I gave this store 1 star. I went for groceries today, and the empty shelves had no merchandise. This has happened so many times, so today I was determined this issue needs addressing. The itemsI needed were completely gone. The pharmacy shelves are a joke. Looked like a 3 year old had played in this area. If customers see this, do the store managers look the other way? Or do they not care?

I worked at this location for 3 and a half years. While it is a great place to start to gain experience in a job, the morale is straight up awful. The workload is even worse. Walmart will literally hire ANYONE. Walmart has hired some pretty incompetent people and they still keep their jobs. I was amongst one of the hardest working associates in that store and was cross trained nearly everywhere at this facility. At my lowest point, when I went in to get help for a mental health crisis? The take this whole thing to home office and fired me for going in and getting help. However they’ve let incompetent people stay AND a team lead who threw a tantrum and walked out in the middle of their shift which would have been a fireable offense, the store manager begged her to stay and keep her job. Walmart doesn’t care about their employees which is why the morale sucks and the store suffers because no matter how hard the good workers work, it’s not enough because of the stupid people. Bad morale means unsatisfied customers. Needless to say because of what I’ve seen and been through and also heard about what’s going on there, I will not only never work for Walmart again but I will never again step foot in the store unless it is mandated.

Placed my first pickup order here and it was a great experience!! Super easy!! A woman named Rachel brought my groceries out to me, and explained details to me of how things work etc, going out of her way to help me, and such a cheerful attitude... 😊👌 I will definitely be shopping here again with the online ordering. Thankful for something that will save me money and time.👍✨🎉

This is probably one of my favorite neighborhood market locations. The well stocked shelves and friendly staff make me swing by at least twice a week! They keep most of the lanes open, too, so you’re not having to sit 30 minutes to check out.

I ran to Walmart to get dog and cat food on Greenville.st. in Anderson when I realized i didnt have my purse i left it in the buggy a Walmart employee named James found it and took it i side to lost and found i was so grateful i want to thank him so much , such a sweet person ❤️ I wanted.to give him a gift but the management said it's not on their policy i felt bad thanks again James and thank you Walmart for having such honest employees working there, Renee

Appearance of the store is very dark and dismal. I do not shop here frequently unless it's an emergency.I shopped for 2 small items yesterday and had to use self checkout. I got home and I was missing 1 of the items. Thinking it fell out of the plastic bag, I checked my car and didn't find the item. Maybe the bag was ripped? I returned to the store today & went to Customer Service. I explained my problem but customer service checked to see if anything was left at register. etc. nothing. They didn't offer any help or refund, or replacement so I'm out $6.I don't like self checkouts for this reason. Perhaps if the girls up front would assist customers so they don't leave items behind instead of looking at their phones. If the customer has to ring items for themselves, the customer should get a discount on their groceries.

Awesome store to shop. It's location is close by. The prices are decent. I can just get groceries & the few items that are nonfood(toilet paper, pet food, Tylenol, shampoo, ect ..) without having to walk the distance of a football field plus. I absolutely LOVE the amount of self checkouts because I usually don't have to wait long. We need more of these smaller Walmarts IMO.☺️

This is a very nice Walmart although they do get quite busy. You are able to order online and do grocery pickup which is very convenient and do grocery pickup which is very convenient and now grocery pickup also includes EBT. I was able to get in and out of the store quietly and fairly quickly I checked out on my own and left. Parking isn't the greatest but then again today is raining so I guess no parking space would be a good parking space. They do have gas as well and it's typically cheaper than many places around. I almost wonder if this Walmart possibly could have some prices that are higher than others surely this isn't the case. However the orange juice that I normally pay around $3 for was nearly $5! Down the road is corner Bagel Bakery and Deli a great place to go to lunch if you're looking for something unique Unfortunately they do close at like 2 p.m. good news is there's a Wendy's nearby

A year ago I gave this store a 5 star review. Now, they are often out of the items I need or simply have not stocked the shelves. Too many empty spaces! Just look at the attached photos of the cheese aisle yesterday! What's up with that?!

Isles aren't really wide enough, they are always stocking. Good for getting a few items check out lines can be long at times

Staff is very nice, but stock is everywhere and it's difficult to navigate around pallets everywhere and the staff shopping for pickup or delivery with those oversized carts. Also, toiletries and cosmetics are never on sale like the other, larger Wal-Mart stores in town.

They've finally got everything running a lot smoother since COVID, they are keeping things stocked and don't run out of anything as much, they've gotten all the pallets of"stuff" out of the aisles do it's easier to get around. They've got plenty of people working and running to help if you need something. Hardly ever have to wait on a line for more than maybe 3 minutes. Way to go Walmart👍

Overpriced the fruits bad cutthroat industry the people are nice nothing more than a larger convenience storeI like Publix and Aldi and Ingles much more than Walmart.Ingles donated so money forcharity.Now the people in Walmart are very helpful don't get me wrong it's just some of the produce it's just old or gets old quick even organic.The people in the pharmacy are absolutely fantastic fast and contact you answer any questions I really enjoy thatAlways happy and helpful also fast. Thank you Walmart neighborhood pharmacy. And employees.Walmart on your items don't have to make a killing you can just make a living. I did raise the bar one notch that's all I give you Wal-Mart and that's for employees I would give more but I just think that Walmart neighborhood market is a convenience store.To employees and especially the pharmacy I would give 100% so far so good and excellent pharmacy helping you always.

While It's not Publix It is open at 10 pm (closes at 11 pm). Most of the checkout lanes are self checkout.Some stocking is done during the day. But most is done at night. So you'll understandably have to navigate around pallets and carts of groceries.Staff is generally friendly. If your going in circles the employees on the stock crew have often asked what I'm looking for and told or pointed out where to find it.

Good employees but store cannot handle the volume of customers. I am sympathetic to the changes since Covid but produce is never stocked very well and quality not as good. Regular staples have often empty shelves. Buggies being pushed through store for pick up orders is hard for in store shoppers to maneuver. Anderson could use another Walmart market on the Belton Honea Path side of town.

There was a cashier, literally sitting near the self checkout, not running a register or helping anyone. I have never seen an employee anywhere just sit there and look at you.What exactly is her job, and how do I get it? Paid to sit down sounds great!!!

I like Walmart neighborhood, however they are so busy there. Sometimes, food and produce may be missing from the shelves. We need one on the southeastern side of town. Like on belton, highway. New homes will be built soon near there. We need another grocery store bad.

I've always loved this pharmacy. Not just any Walmart Pharmacy, only this one. They seem to genuinely care about what they do and their customers. Dena specifically saved my (financial) life today when she told me about a copay program offered by my brand name prescription manufacturer. I never would have known about this program or signed up for it if I hadn't been blessed with her help today. Thank you so much. 💙

Well....I have yet another update. I am seriously done with this Walmart. I have tried to order twice this week only to be told my order was delayed 2 hrs. Poor poor management is my guess. I live outside of Anderson and only travel here for shopping so 2 hr delay is not doable.*****Update on last review:I think reviews are important but it is also important to update if improvement is noticed following a poor review. I have since revisited this store after last review and was VERY pleased with their service. I hope I can continue purchasing my groceries at this location and their improvement is not temporary.Terrible Service! I live out of town and travel to Anderson occasionally. I try to order groceries sometimes but always have issues with this store. My order has been late/delayed 3 times. I have received spoiled fruit a couple of times which were organic berries. Mostly never have my items in stock. I am tired of wasting my time with this store. Plainly put, POOR MANAGEMENT.

I liked it because it was not crowded and everything had easy access to find everything from antacids to fruits. N drinks. I was in a hurry and had nice self check out too. It is fast. Clean. Convenient n the first time I have been in this Walmart store and I am going back definitely

I like shopping at Walmart because of there deals, but I don't like to be accused of stealing something. I don't care if you never see it my cart, if the fact that your not there long enough to see what I have. I don't like this on particular employee she was very rude. She never apologize to me. And feel she just discriminate because of my appearance. If yall feel like someone is going to steal than they need a detector device then someone come up to somebody of accused of stealing and causing better than employee.
