New edit::: I thought everything would be different going on again tonight as we walked around waiting for my husband to get done (we do it all the time) so we could pay for our stuff the cashier walks around the counter mind you we haven't even set anything up there yet and hadn't decided if we were getting 2 little stuffed animals (3.99) that we laid on the bottom. Well he grabbed them and walked back around it felt like that was very disrespectful. Needless to say we didn't buy anything and I know it would have been at least 50 bucks. That store is out of hand and someone needs to do something. Btw the pictures of the workers as they stood around not even a apology or anything.I have came into the Anderson location multiple times while waiting on my husband to get stuff done I am disabled and because I can't look at things and hold my service animal she is in a stroller I am almost completely blind and I was approached today by the black lady I guess she's one of the managers being very rude and made me feel very threatened I'm pretty sure I'm still going to call the Ada about this situation because I feel very discriminated against so I would avoid the Anderson location at all cost. I'm sure if this lady isn't handle on they are going to lose business. Needless to say I did not do what this lady said bc instead of coming at ppl like that you need to learn respect and consideration for disabled people.

The most polite and friendly staff I've encountered at a discount store such as this. Stocker man pulling a "U-boat" full of products was very apologetic to us even though his small spill had no effect on us. Really friendly place!

Came shopping for the first time with my grandma 👵 and I couldn't believe the great stuff they have to offer and the lowest prices & they sell a little bit of everything! Household items, bed, bath, kitchen etc...Clothes, shoes, body sprays and perfumes! Men products! Hair supplies! And did I mention that they are low prices!! Better than the Dollar store and Big lots combined! A must check out store!! I give the customer service a 10!! They are so nice, friendly and helpful! You are greeted at the door when you enter and when you exit. Awesome place to do some shopping for everyone and all your needs! We will definitely return soon. They also have Vaccum cleaners! Low prices! Name brand! Auto 🚘 mats and wash cleaner. Candles! Was melt candles ECT. Great store! We love shopping here and you will too!💗

Lady who let my friend and I in rolled her eyes at us and another pair of people and was extremely rude. Walked past her just for another employee to yell that they close in 20 minutes like 4 times. Then we get towards the back and the old woman in the back started yelling at me that I was supposed to check my bag at the front. I have no problem checking my bag but there was no signs and the 3 employees I walked past didnt say anything about it so she didnt have to be rude about it. I never have been to this store so my friend and I just wanted to see what kinds of products they sell but after that interaction I wont bother spending a single penny now.

This place was amazing!!! The discount prices are off the chain!!!! The quality of the material in the clothing isn't all that great but just like anywhere you go, you literally get what you pay for. The cashier was super friendly as well and the store really did have a lot of stuff and very stocked up with each of the item they were selling. The only thing that really bothered me though was that, after praising the store and the workers there... I went to register, got my stuff rung up, had small friendly talk with cashier while paying for my items, smile as I walk out, feeling content amd satisfied amd suddenly a loud blaring sound started blaring unbelievably LOUD. Suddenly all eyes were on me amd I realized that something in my bag was making the alarm go off. Never in my life have I ever stolen anything amd I actually take pride in that! However I understand that the cashier wouldn't know I'm not a thief and I do respect she is doing her job but as ALL EYES WERE GLARING IN MY DIRECTION and the cashier is looking at me like I was attempting to do an armed robbery at her bank and she was the bank teller! Like girl this is Roses, a discount store and this was YOUR error.... and it WAS her error because she forgot to take some tag of one of my items. I will be honest and say this really irritated the h*** out of me but I know this happens and I'm not going to let it stop me from coming back because it really IS an awesome store. Just be sure they check your items in your bags so you aren't standing at doors looking foolish!

The staff was AMAZING. One of the ladies constantly played with our 3 yr old son while we were shopping. It was great for his goofiness to be embraced instead of scolded. Wonderful prices and help.

Woman with glasses and brown hair is extremely rude rolled her eyes when we walked in and the older woman with grey hair told me that we had to get our backpack checked in before we enter....we were in the back of the store and we walked past 4 employees no one said a thing. Learn how to treat customers.

Anderson S.C. They are not polite at all. I know theres no refunds until May 1st but dang I just purchased a fan and it didnt work I just wanted another one of the same kind but no I have to come in and purchase another one??? I mean come own really and I dont have anymore money to come purchase another. So even if you purchase expired food you still have to wait until May 1st ??

I was really happy with everything I didn't even know where the store was someone show me the store so I decided to go in and was surprised at all the really great deals a really cute items they had I'm clothing, socks, coats all kinds of things they had s...was fantastic I couldn't complain at all I don't see how anybody could. I want to give a lower store bc they don't have enough clothes for us little women. They have tons of clothes for plus size men and women. Alot of clothes for girls. But not enough for my teenage boys. I'd like to give it a five star bc the staff is FRIENDLY. There are TONS OF goodies!!!! Overall a good spot.

Your hours online show closing at 8pm but your sign on the outside shows closing at 9pm you need to change the hours on your establishment to sustain good customer service .not ever one looks online

I will not ever come back to this store ever again. Was looking around and was followed by three or four people thinking I was going to steal from the store pissed me off in a bad way. That store needs to watch out on who they do that to.

If you handicapped dont go in Roses in Belton.We went in today and nobody there would assist me.Awful service. I put back what I was going to buy never to go back in that store. My husband asked them to help me they ignored me.and Iwas in a wheel chair.awful!

Cheap place to get stuff not a lot of people working there so coustomer service isn't the best. Cashier's are nice .but if you need some cheap clothes and are on a budget can't beat it

I usually like shopping here but I had the worse experience just now, bad customer service at the register the girl was rude & we actually bickered back & forth while her manager stood there looking stupid! He should have said something to her about how she was talking to me. Won't be back!
