AN ABSOLUTE LIFE SAVER!! Anderson has been blessed with such a amazing store with such a wonderful staff. My pup has never looked better, or smelled so good. He normally HATES bath time, but they took extra good care of him, and everything went so smoothly. He actually seemed relaxed! They have such a large variety of retail for ALL critters! I definitely will never give my business to anybody BUT this store. The employees are so personable, and extremely friendly! I would honestly visit just to hang out with the staff. They take great care of the live animals in store, and you can SEE that they care unlike "some" other pet stores in the same area. Habitats are extremely clean. I was looking at all of the habitats (while convincing myself not to buy a ball python) and was honestly taken back on how healthy and active the animals were. Very rare to see a pet store take care of their animals. I can't say enough. I would rate it 100/5 if that was a option. Hands down the BEST.

I had my senior toy poodle (she’s 15) recently groomed. I was nervous to take her to a new groomer but I couldn’t be happier. The groomers were very gentle and I honestly believe Kitty enjoyed her trip to the new beauty parlor. Working with a 15 year old dog is not easy but I think she looked beautiful. I will be using Petsense again.

First off This place is horrible. The grooming staff completely destroyed my sweet Maggie’s looks style and confidants! I was so disappointed and not respected in my requests of how I wanted my dog trimmed and I say trimmed not cut short or shaved buzzed etc. directly told the groomer even showed her on Maggie were and how much around her butt area and private parts etc. and followed with a bath/dry ears cleaned and teeth brushed! After coming for her pick up my girl was buzzed short and shorter than her breed is needed for she designed to have the long hair. And nor did I ask for it!The groomers are unprofessional, they don’t care for our babies we are supposedly leaving our trust in them so do as intended. THEY THOUGHT IT WAS FUNNY THAT I WAS UP SET AND DISGUSTED WITH THE LOOK OF MY BABY MAGGIE! 80 dollars and I couldn’t get nothing back for a service that destroyed my dogs look and not to mention her hair isn’t meant to be cut short ever. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE OR THE EMPLOYEES TO EVEN PET YOUR BELOVED BEST-FRIEND they can’t take care of your animals alone and go by your wants or needs they won’t respect your pet in person with you there.I will be taking actions upon This! This is unbelievable, violated, not cared for! Emotional and mentally disturbed by how they shaved my baby and left her tail long to remind me how beautiful her hair was and they didn’t have the heart to turn down the work or the respect to ask how to do the work. Tractor supply is wrong to have employees that don’t care for this type of work they came to do business with

After trying out two different groomers, I was hesitant about taking her to Petsense. I felt at ease after speaking with Jennifer. I was very pleased in how well she groomed my baby.

So glad to have a Petsense in Anderson! Great & friendly staff with a clean & welcoming environment! My pup was well taken care of & spoiled the whole time. Definitely recommend!

Just called to get my dog groomed and when the person answered it was a very snooty “hello” no Petsense how can I help you. Very disappointed in just the phone call don’t ever wanna take my dog or support this business
