with tiered glass shelves and an antique French cave á liqueur (a sort of bronze-and-glass box that holds liqueur decanters and apéritif glasses) that had a broken pane of glass, expertly restoring these pieces to their former splendor. I HIGHLY recommend the Carolina Glass Company.

I have a wood sliding glass door which has been very difficult to close and open. Called Carolina Glass. The cordial receptionist scheduled a service appointment for the following afternoon.Kobi and Mike from Carolina Glass arrived at my house on time the next day. In 90 seconds they diagnosed the issue. They removed the slider portion of the door and the trim around it, made the repairs to the slider, and re-installed the slider and trim. They cleaned the area.All in all, Kobi and Mike did a tremendous, professional job. I would not hesitate to highly recommend their work on sliding glass doors.

I contacted them to help replace glass in my sliding glass door. They asked me to send pics of the broken door and the measurements which I did. After several hours of no response I followed up with a text asking can I get a response to my pics. I then got a text that said "I'm sorry we don't have the capacity to help you. D Coleman" How can a glass company not help you. They did not offer to come look at it or anything just we can not help you. I seems like I was bugging them. I contacted another local glass company "Palmetto Glass" and they come out and look at it and said no problem we will have the glass in for you in a few days!!!

Carolina Glass came over right away, removed the pieces of a broken window, and cleaned up. We tipped them heavily.But today them promised to be here between noon and 2:00 PM and, by 3:00 PM, haven't shown up and haven't called. I altered my schedule for them and have been pinned down all afternoon.Not professional.
