The people who work here from inside the store to out in the lumber yard are always helpful and very friendly. Might pay a little more for some items but not enough to drive 30 miles round trip to deal with crabby people and no customer service.

Conveniently located if you need a tool or material quick and don't feel like going that extra 15 miles to Lowes or Home Depot. Not to mention the service is friendly and always willing to help if you should it.

Not really a fan of this place, really not willing to help you with basic things, my last visit ended up having to pull my own order. They have that "we really don't care if you come back or not " attitude. Been that way with them several times now and I'm done, plenty of other places to go and buy my materials in this area.

Fairly good selection,pricey on a few things,friendly people. The people behind the counter are fairly knowledgeable and happy to offer advice if you need and ask for it. They can usually recommend what you need/want if you explain what you are trying to do. They are very knowledgeable of their products and the uses of them

Would give a zero star if possible. I ordered an interior door with the measurements of 34x81. We picked it up and it was only 32x80. We tried taking it back to exchange it and they said no all sales are final. I think he should exchange it since it was his fault the wrong size was ordered. I will never shop there again and will make sure everyone knows they have extremely bad customer service.
