I was given a claim number. The store advised that it would reimburse the cost of professionally cleaning my vehicle, after I was able to contact and get three estimates from sepperate companies that provide the cleaning service. Two tire sensors are not working properly, and one has completely quit. That is three failures of the four tires that were mounted. The sensors worked before the tire servicing at Walmart. This was the vehicle's first tire change at 45,643 miles on the vehicle. The vehicle was bought new. There was vehicle oil on the outside handle, inside handle, door window controls, steering wheel, drive control knob, driver's seat, and passenger seat. There was brake dust in the vehicle. I was told that if they had to replace the sensors, it would be with Walmart's generic sensor. The tire change took over an hour and a half with an appointment. The department was abandoned a good portion of the time with no one present. The appointment was only for new tires. I do not find this exceptible.

Had a wonderful experience in Autocare with Justin K. during a routine oil change. He went above and beyond in providing great support and dispensing valued and actionable automotive knowledge. Service like this is why we love and support our neighborhood Walmart.

I love watching the employees do literally nothing while I ring myself up. It's even better when they want to stop you at the door and look at your receipt and go through all your bags. Maybe just put people behind the registers, that's a thought. I am so sick of Walmart. The prices are the only reason I still shop there. Otherwise I'd never spend a penny again in any of these stores. Covid hit, and customer service went directly out the window. It's so sad. Just because you're a multi- trillion dollar company doesn't mean you shouldn't be concerned about customer satisfaction. Shopping at a Walmart is a chore. It's terrible. And the employees though 90% of them are rude and don't deserve raises, you guys could afford to pay them better. Maybe they'd be more inclined to do their jobs. 🤔 this company will one day just be a memory if the CEO keeps spending all the money on their luxury apartments, cars, vacations, etc. And not investing in their employees. If you can afford to shop ANYWHRRE ELSE I highly suggest doing so. Because there is nothing pleasant about entering a WALMART. - 10STARS

I have been to more than 50 Walmart's in the US and this is absolutely the worst. You can never count on Walmart to have what you want in stock, 50% of the time they either have not maintained their inventory levels or or the person in charge just decides not to carry the item any longer. (other stores do properly manage inventory). There is never any customer assistance on the floor. The employees there are obviously more interested in impeding your shopping (pallets and carts everywhere and stocking in every isle during the busiest times of the day). If the employees are not doing these things they are parked somewhere on there phones. I'm not sure where management is but it must be in a hidden location.

I've came to this Walmart once every 2 weeks. Mostly to get my grandmother medicine (I'm her full time caregiver) and glucose strips.Yesterday while I was in Maryland, bought a dog collar. Not realizing the price. Came to this Walmart today to get my money back and buy a cheaper one. Before I went to pick up my fur baby. Got accused of stealing. All bc I didn't get a sticker. The man wasn't at the door when I came in. The lady at customer service kept on saying she doesn't know if I bought it. Even tho the receipt from MARYLAND and I tried showing her my bank statement PROVING I DIDNT STEAL IT! She ended up giving me my money back, said to make sure I get a sticker. After I walked away, she told another customer,she think I stole it. Would NEVER steal. Never felt this embarrassed and disappointed.

Had a fun time even though it was Black Friday! The crowd was not as bad as expected! I think Walmart encouraged customers to order before Black Friday! But don’t get me wrong , tv’s we’re still flying out the door! Overall A+++++

Arrived to the store at 1140 - waited for 15 minutes for someone to come to unlock a case in the back. Walked to the front and asked the manager(Pat /Team Leader) if she would please come open the case for me and was told that the store was closed at 11(10:57 on her phone screen) I explained that I had been pressing the button for assistance for over 10 minutes and she then told me to leave her store for calling her out about closing early.

Overall it's alright, the same as most other walmarts. The only thing that I didn't care for was I was there when they were closing and they were super pushy and rude about getting people out of the store. I get it they are ready to get off work. But repeating the same thing over and over again on the Entercom one announcement after the other was super annoying .

Employees are absolutely no help. Most have no clue how to help you or have no interest in helping. Easier to go through self checkout than wait in checkout lines which are longer than they should be.

Horrible customer service. I drove across town to pick something up and they would not sell it to me for the advertised price and they wouldn't even price match it. Lazy and unhelpful employees in electronics and probably the rest of the store if it's anything like the other Walmarts I've been to. Not to mention how unsafe this store is.

It was an online order pick up. They brought my groceries out on time, everything I ordered was there, and the attendant was very nice.

I was in this particular store about 2 days ago. And I arrived at the door at 10:54 p.m.. I was met by the greater and was told that the store was closed. But the sign said that the store closes at 11:00 p.m.. I told him I wasn't going to be long I just wanted to grab some sugar. He said I'm sorry but we're closed we close 10 to 15 minutes before closing.

Terrible terrible terrible absolutely ABHORRENT even by typical Walmart standards. You would literally get better customer service from a one eyed smelly nut case out of a van in a dark alley in a bad part of town.

I always love Walmart as it seems they are never out of anything that I want to buy. Unless it's the day before Christmas or black Friday. This store is a very neat store especially for the amount of people they have visiting it everyday so kudos to the staff and I get it five stars which is hard to get for me so if you're looking for a specific walmart. This one's wonderful, and trust me. I have been in some that were not some that were nowhere close to great or even good to put it nicely. However, I gave this one five stars because, like I said, it was a clean store. The employees were helpful, and they had no problem stopping what they were doing to help you if you asked, and I appreciate all of those qualities and actions very, very much. Kudos to your store.

Walmart Supercenter, located on the Hwy 28 bypass in Anderson, South Carolina, is a full service store. They have an optometrist on site, along with a complete eyeware center. The produce section is well stocked and the meat market and seafood market offer lots of great choices. There is ample parking, with the mobile parking security stations set up. The deli has great food options as well.

There was a spill of tomato sauce and a sign was just put up. Didn’t even try to clean it. The shelves have collapsed. The buggies will not push properly. And they can not afford air.

Shelves usually full, but can’t get service that’s helpful to save your life. Order a cake, persons not there to do it when you need it 5 days later? Get cake, no kit to put with it?Call in prescription, arrive, not available til next day. Call in again, we gotta order it. Call in again, we gotta order it. Call in again, it’ll be ready in 20 minutes. Arrive, oh it got put in for tomorrow and we’re closing we can’t fill your script.2 departments. Both with not a single care for the customer.

it's pretty plain that the 28 bypass Walmart is not their local flagship store... it's obvious in the produce section and the way this store is not as well stocked as the newer stores (in higher tax bracket communities... maybe?).it's still a Walmart.still looking like Rocket Boy at Amazon and the Walton's have agreed to completely drop high product quality as a goal of manufacturing/purchasing.you can't find hardly anything but Wish/Ali baba/Temu-level in terms of quality... just cheap Chinese garbage available everywhere, unless you can afford a professional builder or craftsperson to make it for you... something I've began doing when I can afford it and can't find a quality product for sale in retail.

I love the new things they are doing, new buggy are nice, just really not sure about the new flooring.. I'm not in there 30 minutes and my back is killing me.. Also, they have moves things around so much that you can't find anything.. They need to print flyers or something where people can take one to find things without having to hint someone down to ask..

Do not order walmart delivery from here ordered drinks and an nacklace for a birthday tonight and received school supplies after the driver stopped on the way here when I call the store they wont even answer the phone unbelievable they are not going to steal my money

Really sucks, they post online, location of a product in a certain isle and when you get there no product in that location , and checkout is bad, need to shut down their business

It's your typical Walmart experience. Lots of traffic, lots of deals, and tons of parking. The Automotive part of it is great. That's where I always take my car to get an oil change. They always are quicker than the original quoted time they give you. At least my experience with them has been.

Since I started using my Walmart plus app to scan and go, my shopping trips have been much better. Walmart could stand to lower some of their prices, but their eggs and milk are still the best deal in town.

I do not care for the answering service. People who call don't always know the name of their medications, or in my case , it was a new medication. And did not have a #. I should have been notified by Walmart of the cost of generic Brilinta, ticagrelor, so I could have notified my MD for a change.I realize the pharmacy is very busy, but they need someone appointed to answer the phone.Now I will have to wait another day, maybe 2 days, before I can start a new medication for my heart when surgery was on Wednesday, 11/25/23.Today is Friday, and there is no office open on the weekend.
