This was the only pharmacy in at least an hour radius that had the liquid medications required to be mixed to create the med prescribed (one portion is in short supply nationwide). Kudos for saving the day! I have to go back to check out their fabulous gift selection!

We used Propp Drugs for refills for three months after being new to the area. My experience with a small pharmacy where I moved from was almost always positive, so that’s what I looked for in Anderson, too. Every time we refilled meds, something negative happened, they got defensive when asked about it and flat out did not care. This experience was no different. Today when I spoke to the owner, he told me he didn’t have time to argue with me and if I didn’t like their services, I could go somewhere else. WHOA! After the shock wore off, that’s exactly what I did.The pharmacy we transferred to had issues with them, as well. I hadn’t even told the new pharmacy of my experience when he explained what took so long to get our prx profile switched over. But our experiences were very similar and quite unfortunate.I give grace when people make mistakes; we all make mistakes. However, being talked to and treated like we were today and the previous two times we used Propp, is completely uncalled for and unacceptable.

After delivering my medication two times a rude lady told me my insurance did not cover their pharmacy anymore. After calling insurance company I was told everything looks good on their end that they must be running it wrong! And that’s what I told Prop a lady got on the phone with the rudest attitude! I would not advise anyone of color to go here!!!!!!

Excellent service. Much better than the local chain pharmacies. I was worried that the hours would not work for me, but they deliver down town which makes things so much easier! And when I go inside, I have never waited longer than 10 minutes at Propp. They also have cute gifts and snacks in the store.

I had to change my prescriptions from Bryants so I chose another small local business. When I talked to them about transferring my prescriptions, they were so nice and that they delivered, something I need because I take care of my mother at home. One medication is controlled for anxiety. After delivering it two times, they decided with a policy that I had not been a customer long enough to deliver a controlled medication. The woman was not very nice. They want your business, I guess, so they tell you one thing and do another, so be it. When my prescriptions run out, I will find a dependable place to get my service. You try to give local businesses your patronage but they must be like all the other corporate drug stores non caring. I have been in Anderson all my life and with Bryants since a child. So I am pretty much established.

Susan the pharmacist is incredibly rude and also lacks basic knowledge a pharmacist should have. Do yourself a favor and go to a real pharmacy that doesn’t have an out dated system.

Had a lady pharmacy that was the rudest I've ever seen have been dealing with them for years I will no longer be doing business with them I'll be taking my 250. A month i spend a month there because i have no insurance so that's what my medicine runs me. I don't care if I have to pay higher for my medicine I will. She acts like everyone im in there in im doing wrong I guess because iI her have allot of money so good bye mr. Lee and i will be passing this on to others to not do business there any more

Propp Drugs is the greatest pharmacy I have ever dealt with personally and professionally. As a pharmacy technician, I have worked with many mega pharmacies and local pharmacies in Anderson and Propp has to be the best one I have ever worked with. The patient care they provide is absolutely remarkable. I get my prescriptions from here and they even deliever them to my house for just $1! If you have Caremark insurance it is even better because Propp is a preferred pharmacy on the Caremark plan, which means most of your scripts will be free!! You don't have to go to CVS just because you have Caremark health insurance! Cindy, Susan, and McCalum have done such a phenomenal job in getting me and my family's Rx info transferred over, and they even synced all of our meds to be delievered on the same day! Propp Drugs is what every pharmacy should be like. I am a patient for life!
