This store rocks! Huge and comfortable isles while shopping for the coolest inventory ever! Very squeaky clean store to add to your shopping joy. I drive the extra miles from Lavonia to Anderson to shop here. The bakery, flower department, pharmacy, and ready made foods are my favorite parts. Oh, and the cheese section too. And the fresh sushi is delicious!

Nice store but the deli is always understaffed and / or extremely slow. In an attempt to expedite things, I have been using the app for the last several months to order subs. Every time I arrive on time, the order is never ready and still have to wait 20-45 mins behind other orders for them to make the sandwiches. It is just disappointing because the store on Clemson Blvd doesn’t have this problem.

The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because the employees do not bag groceries properly. I'm very picky about the way that my things are packed, but they don't come close to doing it right. I had a guy put my sandwich buns in the bag with a huge tub of watermelon chunks. Really? I've had people try to stuff my bags so full that they had to tie them to keep the groceries in. When they bag my groceries, it makes me angry! Please teach them how to bag groceries!

My husband and I enjoy shopping at this store. They are a little higher than your average grocery store; however, their is no comparison to their Bakery, Deli, and Produce. They offer many varieties of fresh foods. I also enjoy the salads, yogurt parfaits, and homemade breads. The location on Hwy 81 makes it easier to get in and out with all of the traffic. The employees there are friendly and do their best to serve you.

Pharmacy pick up orders needs help. Their system in place needs to be better. Always a problem because they ask for all the information over the phone and they can never hear you. Just take the name and verify the rest when you go outside?

This Publix like all Publix is really clean. I was able to find everything I needed and there were plenty of employees around the store if I needed anything. Upon checkout the cashier was very welcoming and the bagger even asked to take out our groceries. Publix never disappoints

Overall a decent grocery store. It’s getting expensive but this isn’t only this place so they get a pass.The staff was really friendly, and eager to help/say “hi”.My only complaint is this store is designed a little strange. Nothing seemed to be where I expected it to be. Small annoyance in the scheme of things.

It's hard to beat the convenience of this location. One of if not the best supermarkets in Anderson.Went here for Lime Away toilet bowl cleaner of all things. Haven't been able to find this for weeks. And they had it in stock.!!!!!!The produce department and deli bakery are great. The Fried chicken and and and deli subs are awesome. IMHOI highly recommend the Publix brand yogurt. Especially the blackberry yogurt. Try it with Quaker oat squares cereal.It's in the same shopping center as Eggs Up Grill.Up on the hill above the Chick-fil-A.

I wish I could give no stars. Absolute horrible customer service and bad attitudes. I placed a cake order earlier this week and was told it could absolutely be done. Picked up the cake today and it was NOT what I ordered and now I have no cake for the party I’m throwing today. No one called to tell me that my specific cake couldn’t be done or that they had to change the layers or anything. When I called, clearly upset, everyone was extremely rude and unprofessional. This was my first time ordering here and I definitely won’t be doing that again.

People working in the deli were so nice! Woman went out of her way to make sure I found what I needed. Young man behind the counter, showed me similar items to what I ordered. They didn’t even seem to mind it was after 7pm on a Sunday night.

Normally, our family loves Publix but this location is constantly slacking off. Almost every time we try to get the chicken tenders from their deli, one of the most popular dinners they sell, they are out of them and have a 20+ minute wait to make more, and its ridiculous because you shouldn't let the food run out in the first place! Not sure who there needs to be told this, but you should honestly never have an issue with running out of them in the middle of prime dinner hours (6-8pm). When you see they are running low, you should already be making more...not waiting to make more until they're completely gone. Its such a very simple thing to keep the food you sell ready to go when its not being sold as made to order, yet this is somehow a problem almost every time and then we are left to find something else when dinner was already decided on and that is a huge inconvenience, and throws off the schedule for the entire evening. I'm positive this must happen to others at this location since it has many, many times to us and I'm sure its ruined the evening for many others as well. Hopefully the right person will see this and relay to the employees one of the most basic things to know when it comes to providing food to customers, which would be to simply have the food ready that people need!
