I have always enjoyed target, but every time I have been to this store in the last 3 years their shoe section is a disaster! I can't understand why it seems to stay this way. I have never been to another Target with this issue.I get too overwhelmed looking at the mess to even be able to dig through and find what I need.

This review is not directed at this particular store,but at CORPORATE,so I sincerely hope they take notice. I purposely visit Target weekly to purchase 1 item that I have purchased for a couple of years now. That item was their store brand ORGANIC FROZEN CHICKEN BREASTS. The key word here is ORGANIC. As far as I am concerned that was one of the few HEALTHIER food choices offered. I travel 40 minutes just to purchase this chicken . And of course while there,stock up on various other items. Today I was told this item was DISCONTINUED! WHY,WHY,WHY??????? I am no dummy. It was the 1 item that was ALWAYS low in stock, telling me it was popular. This is SO TYPICAL of you big corporations. Changing to synthetic meat??? YOU JUST TOOK AWAY MY PURPOSE FOR GOING TO TARGET! Now you made me angry and NOW I REFUSE TO SHOP THERE EVER! Made the futile attempt to CALL CORPORATE, but of course got 1 of your CALL CENTERS, off shore in some God forsaken country, and had to speak with someone I couldn't even understand! Your company sucks! The fact that you purposefully discontinued a healthy item speaks volumes about your company WITH WHOM I NOW WANT NO MORE AFFILIATION. GOOD BYE TARGET. I AM SPEAKING WITH MY WALLET!

Great experience! It is the best, especially when you're in a hurry! And the employees, well let me tell you; they work their tails off getting all those orders out to each driver, and loading their vehicles! It's a real plus when you're disabled and can't get into the store to shop, just do it online and pick it up in the drive up!

Target in Anderson is the best staffed store ever! Returns desk is awesome and easy. AND the employees throughout the store were helpful. Checkout was amazing and quick!

I was helped by a lovely lady named Amanda and one of the managers named Steven. They were very kind and helpful when it came to returning my online purchases and despite the struggle, we made it through. I appreciate their time despite being busy. I'll never forget what they said and did. They deserve the best. And I hope I see them again when I come to Target and shop online again.

Always love Target. The Target in Anderson is a super store, it's clean, large grocery area. Even though I don't do a lot of grocery shopping there, I do wish their produce/meat/cheese area was larger for when I do need to pick up certain items. Still, I like that they always seem to be on the ball and the store is clean.

My husband and I had looked everywhere for a Christmas Tree when we stopped at our favorite Target. We found our tree but they didn’t have any on display. Krish was shopping for another customer when we asked if they would have anymore. He so kindly said they would have some in the back and went and found one for us!!! Honestly just made our entire night. He was so kind and really just modeled a great employee.We bragged on him to our cashier and she just smiled she was so happy for us. Her name was Anna. She was terrific. Very involved with our Christmas items.My husband and I couldn’t think of a timr recently where we had such a great experience.GO TARGET!!! Thank you to Krish and Anna for your wonderful customer service.

Target has some nice items, as most of you know. But their prices are much higher than Walmart which are probably equal and style and quality. I love their normal things like Health and Beauty AIDS products I had the same as everywhere else and always a good dollar or more per product than Walmart. I'm not a fan of all their liberal movements that they've made over the past several years. Starting with Planned Parenthood, all the way up to unisex restrooms. One thing I don't like that they do constantly is if we don't use our credit card for 6 months then they cancel it which is why I went there today. I got a letter A few days ago saying if I didn't use my card soon and they were going to cancel it again. This is the last time I get a Target card if they cancel it this time! It will be the 4th time. At least this time they sent a letter first so I could avoid the hassle.

I have been using the Target app to shop and order online. The process is very easy whether it's a purchase or return. Everything truly is right at your fingertips!!I highly recommend!

The store is always clean and neat. There is always an employee to help you find items in the store. I usually have a very nice and personable cashier who seems to love their job. I gave 4 stars for this one visit because the cashier I had was not personable and need to work in stock or in the evening stocking shelves not dealing with customers.

Target has so much to look at and buy. I like their furniture. They are putting out seasonal things for back to school. It is so lovely to see how to put together a dorm room. It is really not that high either! The sales now are on the toys. Get ready to stock up for Christmas. Get the best selections now. Some Gerber and other brands of baby clothes are on sale. Go earily in the morning when it is cool and it is not busy.

I LOVE Target. I always shopped at Target growing up. I am extremely loyal to the brand and several friends that work at HQ. But I do not like the Anderson, SC Target. One thing I dislike is that they do major restocking during business hours so sometimes I'll be in the store and a whole aisle of products will be empty with all of the products packed in boxes. The Anderson, SC Target also frequently closes down the registers, etc early. I know that happens in many stores, but I have never experienced it to this extent in other Target stores. There are sometimes long lines of people waiting to check out within 30 minutes of the store closing and they only have one of the four self-checkout registers open.**UPDATE: In the last two months, I have had four products that were labeled as being on sale on the shelves ring up for full price. The first time the store employee assured me that they would fix it in the system for other customers. The most recent time, the employee just asked me how much it was supposed to be and walked away (not taking any notes about what was supposed to be on sale and its price). Be careful when buying sale items to check that you're actually getting the discount.

the store itself is well-stocked, clean, and thoughtfully organized by product and department. kudos to the operations staff, however all experiences I have had with the checkout and customer service teams have been atrocious. Just last night I went in at around 9:15 and joined the checkout line at 9:30, only to find that the associates (there were three chatting in the self-checkout area) had begun closing the registers and that only three self-checkout registers were open. As the line continued to sit waiting it reached around 9:45 at which time they closed one of the three open self-checkouts and one of the three associates opened a standard checkout lane.That experience was absolutely atrocious and left me feeling insulted and that Target does not want to keep its excellent reputation and business. Hope something is done to address this, otherwise the store should change their public operating hours to something they can manage.

I visited this location yesterday and was assisted by Josue Morales. I had quite a few requests and I was very pleasantly surprised and impressed by how calm and PATIENT Josue was!!!! Most people get frustrated with the second question, but he showed me that there are still kind people around!!

I went into this Target today and was in shock! Their Bulls eye area was a mess. Not only was many of their shelves empty, but they were dirty also. I'm not just talking about the metal parts laying on the empty shelves, but dirt and trash. I felt like I was in a cheap unkept bargain store. I didn't feel comfortable buying anything so I left. I wish I had taken pictures, I wasn't thinking at the time. Their Bulls eye area is normally nice. Sometimes, it's a bit empty, but it has NEVER looked this bad before. I can only imagine what shape the rest of the store was in. Please Anderson Target, get your people to clean up.

My niece ordered two , 44 lbs of dog food. My sister and I went to pick it up. The young man in costumer service said “ I’ll go check and get it. He then brought it out without a cart and slung it in my sister’s hands and said I’ll go get the other one ( again without a cart) . She and I got a cart to place the first bag in, and he came with the second bag. My sister told him , I didn’t know you wasn’t bringing it without a cart or I’d already had one ready. He then put he other bag in the cart, never once ask if we needed help with it , never ask if we could load it without help. I’m 64 my sister is 65 and she has screws in her elbow. If Target intends on keeping such rude workers in their customer’s services That one place I’ll never shop again , nor will my sister or niece.

Helpful staff around every corner, amazing and quick drive-up service. And friendly cashiers! My go-to shopping place when in Anderson. I'll always choose target over Walmart when one is around and this one is definitely a top tier one. Sometimes a bit busy but they ALWAYS call additional cashiers to help get long lines down so it's never a long wait when checking out.

Stephen at the Anderson, SC Target was the most understanding and polite retail employee I've ever come across. I believe Stephen was the customer service manager, but he is an outstanding example of how amazing retail employees should be. I was making a ridiculous return of about 30 items. I was so embarrassed but needed to get them returned. He was patient, kind, and understanding and didn't make me feel like I was doing anything wrong. I am so grateful for him and he made my whole day by just being amazing. Thank you Stephen at Anderson, SC Target. Please promote him.
