Love their scan and go option. Great selection and prices. The staff has always been polite and helpful. I had one gentleman direct me to an item and he made sure I found it.There's also a gentleman who works at the food court who goes and beyond every time. I was constantly told there were no pizza pretzels, but he never told me that. Instead he told me it would be a wait and I was always willing to wait. I wish I got his name because he has made my day multiple times. He knows how to cook the perfect pizza pretzel.The ladies at the pharmacy are so kind, patient, and helpful. My fiancé and I ended up switching all our medications to Sam's.

Good place to get bulk items. Did notice that they have changed their croissants which used to be a bit larger than what we saw. Very apparent yet cost the same.

Cheapest gas = longest lines. Very strange how the pumps and lanes are set up. If your tank is on the left (like most cars in this area) and you follow directional lane arrows, you must use right hand lanes only or pull the gas handle across your car. But, still, they are almost always significantly cheaper than everywhere else. Membership to Sam's required to use pumps. Cash not accepted.

This is a great warehouse. The staff is friendly and dressed up for Halloween. The tire center is very busy, so appointments are a must. Return center is always helpful and we love stopping for a $2.50 pizza combo.

Worst Sams club. I often have oversized items and need help getting them into my truck. I have never once had them respond with help. They never answer the phone. Nobody seems to know what is going on in this club. I’ve been to many Sam’s across the country. Worst one by far.

You do not want to work there. They are very unorganized. I still don't know if they are going to pay me for my 6 hours. People there are weird...like we are not in high school and I will not be treated like I'm in high school. We are adults...simple as that.

I don’t recommend picking up curbside groceries from this location. We scheduled a pick up between 5-6 pm. It’s now 6:30 and we are still waiting and just now have been allowed to check in. I would understand if this would have been a same day order, but I ordered the day before picking up. When we asked about checking in to pick up our order one of the associates suggested we “ come in and shop like regular people or wait”.

I do not reccomend the rotisserie chicken at all, the last two i bought including the one today and my ladt was way undercooked. Around the thigh was raw meat and bloody water,makes me woder what else sud standard they sale

I was pleased with my shopping there. My husband was ticked off, mainly because he thinks he was racially profiled. The lady checked everything in his buggy, when others go through without being checked as much. We will stay positive because Sam's does have great prices. He had something go wrong at the register. It would not let the transaction go through. So that added to his frustration. It was not the register fault. Computers malfunction all the time. I am so mad because they had 2lbs. Of crab legs for 22. I did not get them because they were leaking water. You might need to check your refrigeration. Today is June 28, 2023.

A waste of money at the fuel pump. Have a full membership but never can buy gas as their pumps never recognize the card. Why pay for a membership you can't use.

I ordered a pick up order today. Pulled in, a very nice young lady put my items on the car and I drove off. When I got home I was missing 1/2 my order. They were the fridgerated items. I have tried calling them. There first time I was on hold, when they picked up after 20 min they hung up on me. I called back again and was placed on hold for 50 min and I hung up. The third time I called no one picked up the main line. Those is the first time I have ever used their pick up system and it sucks. I certainly won't be buying the Sam's Plus card for this type of service

In my experience, there is about an 90% chance you WILL be missing item(s) from your pickup order, and about a 50% chance it will not be ready on time. Fortunately the corporate live chat (online) is relatively quick to help you get your money refunded for the missing items, but when you get home to realize they (for example) completely forgot to include the chicken breasts that were on your order, this can completely eliminate any "convenience factor". Another time they managed to put ONE mango in my order (among other things)...Sam's club can't possibly have a SKU for ONE mango.The store itself is fine. I wish Sam's Club had higher-quality items selection, especially since we don't have a Costco in Anderson.

Inconsistent availability of items. You can request items for the store to get in and they say they will get it but never do. They have so many check out stations with no one running them, you would think that if you are paying for a membership that they would make the check out process much easier.

Rude staff. Once you finally get through the self checkout lines after waiting on people to find all of their barcodes, wait forever for the staff supervising the self checkouts to finish gossiping and actually help a customer, then you have a long line to wait in to get out of the door. I feel like I am being held hostage every time I go to Sam’s. Plenty of employees standing around that if they were actually doing something other than talking, then the customers would have a better experience. Even if the just worked a 2nd full service register, things would move faster. Paying a membership fee to do all of the work and be held hostage in a long line after paying is ridiculous

Just wasted an hour driving back & forth. Needed butter. Searched all around, and finally found butter. Tons of UNsalted butter. Finally found a worker. Where's the salted butter? You know 4 or 5 pounds all wrapped together. We only carry Unsalted. You're kidding me, right? Nope, sorry. We carry KeriGold. Nice, but I'm not that rich. You carry thousands of useless items but not butter? Cows butter. Not asking for sheeps butter or even camel butter. Regular old American Moo Moo butter. My membership is just coming up. Saved myself $110. Not going back. Ya can't fix stupid!!

Sam's is great when you shop inside, but when you wait for a pick up SO MANY people park in the spaces and go in and shop. This is WRONG! They need to start towing their vehicles. I have to wait for them to get finished shopping and move their vehicles to be able to pick my order up. This has happened several times with me and I have seen a lot of other people waiting as well. I hope this changes SOON.

Been shopping here in and off for a few years. It's clean, the staff are friendly, the meat is always fresh and terrific, and it's everything you'd expect from a Sam's Club. Today though, it seemed like everyone in Anderson was shopping here. I saw the massive lines at checkout while I only had 4 items... I tried the scan and checkout feature of the app... WOW! As simple as that seems it made my day! So easy and convenient!! I will now be shopping at Sam's much more often now that I know how easy it is to get in and out! No matter the crowd!!

I love how people act like they are so entitled when they shop at sams club. The workers have jobs just like the rest of us and there are several other members that they have to help to. I swear some people think they are the only ones that matter when they get there. Keep up the great job Sam's Club and ignore the negativity that people want to have because they are not happy with their lives.

I worked here for a few hours until I got a text that my grandmother had fallen. I told them I would have to leave and that I would contact them about my schedule. I let them know that I wasn't returning...So I did 4 hours of training that they said I was being paid for and 2 hours of work before my family emergency came up...How did I only get paid $3?

We shop at this Sam's regularly, and we really like using the app to scan and pay for our order. That being said, waiting 5+ minutes in a line to get out the door after you've done all the work is ridiculous. We have the electronic receipt on both of our phones, so my husband has started bypassing the line and walking out. The line was so long on Friday night, March 10th, and my husband mentioned to the manager that this is not a good practice, but the manager said they were short staffed. The part that doesn't make sense is the manager was standing in the office door with his arms crossed doing nothing. It seems if you are short staffed, and customers are being inconvenienced, the manager would help the employees. Just a thought. Until then, we will bypass the exit line with our receipt.

Rude Gas station employee!Mike is always rude every time we try to get gas.Not even worth the pennies saved having to deal with the Gas Station Karen monitoring the pumps. Can’t even throw trash away without him having a smart remark!You can tell he doesn’t get to be the boss at home. We will just drive down the road and spend $1 more. 🙄 This man literally has nothing better to do than to say stuff to GROWN ADULTS at the gas pump.

This is my stock up store, have to be careful sometimes things aren't cheaper elsewhere but most things are when you buy in bulk. Having to supply a college student and the house, this is the place to go!
