I like this place. The employees are friendly and courteous. Their food products are always fresh. They have various types of fish, seafood. Freshly prepared ready to eat items in the deli. There are always employees cleaning and restocking products. Nice assortment of fresh produce. Prices are compatible with other grocery stores.

I was politely greeted with a customer service smile from I believe Sara at the customer service counter, front desk area. I was confused as to where some products were as this wasn't my normal Publix store. I was just stopping in on my way back down to My home and she made me feel so welcomed here. She was very educated on her knowledge of product location and availability in the store and I felt so lucky I ended my transaction with a few lucky scratch offs and of course 1 lucky Powerball and 1 lucky Mega Millions.If I am ever in the area again, I will be sure to stop on by and hope to see that Sara is at this store again to see her customer service smile.

I love Publix! The pharmacy really stands out for its affordability and the staff's friendliness. Every time I've needed assistance or had a question about my prescriptions, the pharmacists and their team were not only helpful but genuinely caring. This makes a big difference, especially when dealing with health-related issues. As for the food, it's always fresh. Whether I'm picking up produce, bakery items, or meats, everything seems to be of top quality. I appreciate the consistent freshness because it makes meal planning and eating healthier so much easier. Overall, my experiences at Publix have been extremely positive, making it my go-to grocery store.

Sara customer service representative very rude and displayed poor customer service skills. No acknowledgement when I came to the counter. After she addressed me while trying to complete two transaction she continued to place my money on the counter after I put money in her hand. I proceed to ask her too please place it in my hand. Ask to speak to manager Jermey who was nonchalant. It free to be respectful doesn’t cost a thing. Definitely will never return.

I can't say enough of good things. The list is very long. Awesome employees who are friendly and helpful, cashiers who are friendly, BOGO deals which helps save lots on food, fresh produce, awesome meats, extremely clean, great bakery choices. MY ONLY COMPLAINT IS PARKING IN HANDICAP. WE HAVE PLACARDS BECAUSE OF MANY REASONS BUT HAVING TO WALK SO FAR TO PUT THEM IN THE AREA PROVIDED IS A WALK. WITHOUT HAVING SOMETHING TO HOLD ON TO IS A STRUGGLE. IT IS NICE CUSTOMERS OFFER TO TAKE YOUR BASKET INTO THE STORE OR A BAG BOY WILL COME AND TAKE IT. But It is my store.

Went specifically to buy the tortilla soup 16oz. They didn't have anymore of the containers for that size. I ended buying the 8oz which was more expensive per oz. Cashier was very friendly with the lady in front of me but not with me😳 Not even a "hello" or smile. Not good.... not a good experience going to Publix today......

Waited for a half hour to get a sub. I had a two year old with me and when it was finally my turn to order they said they had some online orders to do. Never again. ‘Customer service’ is also a joke. Never wasting my time here again.

I needed dry ice and I've never had an experience with it before. The lady that took me to the freezer gave me some insight on handling it. I'm thankful for that and I let her know it also. But for whatever reason she still acted weird towards me. No matter how much I expressed my gratitude. Never said "you're welcome", didn't even nod. I think I was weirded out by that and it made me strive for some acknowledgement, because I was very appreciative of her for giving me the advice before I left the store. But her reaction to my appreciation only came across to me as if she thought I was up to something. Like I wasn't telling the truth when I said I had never handled dry ice before.? No idea what she was thinking, but her vibes were just really weird. I said thank you to the cashier and as I was leaving the weird vibes lady was at the door and I thanked her again. Still no reaction or response or nod. Nothing. Oh yeah, she DID smile. I'd be smiling too if my boss was standing beside me at the front doors as customers were leaving the store

not exactly customer oriented ... was looking for the candy aisle and tried to ask a few employees It took me three employees before I could get someone's attention It was like they didn't even want to make eye contact but the employee that helped me was the Spanish guy and I can't remember his name but he's the reason that two stars are there instead of one

Need to get payment terminals upgraded. Annoying delinquencies nd the cashiers must be advised to be quick handed in controlling the inputs so as to not allow customer options.

What an absolute waste of a perfectly fine grocery store decent prices on half of the company items just really disappointing to see how badly it's management is running the place to keep it short it's just a bunch of people just strolling around or standing around conversating with other employees with no regard to customers or service. The only reason I gave 3 stars because of the amazing hot foods that the restaurant serves and to the ones who run that area I really commend you especially the fried chicken ohh🤤. I think Im just going to have to punish my self and go there now being the only punishment is going inside "Pubix" just to get that's juicy all white meat perfectly marinated crunchy skinned chicken breasts. Tune in next week when we pay a visit to PAPA'S AND BEERS

Why these mfs in bakery can’t follow directions when you can read I typed out on the online order for them to make the balloons not take up the majority of the space so I could write what I want because they downright refused and they didn’t even write “It’s a” 🙄 I wanted to make my partner a cake to celebrate and you guys really out here ruining something special for others because you have something against the word “vasectomy” so you just purposefully not follow directions of my order to put enough space, the balloons are not like the design in the example. When I took the cake home I finally got a closer look at how sloppy and incompetent the work on this cake I preordered is even though there was an up charge on the options I selected, after this experience I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone. Yall need to fix the staff.

Let me tell you something. This publix, the store managers as well as the pharmacists are 100% angels! I suffer from a panic disorder and I get my prescriptions here. Well, this is totally MY fault but I didn’t realize the pharmacy closed early (mind you Christmas Eve is tomorrow) and I have to take Zoloft and can’t miss not even one dose or for me personally, it gets really really bad. Well I called every pharmacy that was still open, even all the way to Spartanburg and no one was willing to help me, most even rude. Not here!!! The managers quickly jumped into action and helped me! They called the pharmacist and she left her home at almost 8 AT NIGHT TO HELP ME. The night before Christmas Eve! I haven’t came across people with such compassion and care as the staff here at this publix. Thank you all so much for going way beyond the extra mile to help me out.!!

Wanted Chili, empty, thin checked chicken and rice empty. Asked if they could bring it out fresh. The dark-haired gentleman told me it would take at least an hour they were too busy. Why do they not have someone checking the soups, and then customers would not have to wait an hour. I'm from Florida, home of Publix. What an embarrassment. Would not recommend nor return. If I could give a zero I would.

Great customer service. The deli department needs to address their customers upon walkup..i stood there for several minutes while at least 4 people were working back there and nobody ever said a word to me. At least acknowledge that I'm there. And it wasn't even busy.

We really like this Publix, but the parking lot is such a pain to get into sometimes but mostly to get out of. The exit is right next to where cars line up to turn into a big highway, so there's almost anyways a line and you have to rely on others to let you in/out. If you turn left out of the entrance nearest Publix onto Salem Church Rd, please be sure to look around the cars waiting to turn onto the main road to check for cars coming in from the main road; we've seen a LOT of near accidents there.We ordered our wedding cake there and it was great, but it's been 12 years since then so I'm sure the bakery has swapped staff since then. The staff was very friendly, and the popcorn chicken from the deli was great.
