I had to contact Tri County Technical School Driving Program to stop recommending drivers to Farm Bureau. Worked here for over a year hired straight from CDL school. Left for a job opportunity to better my career. Put in my two weeks notice and thanked Josh for the opportunity to work here. 3 weeks into my new job my new manager informs I’m put on safety hold due to an email they received from the farm bureau saying they shouldn’t allow me to be a company driver and that I have 0 experience driving. I want to note that Me and Josh have rode together in Class A vehicle with him driving and me as well. Also Josh has stated to me that he does not have a CDL Class A/orB and he has operated CDV on highways with no license when I was available to make deliveries with my proper credentials placing the Farm bureau in a liability situation if anything were to occur on the highway. He also stated he did not want to give me the company bonus check on the account of me searching for better employment. He also speaks to his employees as if they’re beneath him. I’ve heard him call the office lady “stupid” on multiple occasions. I wanted a peaceful transition to my job and he went out of his way to inform my new employer I dont have the experience needed to drive for there company yet I was good enough to work for him and was never fired for being an inadequate driver. He also made a comment to me when a loved one in my family passed and I had to take off to attend the funeral stating “Tell the preacher don’t hold y’all long in church, you know how y’all are.. I need you to hurry back”. At this moment I knew I had to seek further employment for a better work environment. In totality, I had a horrible experience working here and I recommend no drivers seeking proper treatment to look for employment here. He also has been fined by BBB for not informing employees on their PTO time. He will hold on grudge against you for using PTO which is provided by Company policy. Josh is a spiteful individual who doesn’t deserve a position of power.

These people were the downright rudest unprofessional and only worry about getting off work people, they will ignore you if they don't wanna do something simple they will just take your stuff and say goodbye absolutely do not recommend doing business with them ever, and will not be coming back ever again.
