Apparently, there are 3 dog trainers at this PetSmart and a patient, really nice and down to earth lady named Jess was Bella’s (my dog) trainer today! The class was relaxed and educational and my young puppy and I have just a slight bit of work to do this week before we head back and attend next week’s class. I am writing this review to let you know I would recommend this petsmart to anyone. It was clean and stocked well as well as having nice and helpful staff!

Very rude trainer,very impatient, and she stereotyped us because of our dog. Really bad experience😬.
