First time, and while the snow cones were ok. I was disappointed that ours didn't fill the cup. Everyone around us had big snow cones with the big scoop on top like all the photos show but not us. I later figured out they give you a bigger cup for Togo so it probably equals out that way.. Tigers blood didn't taste like what I've had other places. My husband was satisfied with his banana flavor. $4.50 for a regular. Nice location and friendly staff with Cornhole and located near a pizza place and lit at night .

Our grandson LOVES Pelican and all the flavors of their snowcones! They are always so patient as it takes a 4-1/2 year old a little time to choose! I'm a big fan as well!!! Can't wait to introduce our baby granddaughter to Pelican.

They just lost my business today. Went there to get myself and daughter a snowball. My daughters was flat and they tried to make mine flat. I asked the girl why are they making it flat instead of it having a cone on top she tells me it’s because i am not staying there to eat it but leaving so it is easier. Who is it easy for? I informed her i have been coming there since they opened and always take mine to go and it is a cone not flat. The girl slammed the window on my face. She had an attitude. I wish i could have taken back my tip. I won’t be returning there. I can spend my money somewhere else with that customer service. The lead working this day wasn’t helpful either since the manager wasn’t present.

Loved it!! Tried 5 different flavor, and they were all amazing! Such a refreshing treat for a warm day. The employees were helpful and friendly which can be a rarity now a days.

It was awesome. Me and my daughter both got an snow cone. They were fantastic. We were both thrilled at the size and the taste was magnificent. If you can't tell we really enjoyed it. Go check it out it's worth it.

Rude young staff .. couldn't or wouldn't even give my baby a empty cup to help her keep from spilling her snow cone. Guess they figure kids spill and throw a tantrum and parents spend more... Not this mama!! You just lose a customer and I tell my friends and family.. we just went out and bought a snow cone maker and syrups ... Oh and overpriced !!

You better be prepared to take a little extra time, making a single choice is not as easy as one thinks!! WOW ..... the list of tongue twisting flavors they have invented goes on & on. Not sure we will have a life span long enough to taste each exciting flavor. But....the ones we have did NOT disappoint, a perfect treet on a hot summer day!♡

I didn't think I'd like it but I did! I figured it would be some of that hard ice chunks where all the juice goes to the bottom but this one was really good. I got the unicorn 🦄 because it was interesting looking and I was very impressed with it.

Great selection and so far they are all delicious. Do wish there was better parking available. They have seating available outside but nothing really in the shade. Decently priced. Friendly staff

This place always has long lines so hubby & I gave it a try. I had the Carrot Cake flavored SnoBall & yep, it tasted just like Carrot Cake! Hubby had Pecan Praline and it was good as well. Highly recommend! Brenda | The Wedding Woman ♥

It's a nice little place to go to on a good sunny day! They have a lot of flavors to choose from and the prices for the sizes arent bad. I got a regular and they give you a good amount of it.

The young lady at the window was super rude. I asked her a question and she just stared at me blankly as though she didn’t have time or interest in helping me or even being there. On a good note the place is very cute and my snow cone was very good.

Very nice staff. It was a closing time, we went there right after they closed the shutters, upon request they still served my son who has birthday and his friends! Kids were super happy. Thanks🙏

This place takes me back to my childhood. I still love shaved ice/snow cones and so do my kids. Always a treat to come here.Kid-friendliness: Huge variety of flavors, great size options, and many dye-free options. Great for kids.

Girl at the front counter that was working there this week when we stopped in was a little bit on the rude side i thought to be standing there demanding 7 dollars for a cup of ice.. Not that it wasn't the best cup of ice that I've eveerr had...just saying your help could be a little bit nicer. Besides that, i would give you a 5

A little pricey, but amazing flavors (hundreds of endless combinations, plus cream toppings), always extremely friendly staff. For snocones you can't really do any better than Pelicans.

Omg I just thought it be another shaved ice joint, but it was surprisingly great. Worth the extra money and definitely will be back to try the other flavors.
