These folks are amazing! They will treat your "puppy" like their own. Our Mandy loved it there and they did the best grooming job on her of anywhere else! We have found our groomer! Be aware, they are busy so call ahead and get an appointment. You and your fur covered family member will not regret it.

The staff is horrible! The lady at the front was talking bad about customers that just walked out when I came in to ask about pricing. I couldn't believe they would talk about people like that. The owner or the girl I think was the owner was trying to shush her because she saw me standing there but wouldn't even approach me at the front. I would not recommend anyone taking their dogs here. And after talking to others the staff puts down older customers because they don't pay the outrageous prices they charge. (The lady that left I knew her and asked why they would be so nasty) avoid at all costs.

Called to amke an appointment for my sheepadoodle puppy. Was told they wouldn't accept big breeds anymore, I told them I understood but he was only 19lbs at the time and just needed a trim to get him used to grooming. They told me ok, bring him on (insert date). When I brought him to the appointment, the young lady at the front gave me an odd look but took him behind the counter. One of the groomers walked over to her, looked at my pup and said "I can't believe this... I thought we weren't taking dogs like this one." The young lady shrugged her shoulders and took my pup to a pen. I was already uneasy but had heard alot of good things about Puppy Toes. I left, and 6 hours later got a call from Puppy Toes.... Letting me know that they were unable to groom my pup, but "We gave him a bath and a blow dry. He kept trying to bite us." I was furious so I drove up there, and when I got there they charged me $100 for a glorified bath. He looked horrible and seemed very scared. I had never known this puppy to do anything other than lick and be gentle.Be warned that this grooming shop I believe may have been cruel to my pup as well as charging me for a service I didn't receive.The next groomer (and the one I have stayed with) tells me all the time what a sweetheart he is and how good of a pup he is.

Today was our first time with Puppy Toes and I am beyond impressed and thankful for their expertise. My dogs felt and smelled amazing. The Puppy Toes staff was so kind to my babies and what really impressed me was that they recognized a potential medical concern in one of my dogs I hadn't noticed and have an appointment with the vet now. They were great and I'm do glad they're here in Anderson!

This is a great place to take your pet to be groomed. The staff is friendly and kind. The grooming is excellent and always done as requested. My timid dog is not afraid to go to Puppy Toes. Their prices are reasonable, I highly recommend.

Called to get an appointment for my 70 lb dog and was told they were not accepting any large breeds at the moment. I asked what the cut off limit was for poundage on what was considered small, medium, large, etc. Our vet considers both my dogs medium. They put me on hold to verify. They came back and told me 25 pounds was the cutoff. Anything over 25 lbs is considered A BIG BREED. If you can't groom big hairy dogs, or you're overbooked, just say so. Because that is absolutely ridiculous. I have never heard of a groomer saying over 25 lbs is a big breed. Just blown away at the nonchalant attitude. I understand they may have enough clients to keep them afloat, but that won't stop me from telling everyone I know not to even bother.

I was in need of a good, reliable, well established groomer. After being cancelled on twice, by 2 seperare grooming salons, my 9 month shih tzu-poodle mix was about 4 weeks past due for grooming. He was VERY shaggy and I was actually embarrassed that he was such a mess. They did a fantastic job and did not keep my dog for 6 or more hours! I was thrilled with Dooley's cut. He looks adorable and Puppy Toes has my business from now on! I made another appointment before I left. Thank you so much for taking care of our puppy.

I WILL LITERALLY NEVER BRING MY DOG HERE AGAIN. they do the exact opposite then what you tell them to do. i asked them to trim my dog. and this is the fourth time now that they have shaved him down. they do not care about how you want it. there gonna go what they want.

We were traveling through South Carolina and our puppy needed groomed. They got us in the same day. The staff was so friendly. They did a great job and our puppy was very happy. No stress on her part. The price was very reasonable. Would highly recommend this shop.

As a whole I loved this place. Then instead of telling me they just didn't want groom my dog they rather just fabricate a story about their groomer who does large dogs will be going out for surgery (was worded procedure) soon. Which is funny because last month it was she was already out due to maternity leave. Yet I have a relative call who has a great Dane, which is larger then my dog, they say that they can fit him in June 22nd and are accepting large dogs. I know my dog can be difficult but it all stems from him being cut by a groomer on the head when he was a puppy that didn't use a guard. If he was considered a mean dog he wouldn't be left to roam around with all the other dogs like they have always done with him. Is honesty too much to ask for or are we all in business to lie and be full of it?

If I could give this place a zero, trust me I would. We brought our dogs here in the past and ended up leaving because of the RUDE workers. We went to Molly and me until they recently decided to almost double what their prices were. We tried puppy toes today for the first time in two years and I am beyond frustrated with the way my dog was treated. They claimed they couldn't cut his nails and that he was just too much of a "hassle" when I specifically said on the phone that nails were the main reason we were coming. I tried to get the manager to cut me a discount off one of my dogs services since they didn't even finish the service and she wouldn't even get up off her tail. I asked another worker why they didn't finish their job and his answer was that my dog would have to be sedated in order to have anything done to him. I'm sorry but that's just not true. This place is ran by two kinds of people ...those who cannot complete their job and blame it on others and teenagers who have no people skills. I will GLADLY pay $120 for a hair cut at Molly and me not to come back here.****also...just got the dogs out of the car. There is poop all over my other dogs butt. They were cleaner before I brought them.

First time there today and incredibly impressed. May be the best groomer we’ve seen in 10 years! Excellent grooming, reasonable prices, super sweet staff, and my anxious dog was very comfortable!! I can’t say enough great things!

We have been going to Puppy Toes for several years. Our Buddy is not the most behaved 🐕 but they always do such a great job grooming him. He always smells so good when we pick him up. I would definitely recommend this groomer for any size dog.
