I bought a Baby Double YellowHead Amazon From Delorce 3 Years ago. She showed me the process to follow and the correct food for hand feeding until weaned on to solid food. She was extremely helpful and I did not see any of the bad attributes from her mentioned in other reviews.

Ms. Delorce, is a remarkable woman.At short notice, she allowed my family tomeet with her and her flock. She gave us her undivided attention, showed us her bird sanctuary, and took the time to educate us on the proper care, handling & diet. She answered any questions we had and even allowed us to tour her baby incubator. She even allowed us to interact with the baby parrot were taking home once it’s ready to leave the ‘nest’ to start the bonding process. She has a true love for these feathered creatures, and it’s shows…I should mention that this morning I lost my beloved Quaker parrot. I called her with a broken heart and showed up at her door with tears flowing. She treated me with love and compassion, the same she gives to her flock…In my opinion, she is a true example of what the world should be!Ms. Delorce, you healed a broken heart today, actually you healed three.. Delorce sold us a diseased bird and blamed her death on us. We had the poor thing for 7 days when she died. We paid hundreds of dollars in vet bills and also paid Delorce’s fee to have an autopsy performed which should have been paid for by Delorce and it wasn’t. Our bird had Polyomavirus which came from Delorce as our baby love bird that we had first tested negative for the virus. She only refunded a third of the cost after we threatened to sue and I wish we had gone ahead and sued for the full amount, as we have pages of documents in her own words (emails and texts) of her irresponsibility. She is a rude lying women who will take your money and give you sadly an ill bird that hasn’t been shown love or treated very well and this is by Delorces own admission. There is NO health guarantee even if she claims there is but as proven to us she will not honor it, even if it’s in writing like we had. I’m glad we had a beautiful week with our little eclectus and I’m glad she passed knowing love. Please do not purchase from this women instead go to rescues for parrots needing homes. The one great thing to come of the horrible experience with Delorce is that we now have 2 macaws who are 7 and 14 years old, a male 6 year old eclectus and a sweet little 4 year old cockatoo. They are all an absolute joy in our lives and are very important members of our family. The cost of all their adoptions fees together is what Delorce stool from us by selling a diseased bird. If we had that money refunded we could have rescued even more unwanted parrots and brought them into our home but instead Delorce is selfish and doesn’t care about the well fare of her birds nor their long term care. I’m very thankful for my wonderful flock family I now have but would have preferred to have started it without so much sadness and anger that Delorce caused us. It has taken me almost 10 months to write this review because it still makes me want to cry and for those of you scammed since I’m sorry I didn’t write it sooner. Please help shut this women down!!!!

Lady was helping delorce out and was keeping some of her birds there. Left one day to fl. And returned next day and the expensive birds were not there. And claimed she was not responsible enough to keep the other birds. It’s a long story. But this delorce Bennett is a sly person and using friends to give her 5 stars trying to boost her rating up. And from what I read this is not her first time
