I have to admit that the Dollar General has become one of my favorite one stop shops. We find amazing deals and cool gifts and holiday decorations all priced affordably. A great neighborhood store for all your immediate needs. I do find the staff at these stores to be gracious and helpful, an added bonus and incentive to shop there. 🙏♥️👍

Expect for only one line to be open, disorganized, needs a good cleaning, needs to hire more staff. It shouldn't be were only two workers are there that might have to run the register, stock, clean floor and etc. The cleanest I have ever seen this store right here in Andrews was when they first opened. The staff is always good and healthful just needs more staff, cleaning and organizing.

There're good for cleaning products, I can find items I use to clean my bathrooms that I can't find at other places. Recently, they have not been very clean. There's products on floats throughout the store and during the day.

When it comes to stores like Dollar General my main focus is cleanliness of the store and friendliness of the employees working there. This store is pretty well organized and the staff was very friendly during my visits.

The workers were all talking at the register. The store looks like a Tornado hit it. Items laying around junk in floor. I had to wait for bread to come into the store. It didn't bother the conversation with employee's, they kept talking. I will go to Fred's next time.

Know what you are looking for and be prepared to find it on your own. Do not come into the Andrews location beside the old Fred's store if you have OCD. There are so many items that are strewn all over the store, you will come out a nervous wreck.

The music played over the intercom was totally inappropriate. Rap music with cuz words shouldn't be allowed. There were small children and elders in the store, they need to be more respectful.

Cashier was having a very rough day and seem to me she was taking it out on customers . She even stated she needed to get the hell out of here before she flipped. Im in management and u shud never speak to the customer in That tone of voice

It was welcoming and the workers were friendly. The store was not my usual store, but I found everything that I was looking for. It was just a little tight, the isles that is.

It could be better. Friendly staff, but there are way to many things on the floor and boxes everywhere. They need one more person in there to help clean it up.

Dirty inside and outside. Boxes stacked in isles and can't get a cart past. Clothes on floor with people stepping on them. Georgetown DG on Highmarket is the worst. DG in Andrews not much better.

Probably be ok as long as your not using coupons with the manager of color and if you go in there right b 4 they close with the white manager you'll be treated like you're doing something illegal.

The WORSE EVER! cashier's are not focused in the register or the customers money.. I got double charged a total of $22.07 with a confirmation message sent to my phone my,balance was 120.73 my total there was 22.07 my balance on my card is 58.91..when I went back the cashier made out she didnt remeber when I was there which wasnt even 2 hours since I've been there... And to top it off I have to BE THE 1 TO SEND OFF FOR A PAPER TO FILL,OUT STATING DOLLAR,GENERAL IN ANDREWS STOLE MONEY N BASICALLY TRYING TO SAY THEY DONT KNOW HOW OR OWE ME MONEY... ILL PROBABLY HAVE TO WAIT A WHOLE MONTH FOR 22 BUCKS THAT THEY REFUSED N DONT WANNA PAY BACK.. NOT TO MENTION I BOUGHT A CLOROX BOTTLE THAT WAS OPEN ALREADY AND USED OUT OF OR POURED OR EVEN SPILLED. BUT THESE ARE THE PEOPLE WHO WANTS YOU TO BELIEVE THEYRE HERE FOR YOUR SATISFACTION. I THINK NOT... MAYBE IF I WALKED IN THERE DRESSED ROYAL LOOKING LIKE IM A LITTLE RICH OR LIKE THEM...MY MONEY WOULD BE REFUNDED.... ILL GO TO COURT FOR $22.07 THRY WONT EVER GET MY BUSINESS AGAIN!

Store always a mess. Only one person in the store that I saw working. 8 people in line. 1 customer taking 15 mins to check out, asking questions employee could not answer.

This is the most unorganized stores I have ever been in it is discussing how this store is kept .How can a company of this size allow a store to be this messy,dirty shelves empty while boxes are in the aisle things every where PLEASE GET IT TOGETHER SORES POPPING UP EVERY WHERE

They tend to leave the carts they store things on in the middle of the isles, making it impossible to reach certain items unless you move them yourself
