This specific Walgreens tried to charge me over $300 for 1 months rx. Instead of trying to help with a coupon… the amount of incompetence was unbelievable. After 1.5 hours in Walgreens and many phone calls by me, I was able to get the rx for $60. It is scary that these people deal with life saving prescriptions. Save yourself time and money and don’t go here!

I 💙 this Walgreens location. I use this Pharmacy for all prescriptions! They're pretty fast about filling & refilling medications less than 30 mins to an hour depending on how meditations & how soon you are needing your meds! Thry are very professional and Customer Service has always been a great experience 4myself and my family. I will continue to use this location. I enjoy using the app as well.

Terrible experience. Do NOT trust Walgreens. Refilling prescription for chronic child illness. Pharmacy worker 'just Mary' (who refused to give her full name) argued with me saying my fault for trusting their computer auto refills on a delayed prescription. All she had to do was say she was sorry for their system not working as it should. Instead, she patronized me, argued with me and ultimately blamed me for trusting the Walgreens app.

They put a bunch of coupon tags over all the items in the vitamins section and it covers up the bottles so you can't find what you're looking for. In fairness, CVS did the exact same thing. Still, its a stupid idea.

This walgreens scanned my coupons and then the cashier decided that I was saving too much money and decided to void one of them. And then was super rude about it saying that she can’t do any coupons if it leaves us barely paying anything. I just nicely asked to void it if she wasn’t going to take them since it was 1am and I didn’t feel like arguing and she was super nasty about it. This location also let an employee steal from me and management hasn’t contacted me back after nearly 2 weeks. I have not had 1 good experience here. But if you want to be treated like absolute garbage this is the place to shop.

Jessica the pharmacist is such a pleasure. I’ve been having issues with my account since the beginning of the year. Tonight, o could get anywhere talking with one of the employees so I can inside and I’ll admit, I was pretty irritated. Thankfully Jessica stepped over from her duties to address my concerns. She was patient, calm and allowed me to explain the situation. After about two minutes, she had fixed the issue and made it to where my account shouldn’t flag again. I’m thankful for people like her and I know how hard it can be dealing with a irritated customer like me. She definitely went above and beyond the call to make sure I was a happy customer. If not for her, I can honestly say that this would have been my last month with this location!!! Thank you Jessica!!!!!

I love this store! The lady at the makeup counter is knowledgeable and helpful. The employees often stop to help me in the photo department even though they are busy. Those are the main departments that I shop in, but sometimes I stroll around and find unique gifts like I did at Easter...cute little zip up carrot with stuffed animals inside.

This location has the rudest staff I have ever dealt with. The pharmacist is arrogant and makes up her own rules and then there is Caleb! He is rude, condescending, pampas and thinks he can speak with people any way he wants. He told me that the nurse in my doctors office was a liar and that I needed to take my business elsewhere when I called him out on it. He has no right or authority to tell me where I get my prescriptions filled. He has no business being in customer service because he certainly does not know how to treat the customers!

!!!!!!!DON’T USE THIS PHARMACY!!!!!!!Don’t use this pharmacy! I have been using this pharmacy for 12 years now and have never had any issue but now for the past 3 to 6 months my meds is never ready. My doctor calls my meds in and when it’s time to pickup they all of a sudden don’t have it in stock and takes 2 to 3 days to get it. That means going 2 to 3 days without my meds and some meds your not suppose to go without. So I spoke with the pharmacist and was told to call in 2 to 3 days prior of my meds being picked up so that they can look and make sure they have it and if not they could order it and I could have it on the day I’m suppose to have it. So that’s what I did. I called Wednesday and told them that and they said that they would have it ready for me on pickup day. So now on pickup day once again they all of a sudden don’t have it in stock again and here I am again going days without my meds. Please people read reviews before using this place and find somewhere else to go because this pharmacy doesn’t care if you live or die. This will be the last time I will ever use this place.STAY AWAY FROM THIS PHARMACY!

absolutely terrible experience. I try to ask for syringes and the pharmacist was profoundly rude and giving me the third degree about for which kind of insulin my wife takes, why I don't have her information and refusing to sell it to me insinuating that I'm a drug addict which I can tell you with FULL CERTAINTY that I am not. I don't get this kind of disrespect from the walmart on liberty highway which is saying something because we all know what kind of people go there. the pharmacist here should be fired because now she's not even answering the phone when my wife is trying to callUPDATE!!! my wife got off the phone with lady and she made my wife cry so I will have her name and she will be reported because now my wife is going without her insulin.

I DID NOT have a good experience at Walgreens last night. My Mother was ill in my car so I stopped to pick her up some medication. What I needed was locked up so I pressed the customer service button. Well I waited for 10 minutes....NOONE came to assist me and yes the call button worked and was calling all over the store. Another 10 minutes passed and I pressed the button a second time. I had to walk up to the photo shop to get help. The photo department had to call the entire store and the manager finally met me to get the medication. She was apologetic and gave us a discount but she even said she didn’t know where her own staff who worked in the store was! My Mother could have become deathly ill in the 30minutes it took to get her medication. I’m sure I won’t be going back to this particular Walgreens

All store and pharmacy personnel are very friendly and helpful. I just wish the taller, young pharmacy tech had more experience and knew more; he has frequently given us incorrect information. We are hopeful that he'll learn more with time; time and experience could help him develop, if he wants to.

Walgreens N. Main St. Anderson, SC failed to used updated insurance information on my prescriptions for the entire month of 12/2013. I had provided the pharmacy with the changes prior to 12/1/13 and thought no more of it until 4/7/2014 when I received a letter from my old insurance company demanding I reimburse them for almost $650. In an effort to correct this myself I have found my current insurance company is under no obligation to cover the prescriptions because more than 90 days has lapsed. I don't so much blame the local Walgreens but Walgreens corporate which has done nothing but give me a run around. Walgreens could and should do the right thing and eat this.

Jessica Law, a pharmacist, is the most rude and condescending person I have ever dealt with. Every other Walgreens employee I've dealt with was polite and helpful but because of Jessica Law I will NEVER use a Walgreens pharmacy again. It will be a very long time before I even shop at a Walgreens again.

Refused to sell needles to a diabetic and insinuated that it was because they looked like they do heroin. Did not give a reason other than that they did not trust the diabetic.
