I went into this store immediately after leaving my job that involved digging and dumping mud for a last minute item. Of course I said, to the first employee I encountered: "please excuse the way I look, still in my work clothes". And I was filthy. I asked where something was, she directed me to it and was also my cashier. She didn't pass judgement once. And I'm a super empath, if there's negative vibes anywhere close by, I'm going to feel it, without a doubt. I call it a curse most of the time.

Was rushed out even though it wasn't closing time "15 till" while also being asked numerous times from the same worker if we needed help. Finally asked a question to get cut off with a snappy "I don't know". I wasn't happy with this overpriced store checkout girl was sweet. But the management should be more welcoming.

They have a wonderful sale right now. Hurry in and make your selections. Most of the summer flowers and picks are 50 to 70 percent off. They have other summer items like lanterns, pillows, and other asecessories for the home.

I used to love Michael's, but here lately, they have stopped carrying everything. Michael's has always had a great, happy planner section . Now it's condensed down to one small table. Very disappointing.

The Best Hobby Arts and Craft Store in Anderson (In my own opinion) Highly recommend The Artist Loft 2 Dot gird journals.And the Artist Loft ruled (Lined) journals.*Note the the lined journals paper is less thicker then there Dot grid journals.

I went to Michael's in Anderson looking for a Halloween present for my Halloween loving daughter. I wasn't disapointed. They had a wonderful selection to choose from. I visited Michael's 4 times over the span of three days, but Heather is the associate that stood out as superlative and genuine; she has my vote for the next Manager or a soon coming promotion . While clearly busy stocking or maintaining departments, Heather stopped --not once but twice--to help me find Christmas table cloths and later a creative centerpiece using a miniature tree adorned with a black elf, which I was over the moon to have found. Thank you Michael's for great knowledgeable customer service and your inclusion of Brown folk in the decor. 👍🏾

This is first craft and hobby store I have been to since moving to Anderson. I instantly fell in love with this place. Their prices are very reasonable and had a great selection of merchandise. The staff was very friendly. I will definitely be a repeat customer.
