Grooming appointment scheduled and it didn’t exceed two hours for a package appointment, so a good turn around time. Clear communication from the groomer. It does seem while the groomer was very nice and communicated well, she didn’t appear to be very experienced.Checking out was quick with a pleasant associate.

My dog wanted a gold fish and not one person on staff judged her that and Mrs bre is new there she was absolutely great showed me where to find paw care and was really friendly with my fur babies give her a raise. We didn't get the fish for anyone who cares but soon fishy we will find you.

The folks there are knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, congenial, and just plain fun and nice to interact with! It is a pleasure to shop there where they have a good work ethic and want robe there for the customer. They have a very generous return policy!

If you are looking for reptiles or small animals ask for J.D.!!! He needs to do stand up comedy🤣 he had us laughing the whole time!! He was very knowledgeable and took his time with us to help us pick out the perfect pet for my sister. He took his time to let us observe and compare several different options. Best part of our day - he had us cracking up🤣 ask for JD if you want a good laugh or to learn lots about reptiles!! He represented the store very well as a knowledgeable professional and made us glad we came to the Anderson location. You deserve a raise, JD! Thank you for all your help, JD!

I went into petsmart to get some eye drops for my dogs “Cherry Eye” which needed to be done to prevent dryness and build up until her vet appointment to have it fixed. I was told to go to pet smart by MY VET and get this, as I approached one of the workers he very rudely told me “ it wasn’t my place to buy this for my dog, and that it is more of a vet issue” after me simply just asking where they were located and which would he recommend.1st off judgement shouldn’t be an issue when someone is clearly in that store for the care of their animals.2nd, I didn’t appreciate the fact that he knew nothing of my problem, only what I asked for. Therefore it was completely uncalled for the assumption.

I have been having some WONDERFUL experiences at this location as of late. I have noticed a lot of newer products have been stocked as well as quantity. Evan is a amazing person to get feedback and insight from about any pet especially reptiles! I’ve had issues in the past with this location but as of the past few months I’ve seen amazing improvement.I have three very happy frogs and a gecko.

The cat groomer is so lazy I've been up there 2 times the first time no one put me on the schedule after I had made an appointment the the second time she had my female cat half shaved in 3 mins and said she was trying to kill her and that's why she couldn't finish. If she claimed her down first she would have been fine then my male cat was supposed to be bathed after has shaved he said she went to go put him in the bath when I was watching her from the window she never walked to the back with him!

This is our pet store. We adopted our 4th cat from here, and we kept his original name"stache" for his awesome mustache. The store is always well stocked, check in is always quick, staff is always friendly and helpful, and they always have in stock all of our pets needs. We have 5 cats, a bird, and 2 rabbits. We are constantly in and out week by week. They also take very good care of the pets there and the store is always clean and neat.

I had never been to this petsmart before but this is now one of my favorites!!! I saw no dead fish in their fish tanks and they were all so beautiful!!!! They had crickets in bags ready to go if you purchased them as well!!! I bought a sweet little baby guinea pig from here as a friend for my other guinea pig!!! She is the little one with the white a cream color, she absolutely loves her older sister who also came from petsmart a year ago. The dark brown one was my sisters but she decided she didn't want her anymore so now I have two sweet girls living in my room!!

Store definitely needs to be giving the sales associates lessons in manners. Exceedingly rude associates at this place. Won't be spending my money at this place as there are other places that actually know how to treat their customers. A sad state of affairs here.

Employees rolling their eyes at customers because the line is so long manager complaining to employee at register totally unprofessional. Cannot find help and rude if you do find somebody! I will never step foot in another Petsmart, Amazon has my business now! No wonder big box stores are going out of business! Good luck!

The store was nice and clean and the staff were awesome! However, there were only two staff members there, and the lines were really long. But the young lady who helped us was friendly and well definitely went back. All in all, great store just needs more staff.

We have a new puppy, a nine week old Black Labrador. Doc loves it! Everyone there loved him..... it's a bit pricey, but he is definitely worth it.

Nice, clean, well stocked store for pets. Frendly staff! I like to watch the dogs come in and shop for their favorite toy. They also come in for grooming they are really funny going in, but those leaving out, are very happy! They also have birds,snakes, spiders, fish, and other exotic aminals. Nice place to take the grand children!

Brought my sweet boy for a bath and the groomer Jakeeya was wonderful! Very sweet and friendly and did a wonderful job with my dog. I'm very happy with the services done, he's so soft and she brushed off a lot of loose hair.

Great selection but no matter when you go on there, you'll end up in line behind six other people with one cashier and line barely moving. They don't respect the customer's time enough to staff the store properly. I can get what I need elsewhere.

Pet Smart of Anderson, SC, has a good selection of toys, pet continence products, bedding, leashes, etc. The courteous staff and stockers were busy and helpful. It's that time of year (late October), so be prepared at the checkout to be asked to donate $5 for toys, etc.

Tried getting some dog and cat food for the second time in two weeks and once again walked out with nothing! I refuse to wait 10 to 15 minutes to check out, they almost never have more than 1 cashier. Stop with the 50 questions at checkout or better yet put in a self checkout. Not coming back, Walmart will just have to do.
