1 star because the place is always a mess. There is no room to get down the aisles because of stock sitting everywhere. 1 star for corporate because their coupons never work. I just return it now if it doesn't give me the right price. They can deal with the 2 transactions and throw it in the pile with the rest of the stuff that needs to be put away. The employees, for the most part, are nice, and I feel for them working in this mess.

Associate in the store was helpful and friendly with helping me find the items I need. The cashier was fast and effective with ringing me out and getting my transaction complete.Store was a little messy with items everywhere but they were putting up stock. Because of the friendly staff I gave it a 5.

The staff is helpful and fairly clean. However, it seems there's stacks of boxes they need to stock and difficult to maneuver in the aisles. Also, with the stacks of boxes you other staff members buzzing around you.

This store gets there trucks an instead of putting there merchandise in there back room until it can be stocked they line it in there already small isles blocking their shelves of what could be bought. It makes customers mad when they can't get to what they need. They need stockers because they use cashiers to stock leaving already mad customers waiting to check out.

They never have their shelves stocked. The product that you could really use usually sits in a box just needing to be put out. They definitely need to hire more people, they are always short staffed and you wait forever to check out.

Went there today to grab one quick thing, the manager was nasty, even worse the girl behind the cash register saw me walk in and proceeded to walk out stood at the register longer than 5 minutes and the girl who I assumed was a customer at first walks back in her shirt completely up underwear showing. Completely disgusting. Will not be returning.

I like Dollar General overall, however the store in my area needs some tender loving care. It's usually a little messy and the building needs minor repairs and updating. Employees are always willing to help and very friendly.

Cashier was very polite. She was getting overwhelmed with so much customers standing in line to get check out. This was at 5 p.m. at a busy time because people getting off work. Only one cashier trying to keep up. About 20 customers in line and lot of people. Getting kind of inpatient. Was surprised I got everything I needed. Mini blinded is a hot seller and they didn't have or maybe they were out. Local Wal Mart is 12 miles down the street and they can't keep them in stock either. Exterior and interior door locks non existent. We love our little dollar General store in Aynor S.C.

This store is the most disorganized and cluttered store I've ever been in! There is ALWAYS carts full of merchandise in the aisles that needs to be put away.. no matter time of day or month! The shelves are always empty and you can NEVER find anything that's supposed to be there. Some one needs to hire a Manager or staff that can keep store clean and stocked.

The remodel made things a bit more organized but there's still carts & trollies of merchandise, restock and new stock, everywhere all the time! I've bought the same item on three different days over the past 2 weeks and have had to move the same tall, multi-shelve trolley out of the way to get to the product all 3 times! The convenience of a discount store right here in Aynor is nice but it defeats the purpose if it's a hassle to shop in it.

I don't know why I'm giving any stars, I suppose because there are many other Dollar General stores I've been to. However this store was terrible, disorganized, etc. But I bought a bag of candy, something to snack on in the car (long ride back to Lake Wylie, NC). Additionally, they charged a fee of 35¢ for a literary contribution? She didn't ask me or anything, however I questioned the amount of change I received, she quickly said, "I know its terrible, they keep taxing everything, don't they"? She was very odd and eating something, and taking with food in her mouth. I didn't look at the receipt until I got in the car. My husband said I should've just ask for my money back, but I just didn't want to deal with the cashier. Also the bag of Skittles was definitely over-priced, almost $4. This store "DEFINITELY" is not like others I've been in. "SAD"

I went to the Dollar General in Aynor SC. The lady at the register was over run with customers. I feel like she should have requested for help running the other register. The line was so long that my crippled mother couldn't stand any longer. Therefore I had to leave the merchandise that I had in hand to purchase for me, I had to put the items back. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone else. The Isles were full of new products that needed to be stocked on the shelves. Just a big headache. Family Dollar does't operate that way. If the customer line gets to long, the cashier will request a manager's assistance.

I enjoy couponing. Every time I visit a Dollar General, the coupons do not come off, only one or two. I had a nice enough cashier, possibly mngr, that overrided them today. Normally the cashiers don't care to see you save, so I don't care if I leave my items with them to put back. I was hoping since I saw the app updated, that the coupons would read better, however, if it wasn't for the cashier/mngr today, I would have left my items once again. Please fix your problems with your coupons, or maybe just go back to paper. If you don't care for us to save at your store, then why should we care to shop at your store?

Went in to buy sunscreen and aloe but wanted to take kids to the bathroom first. Went to get the key and was told with a smirk that bathrooms dont work. There were absolutely no signs on the door. So i left without my purchasing my items and had to scramble with my 3 year lld and 10 year old. Avoid this awful establishment!!!

Clean store and well organized. Great cadhiers. But the air conditioner does not work. Happens here every summer. Y'all need to do something with that.

Most of the staff are very friendly. Its hard to shop when there is ALWAYS freight in the isles. The shelves are always bare! Need more WORKERS that will WORK and get things stocked!

We went there and you couldn't even go down the aisles because of boxes. On the door and at the register it says masks are mandatory for the store. But when we went today the woman checking us out didn't have a mask on and most of the employees didn't have one on.

It was ok but Dollar general needs to pay their employees better wages and they need more employees to get the truck loads of stuff on the shelves instead of on carts blocking the isles

They need to clean this store up. You cant walk down the aisles because its always so cluttered. Staff isnt so friendly. The store is just so NASTY. Its a shame too because Aynor doesnt really have any stores in town.

My favorite place here in Aynor SC to stop by and get what I need, all the employees are real friendly, we need bigger store here cause they always packed and employee's are busy but keep up.Good Service.

One of the worst stores in my area- I only go in there if I absolutely have to and as usual this visit was bad too- the cashiers allow people to cut ahead of other customers in line, complain to each other about their schedule in front of the customers and if you ask them where something is they either shrug or say somewhere over there to the left etc. This place is really bad for them treating some customers politely as if they know them and yakking on and on yet can't be bothered if they don't plus this holds the line up while they're gossiping.

Very understaffed and unorganized (very messy) and did not enforce the South Carolina state mandatory mask indoors bc I saw several customers come inside without masks and it was pretty crowded inside but the 1 cashier was nice.
